N.J.'s Mafia Lawyers, Judges, Politicians and More Filth.

February 23, 2019 a package of materials that includes the essay appearing below was sent by priority mail to the following recipients:

U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts (USPS Tracking No.: #9505 5142 0130 9054 2188 84).

The Cuban Embassy to the United States of America (USPS Tracking No.: #9505 5142 0130 9054 2188 53).

The Boston Globe (USPS Tracking No.: #9505 5142 0130 9054 2188 60).

U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr, Esq. (USPS Tracking No.: # 9505 5142 0130 9054 2188 77).

A fraudulent facebook page under my name and "background report" were posted online.

The graphics suggest a link between these fraudulent websites and the online edition of The New Jersey Law Journal.

I am not on facebook, Instagram, or twitter, nor can I be found anywhere online other than blogger.

I have never been arrested or charged with a crime anywhere.

I am aware of no judgments, liens, or other encumbrances on my finances.

I am not a Democrat or Republican.

I have never used any name other than my own.

Although I have testified under oath on several occasions I have never been accused of lying in my testimony nor have I ever done so.

It is interesting that Michael D. Cohen, Esq. has been disbarred by the U.S. Supreme Court and that no action was taken against him by the OAE or New York authorities.

Copies of the fake websites, including the names of all persons listed or photographed in these pages, will be sent to the U.S. Supreme Court, Department of Justice, and to all other recipients of the final version of this essay making the information a part of the permanent record in this matter.

It is bizarre that the New York Police Department remains unconcerned about a situation creating a substantial danger, I believe, to many innocent persons in this city as well as elsewhere. ("An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

An attack on this text emanating from New Jersey government computers resulted in deforming an item in the listed sources focusing on Mr. Sweeney's alleged acceptance of bribes from PSE&G in exchange for "procuring" a $300 million bonus per year for their nuclear power plant or efforts.

It was also necessary for me to replace my television cable box after "sabotage," mysteriously, resulted in its destruction.

I will attempt to re-type the altered text.

A copy of the damaged original text will also be among the items attached to the final version of this work that is sent to all listed recipients.

It is necessary to repeat once again that destruction of my personal property (or thefts) will not prevent me from writing or pursuing the truth in these matters.

Baffling as it is to continue to receive no official response to my communications -- despite applicable provisions of the U.S. Constitution and other laws -- I am fascinated to observe New Jersey's growing disaster from what I hope is a "safe" distance for my family members and myself in order to comment on events while relishing my status as an "invisible man."

Several gruesome murders that are mob and politics "related," a deepening criminal and civil investigation of Mr. Daibes and his businesses; along with the alleged complicity of Edgewater and other Bergen, Hudson, and Trenton officials in the alleged "shenanigans" of Mr. Daibes' Mariner Bank; an FBI probe of the records of Atlantic City's mayor who probably denies mafia affiliations; a number of South Jersey officials' questionable and "possibly related" actions; to say nothing of the cooperation of police, prosecutors, municipal and Superior Court judges (often the same lawyers serve on zoning boards while acting as municipal court judges or town attorneys); and a familiar cast of Damon Runyon-like characters -- all of this legal spectacle makes the squalor and filth of New Jersey's failed legal system obvious and repulsive to observers from all over the world.

Disgust may go a long way towards explaining the hesitation of federal authorities, or intimidation of the U.S. Justice Department and even the U.S. Supreme Court, which may feel that N.J.'s sleaze is a lost cause and that one "tortured dissident lawyer" may not be worth the effort to get to the truth.

After all, those of us who are not lobbyists or wealthy contributors to politicians' coffers are hardly "equal before the law."

Inconveniently, the U.S. Constitution may require such an effort to obtain the truth to be made and even that equal protection of the laws for everyone be achieved in the real world.

What will happen in connection with my matters is anyone's guess.

Thus far, as of this morning, the only reaction to my comments is more interference with my television and internet services.

Shutting off the water supply in my building, usually without warning, will not prevent me from writing nor will making New Jersey newspapers "disappear" from the Port Authority building in midtown leave me without sources to quote in my next New Jersey essay.

Meanwhile New Jersey's literally "feces-covered" courts must carry on "taking care of friends" and "looking the other way when necessary" as Maurice J. Gallipoli and Maureen Manteneo would say and have said in the past. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

In addition to the articles introducing this essay, I will attach one hundred sources indicating the unique levels of "entanglement" between the mafia and N.J. lawyers, judges, also politicians as well as the continuing cooperation and cover-ups by the Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE) in these nefarious activities; lies and incompetence by the governor and his men; N.J. Chief Justice Rabner's irrelevance except, allegedly, when action is necessary to protect fellow Jews; and the still spreading plague of child-pornography and -prostitution added to new discoveries of carcinogens in water and soil from illegally dumped chemicals hidden from the public for years as a result of corruption; besides many more deaths and diseases at long-term care facilities where lawyers and other professionals have lied for years about failures to comply with health laws resulting in the loss of many lives. The Covid plague produced deaths at elderly care facilities in New Jersey at levels that were far worse than in other states. In Elizabeth, N.J., for example, 22 of 24 persons at only one home for the old and infirm died from the incompetence of the staff as well as the usual cover-ups and lies from officials within only the first months of the pandemic. These are not the sort of persons that Mr. Rabner and his friends care much about so that their deaths will probably be relegated to silence.

A copy of the final text will be sent by priority mail to U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts; U.S. Attorney General "nominee" William P. Barr, Esq. and "acting" U.S. Attorney Mathew G. Whittaker, Esq., the Cuban Embassy to the United States of America, and The Boston Globe.

S.P. Sullivan, "The Stunning Things We Learned From Top Murphy Aides at 2nd Katie Brennan Sex Assault Hearings," December 6, 2018, N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (Peter Camarano, Esq. and Christopher Perrino, Esq. may have LIED and attempted to cover-up allegations of sexual harassment by Katie Brennan, Esq. that the sleazy and now proven liar Al Alvarez, Esq. raped Ms. Brennan after a Murphy campaign event. Mr. Perrino and Mr. Camarano deny mafia affiliations. Curiously, none of these attorneys, with the possible exception of Mr. Alvarez, is facing ethics charges at this time. The OAE claims their attorneys "don't know nothing about it." Evidently, the governor's men obstructed justice in this matter according to a "background report.")

Paul Mulshine, "The Katie Brennan Case: Murphy Valued Ethnics Over Ethics," (Op-Ed) The Star-Ledger, December 6, 2018, posted at http://www.nj.com. (For political reasons -- to gain favor and support among Menendez Latinos -- Governor Murphy of New Jersey pretended not to know and may have ordered a cover-up through lying about the attempted RAPE of a young woman, Katie Brennan, who served Mr. Murphy's campaign efforts. Corey Booker is less disturbed about this matter than about Brett Kavanaugh's high school experiences. Democrats have remained silent, mostly, about this unseemly spectacle in the governor's mansion. What happened to "believe the women"? "#Me Too"? "'The Scarlet Letter' and the #Me Too Moment.")

Kevin Shea, "Alleged 'Go Fund Me' Scammer Gets Suspended From Her [N.J.] State Job Over Fraud Charges," November 21, 2018, N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. ("Kate McClure," one of many state attorneys and civil employees "charged with deceiving the public in the viral 'Go Fund Me' campaign for a homeless vet that prosecutors recently charged was all a lie, has been suspended from her job with the state of New Jersey." In a number of these matters it is alleged that funds obtained fraudulently were "kicked back" to higher level officials in Trenton, perhaps including attorneys at New Jersey's misnamed Office of Attorney Ethics or N.J. Supreme Court justices. Perhaps Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo was correct when she said that "everybody does it" in New Jersey. Ms. Martinez is still employed as a middle school principal in the Leonia School District, allegedly, despite possessing a fraudulent degree from Columbia University and lying about it, after having defrauded the state of N.Y. of disability funds while working full time in New Jersey. Mr. Menendez and/or persons close to him (Lilian Munoz?) may have provided protection for this person in exchange for Ms. Martinez lying about me and cooperating in efforts to target me for professional harm while she smiled to my face and accepted favors from me. I wonder what the children in her school are learning about ethics? "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

AP, "Two Priests With New Jersey Ties Among Accused Abusers Named by Jesuits," December 18, 2018, New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com posted at http://www.nj.com. (Michael Barber pleaded guilty to "offensive touching" in 1984 and Jeffreys Burton may have done the same in 1982 and 1984, both were protected and their identities were kept secret by the Church in New Jersey as well as state officials who knew their names and were aware that these individuals continued to serve as priests in New Jersey parishes. As new allegations of sexual molestation by teachers and others in the state's tarnished school system emerge more lying and cover-ups are expected in Trenton, usually on the part of lawyers like John McGill, despite the dangers to the state's children. "John McGill, Esq., the OAE, and New Jersey Corruption.")

Nick Corasanti, [Jay Romano & "Big Nicky" Sacco,] "New Jersey Governor's Aides Admit Knowing for Months of Assault Complaint," The New York Times, December 19, 2018, p. A26. ("Katie Brennan, [Esq.,] a top official in Gov. Phil Murphy's administration, testified two weeks ago that one senior official after another ignored her sexual assault complaint against a colleague." I know exactly what Ms. Brennan must feel. None of those outraged by Justice Kavanaugh's alleged "misconduct" is at all disturbed by far worse allegations against the despicable Mr. Alvarez, Esq. who is a professional liar and alleged "bag man" for Democrats in the Garden State. "An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

Jan Ransom, "Weinstein's Request for Case Dismissal Is Rejected by a Judge," The New York Times, December 21, 2018, p. A22. (Stuart Rabner insists that Harvey Weinstein is a "nice Jewish boy." A federal judge, however, denied Mr. Weinstein's motion to dismiss criminal charges against him. Mr. Weinstein continues to threaten to expose himself in all his naked glory. Horrors. "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?")

Mike McIntyre, [Manohla Dargis] Megan Twohey, & Mark Mazetti, "Cohen Plea Bares Russian Tower Bid Deep in Trump Run," The New York Times, November 30, 2018, p. A1. (The levels of lying, sleazy transactions, theft and political corruption surrounding Mr. Cohen is seen, internationally, as symbolic of the failures and double-standards afflicting N.J.'s and the American legal systems because of a partisan judiciary protecting or favoring Jewish litigants. Mr. Cohen will now enjoy his fifteen minutes of fame testifying before Congress thereby allowing him to negotiate a book deal and, perhaps, a movie in which he is played by Oscar Issac while John Goodman is Donald J. Trump.)

Farah Stockman, "Anti-Semitism Accusations Roil Women's March," The New York Times, December 24, 2018, p. A1. (Rachel Maddow, whatever her real name may be, is not universally admired or welcome by feminist groups. Will admission of Ms. Maddow to the women's movement also mean inclusion of unwelcome "others" such as Mr. Netanyahu or his acolyte Mr. Nadler? Despite the appearance of a "movie version" of the life of Ruth Bader-Gingsburg tensions and divisions within the feminist movement are leading to exclusion of Jewish women from organizations and events. Nick Corasanti, "After Early Streak, Murphy Struggles for Headway as First Year Ends," The New York Times, December 31, 2018, p. A18. (Governor Murphy's administration plunges into the all-too familiar New Jersey "toilet" of corruption, sleaze, unethical practices and/or malfeasance, lying, and sheer incompetence.)

"EDGEWATER -- Mayor Michael McPartland resides in the Alexander, a luxury apartment building owned by real estate magnate Fred Daibes, with amenities including a health club, spa, billiards and game room, and indoor and outdoor pools." (The Record, 12-1-18, p. A-1.)

Fred Daibes is the ultimate connected developer in Edgewater, especially, but also more generally in Bergen and Hudson Counties.

Many politicians have been recipients of Mr. Daibes' "contributions" and other expressions of "gratitude" for their cooperation with the business man's various economic projects and efforts.

It now seems clear that when Mr. Daibes and his Mariner Bank made money, mysteriously, Edgewater's politicians and "others" (a number of local lawyers and judges included) also became wealthier.

This symbiotic relationship between developer and political as well as legal "leaders" is essential and far from uncommon in New Jersey politics, but also a typical feature of the state's soiled legal system.

"Developers" are often "fronting" for organized crime figures and other unsavory elements who cannot attach their names to political contributions (or pay-offs) nor can they "appear on the paperwork" for the purchase of real estate or a liquor license.

Mutual back-scratching in politics is as American as the proverbial "apple pie."

New Jersey has achieved astonishing levels of coziness, however, between what are usually described as "business persons" (the Dr. Melgens of this world) and corrupt politicians (Mr. Menendez) or dirty judges (Stuart Rabner and the OAE).

Rewards "flowed" (FBI term) to local officials, often lawyers wearing multiple hats with the blessings of the OAE which typically benefits nicely from such arrangements, or certainly some prominent attorneys at the agency, like William B. Ziff, Esq., have no doubt been "taken care of" in order to ensure that not too many questions are asked about the "relationship" between Mr. Daibes and Edgewater's legal establishment.

In the immortal words of "Big Nicky" Sacco: "Everybody gets a cut."

"The emails and rent totals are among several documents included as evidence in a federal law suit accusing borough officials of conspiring with Daibes to drive out competitors. The suit, filed by River Road Partners, alleges, that Daibes offers financial favors and other benefits" -- allegedly, these favors include the services of young prostitutes and lots of cocaine -- "in return for political influence." (The Record, 12-1-18, p. A1.)

Political influence translates into very effective control of judges requiring the approval of politicians to be appointed in the first place and then their "good graces" to remain on the bench. ("New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America" and "New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores.")

No sane Superior Court judge will, knowingly, create a "problem" for a connected insider in New Jersey's "pay-to-play" culture. Such a plugged-in individual or "organization" can easily pick up the phone and get politicians or the judicial hierarchy that includes the OAE to go after a stupid judge or trouble-making lawyer presuming, say, to sue the "connected" insider for his or her nefarious activities. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

Demanding compliance with the law from "big shots" or their paid-for judges is even more naive and suicidal for New Jersey attorneys regardless of their clients' interests and/or their own ethical concerns. ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.")

The OAE obeys the wishes of so-called "bosses" communicated through employees, such as Mr. Rabner, and is always concerned to please politicians voting on the agency's budget. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

"Daibes is currently facing a federal indictment for allegedly conspiring to circumvent the lending limits at Mariner Bank, which he founded. [And still controls?] Daibes is charged with one count of conspiracy to misapply bank funds and to make false entries to deceive a bank and the FDIC. In November he posted a $10 MILLION bond using some of his property in the borough to cover his bail. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges." (The Record, 12-1-18, p. A-6.)

Joe Marinello, Esq., however he spells his name, who has been alleged for years to be "mob connected" and his adversary, David Cinotti, Esq., who is not alleged by anyone to have mafia affiliations despite his best efforts to acquire some, seem to agree on the "unreliability" of local officials and tribunals:

"It is not what you know or what the law says," Garden State lawyers admit, privately, "but who has the 'connections' to win in New Jersey."

As stated in local media:

" ... 'We're turning to the [federal?] courts for relief because we don't believe the town" -- or indeed New Jersey's "feces-covered" courts -- "can be trusted to engage in a fair process, David Cinotti, Esq., an attorney for River Road Partners said.' ..." (The Record, 12-1-18, p. A-6.)

As this legal farce unfolds in Edgewater various mafia-related events are taking place elsewhere in the "Soprano State" suggesting that Mr. Daibes' alleged underworld affiliations and the traditional power-structure in New Jersey are being displaced (or destroyed) partly as a result of new arrivals on the criminal scene together with unwelcome publicity generated by my blogs among other sources. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Paul Caneiro has been charged with the murder of his younger brother Keith M. Caneiro of Colts Neck, New Jersey as well as Keith's wife and two young children.

The particularly gruesome murders may be "connected" to online activities, gambling and other scams, emanating from underworld sources and focusing on political hacking and illicit alterations of "bank records."

The Carneiro brothers created several online enterprises and so-called "shell companies" for murky "clients" as well as themselves:

"Their company, renamed 'Square One,' provided services to clients such as Citibank, Prudential and Ogilvy [Investments?]: ... according to a website that has been taken down. 'We are plain spoken, common sense people who take pride in their work,' the site said. They also took over a pest extermination company." (The New York Times, 11-30-18, p. A22.)

It seems likely that at least one of the Caneiro brothers was among the hackers of my former home computer. ("What is it like to be plagiarized?")

Keith Caneiro hoped to "change his life" and "go in a different direction." These were Keith's words just prior to his death.

Many of the clients served by the Caneiro brothers are very shy. These clients become nervous when advisers choose to "change their lives" perhaps after chatting with the FBI. ("More Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics" and "North Bergen New Jersey is the Home of La Cosa Nostra.")

Paul Caneiro, at the request of these bashful clients, possibly, may have engaged in a little preliminary "pest control" to ensure his and his family's survival on the understanding that -- if he did not "take care of this problem" -- others would do a more thorough job of it and no one would be left to tell the tale.

Anyway all of this action by fun-loving Jersey boys seems to have caused the FBI to raid the home of Frank Gilliam, Mayor of Atlantic City, allegedly, searching for bank records relating to potential real estate transactions that "maybe" had something to do with Mariner Bank and other financial service providers.

Given the cesspool that is New Jersey's legal system I am puzzled by the OAE's continuing effort to lie about and cover-up their crimes committed against me and others.

I would expect the OAE to have other things to worry about than little old me. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

I wonder how New Jersey's Supreme Court justices and OAE attorneys can live their professional lives in such conditions of hypocrisy and mendacity (that means "lying") within a failed and corrupt legal system that damages the residents of New Jersey on a daily basis in betrayal of their oaths and responsibilities yet presume to judge others. ("David Wildstein and Equal Protection of the Law in New Jersey" and "New Jersey's Failed Judiciary.")

I guess people can get used to anything.

(U.S. Supreme Court Associate Justice Steven Breyer calls on America to be less parochial and respect global legal standards even as U.S. institutions continue to ignore international condemnations on a host of issues such as the illegality of the Cuban embargo or requests for the truth in my matters. It is certainly a fact that every day more disputes already within the U.S. legal system are shaped by international considerations and aspects leading to complex conflicts of laws issues regarding appropriate forums and applicable laws, conventions, multi-lateral treaty provisions and case law with global effects. Will U.S. lawyers be brought up to date or will they persist in their parochialism?)

Schultz -- know as "Schultzy" or "Sergeant Schultz" to Hudson County lawyers alleging that he is "brain dead" -- who has been rumored for years to be "on the take" issued a five-page decision written by a law clerk, which he probably has not read along with most of the papers that come across his desk, allowing the Kushners to obtain documents from Jersey City related to the firm's Journal Square project. Allegations of a cash reward to Judge Schultz paid "under the table" cannot be confirmed. It is certainly strange that my requests for the truth are ignored entirely while the Kushners are awarded access to all documents, including confidential reports by public officials, merely at their request and perhaps because they are "nice Jewish persons.")

Such a large and interstate operation could not be conducted successfully over a period of years as only one part of organized drug distribution in Hudson County without the cooperation and participation of police, prosecutors and, probably, judges and politicians. Governor Murphy expressed an interest, allegedly, in "sampling" some of the seized marijuana as part of his legalization effort. I wonder why no one else was arrested? Is it likely that the one arrested individual will turn out to be an African-American or Latino person with limited resources and no formal education who will be easy to convict?)

Among those sharing such images, allegedly, are "prominent" New Jersey persons who have still not been named or arrested. Gee wiz, I wonder why so many persons involved in this operation who must have had access to police radios were not arrested?)

The same fault is alleged against all of the following full- or part-time lesbians: Lourdes Santiago, Lilian Munoz, Estela De La Cruz, Maureen Manteneo, Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo as well as others who seem to play a part in my story. Is it a fact that John McGill, Esq. is facing ethics charges or has been disbarred and will now lose his pension? Did Mr. McGill lie under oath in connection with my matters? Where is the OAE in these investigations and is it not unethical for OAE lawyers to fail to return a call, or respond in any way to, communications by me and others? No apologies from the crooked lawyers at the OAE? Is this the example of New Jersey "ethics" to be set by the OAE and New Jersey's disgraced Supreme Court? The actual buildings that will constitute the new school complex may cost, at most, $10-to-$20 million. Much of the rest of the money will be spent on legal and other professional "fees" as well as something called "feasibility studies." This assumes that the new school building is something on the level of, say, the Taj Majal. The money spent on "fees" will come back to the politicians and school board people under-the-table.)

This will mean an additional $25,000 added to the current salary for Mr. Poligno of $204,585.00 and, more importantly, yet another pension for the "boss." It is rumored that Mr. Poligno will be offered the post of town dog catcher that carries another $20,000 in compensation as well as entitling Mr. Poligno, who may retire at age 55, to another pension. Is Mr. Poligno also the local Municipal Court judge for an estimated extra $200,000?)

Sgt. Foley is seeking $350,000 in damages for what he was forced to endure and the resulting damage to his reputation. Mr. Janicelli promises to make Foley an "offer he can't refuse." Why not make Mr. Foley the town dog catcher for a "little something we don't know what"?)

Kristie Kattafi, "Top Cop Blamed For Guard Missteps: Pal Park School Report -- Safety Checks Supplied," The Record, December 3, 2018, p. A-1. (Mark Jackson, Palisades Park Police Chief, is blamed for a security plan that placed guards in schools without background checks. A number of New Jersey schools have installed security cameras in girls' bathrooms and locker rooms to ensure that terrorists will never get into schools through such areas. Naturally, everyone will deny that such cameras have been installed in a state where underground porn is created in public schools and available on the "Dark Web.")

Scott Fallon & Lindy Washburn, "Hearing on Wanaque Facility is Today," The Record, December 3, 2018, p. A-1. (It appears not only that staff at a Wanaque facility for disabled children waited too long to send sick children to hospitals hoping to cover-up their incompetence, but that they lied to family members of sick children about the extent of the problem at this facility that has resulted in the preventable deaths of dozens of helpless children and that has allowed adenovirus to escape to other long term care centers, including some that serve old people in New Jersey. Nothing will happen to the professionals involved in this fiasco that includes Trenton lawyers. Is this New Jersey's legal ethics?)

Dustin Racioppi & Nicolas Pugliese, "Brennan Assault Claim Ignored: Murphy Official Testifies Before State Lawmakers," The Record, December 5, 2018, p. A-1. (Katie Brennan described being ignored by the governor's inner circle. I can certainly understand how Ms. Brennan feels. I am sure that despite public statements very little will be done to deal with such accusations in the future. Ms. Brennan will become "persona non grata" in N.J. political and legal circles because she brought this problem to public attention. OAE?)

Megan Burrow, "Weinberg Files Suit Against Teaneck," The Record, December 5, 2018, p. A-1. (Was Loretta Weinberg, Esq. a lesbian "sexual predator" violating persons like Marilyn Straus? Was there a sexual relationship or "connection" between Ms. Weinberg and Lourdes Santiago? Lilian Munoz? Maureen Manteneo? Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo? If so, what was Ms. Weinberg's role in my drama? Still "connected" to Howard Brownstein Ms. Weinberg? "Arthur Goldberg"? What were you doing in my office Ms. Weinberg? And what were you, Ms. Weinberg, saying to my secretaries about your status and role? "Diana Lisa Riccioli"? Were you questioned about my life and these matters and did you lie under oath Ms. Weinberg? I wonder whether there is a connection between Ms. Weinberg and my seeing Mr. Nadler and/or Rachel Maddow staring at me on my occasional walks in Manhattan? Perhaps these "viewings" are merely a coincidence?)

(Jameck Lowery, 27, walked into a police station in Paterson in a highly distraught state, fearing that he would be killed, and a few hours later he was dead in a local hospital. The matter is under investigation at this time only because Mr. Lowery had the foresight to post his adventure online. Without exposure -- or some kind of publicity -- New Jersey officials would continue to try to lie their way out this mess as with my situation and so many others. It will be very interesting to see how Garden State officials will squirm their way out of this predicament if they manage to do so.)

David M. Zimmer, "Officers Pose as Johns, Arrest 6 People," The Record, July 31, 2018, p. L-3. (Passaic officers posed as "Johns" even as Bergen officers in December arrests may have been actual customers for Jennifer Polanco-Lavoix who, allegedly, is back in business in Hudson County as are her associates before the Passaic matter pleads out or goes to trial in January, 2019.)

Rodrigo Torrejon, "Police: Man Repeatedly Sold Cocaine," The Record, July 31, 2018, p. L-3. (An alleged "cash contributor" to Mr. Menendez's campaign efforts, Samuel Rodriguez, 45, was charged with distribution of cocaine but no effort was made to apprehend the suppliers of Mr. Rodriguez many of whom are police officers, allegedly, and no effort is made now to obtain this businessman's client list. I wonder why?)

Joe Malinconico, "Paterson Schools Up Legal Payments," The Record, March 16, 2018, p. L-3. (An additional $450,000 was allowed for legal fees to a local firm already making $1.1 MILLION in legal fees on the books in 2018 which, from the perspective of 2019, turned out to be "approximately" $2 MILLION -- an amount in excess of the sum first listed on the books. Robert Murray, Esq. the district's legal counsel handles tenure disputes -- there may have been all of two such disputes in 2018 -- REAL ESTATE matters and minor contract disputes, or such "issues." Some of the legal fees paid, allegedly, have come back to politicians and "others" under the table. Pay close attention to the next source listed below. Superior Court judges will cooperate with this lawyer's efforts. The OAE will not question whether this person's fees are "excessive." Herb Klitzner, Esq.? Is Herb still "on the tit" in North Bergen and West New York?)

Joe Malinconico, "Real Estate Investors Bid $1.4 MILLION for Paterson-Owned Properties in Auction," The Record, March 16, 2018, p. L-1. ("Real estate investors bid $1.4 MILLION to buy 39 city-owned properties during a public auction on Thursday ..." It now appears in January, 2019, that "public uses" and projections will greatly enhance the value of those properties, some of which were purchased by owners through counsel or real estate agents while the true owners remain anonymous. Evidently, Mr. Murray, his associates, or others acting on his behalf, may have been among the purchasers AND among attorneys closing on these transactions, allegedly, as well as attorney for some of the public entities auctioning these lands? Perhaps a "bond issue" of $200 MILLION to build a school on these parcels is now contemplated.)

Kristie Kattafi, "Charges May Taint Quanta Clean-Up," The Record, November 30, 2018, p. A-1. ("Honeywell International [Corporation] is responsible for the clean-up of 115 River Road, known as the Quanta site, which is contaminated with a chemical that is used to make mothballs and has been linked to cancer. ["Highly carcinogenic."] The company sold the land to Fred Daibes for $22 MILLION, and it also hired a company owned by Daibes to 'complete the remediation' ..." Did one attorney represent Daibes and the subsidiary corporation in these transactions with Honeywell? Was this attorney Joe Marinello, Esq.? Mr. Daibes may "discharge" or fold the subsidiary corporation entrusted with the clean-up after what federal authorities regard as "defective performance" or "non-performance" of the clean-up effort and keep fees for this "service." Mr. Daibes may then re-sell the land at a profit to an innocent purchaser in good faith after pocketing the $22 MILLION initially invested by him. Recent testing indicates that the problem has extended well beyond 115 River Road to engulf much of Edgewater and parts of North Bergen where recent soil samples indicate the presence of the same chemical. In addition other contamination has contributed to the highest rates of blood cancers in the nation for a large sector of Northern New Jersey from Passaic to Bergen and Hudson Counties. Efforts to learn what clean-up efforts or communications, if any, are planned by state officials resulted in no return of calls or emails. Of course residents of Edgewater can always move to Pompton Lakes or close to the Linden Refinery or Tom's River. Is this New Jersey's legal ethics Mr. Rabner? OAE?)

Police Captain Brian Murphy and Lt. William Henkelman -- these men have about ten pensions among them -- have been determined to engage in "unprofessional" conduct. Chief Cioffi was caught on tape saying that he "wanted to kill" Councilwoman Carrol McMorrow, a widely shared view, apparently, and mocking Korean-American Councilman Mark Park's speech. Chief Cioffi is rumored to be the next Municipal Court Judge or "judge" in town. "New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

This seems like a fair-minded and generous assessment of the situation. Sadly, hate-crimes are still rising in 2019.)

Cohen, Esq. will testify before Congress about his "services" for President Trump. Mr. Cohen once stated that he would "take a bullet for Mr. Trump." It has now become more convenient for him to deliver a bullet to Mr. Trump. No ethics proceedings are contemplated against the slimy Mr. Cohen in New Jersey, or anywhere at this time, as reported in the media. In January, 2019 Mr. Cohen is delaying his proposed testimony to ensure that he gets a "better deal." "He's a nice Jewish boy!" Stuart Rabner said.)

Bob Jennings, "Mayor's Pay Varies Across the State," The Star-Ledger, January 13, 2019, p. B1. (Salaries for New Jersey mayors are only one level of compensation and can be a misleading indicator of how much money these persons are actually "earning." Elizabeth's Chris Bollwage is paid $162,812 as mayor, but is also paid as a state lawmaker and for any other public "services" he performs and draws separate pensions for each such position. "Big Nicky" Sacco is paid $15,000 as mayor of North Bergen, but he retired last year as town director of elementary and secondary education earning $260,000 per year and has a $200,000 pension as well as a second income as a New Jersey State Senator besides his private businesses, investments, state car and other amenities, placing his estimated yearly income at well above $500,000.)

("Patients who may have been exposed to HIV and hepatitis because of POOR STERILIZATION PRACTICES AND OTHER PROBLEMS at Saddle Brook surgery center should be tested repeatedly, not just once, lawyers for one of the patients said Friday." Patients and families were lied to about the dangers of unsanitary and incompetent practices at numerous medical facilities in New Jersey. Trenton officials have failed to respond to inquiries about these matters. A number of the victims will almost certainly develop diseases such as AIDS and hepatitis as a result of this incompetence which Trenton officials wish to minimize in order to protect themselves from embarrassment. Much of this money came back to politicians in the form of kickbacks and other "treats" from grateful lawyer-recipients of the politicians' generosity. All of this has taken place -- up to now -- with the blessings of the OAE which will probably receive a cut from this pie. Joseph Marinielo, Esq. a.k.a. Mr. Hidalgo is the sort of person who allows me to understand why Mr. Trump wants a border wall. There is a lucrative market for videos of such activity, especially when sex is involuntary not only due to the age of the victim, but because the violent rape of a child is depicted on screen. Mr. Hidalgo was probably making lots money with his videos.  Lawyers, police, and judges are part of this loathsome business in the Garden State which, I am told, is more lucrative than heroin. (One of the largest law firms in the world with major offices in Menlo Park, New Jersey as well as Manhattan -- Skadden, Arps -- whose graduates have served on New Jersey's Bar Association Ethics Committee and judiciary will pay $4.6 MILLION to the federal government for its ethical misconduct in connection with Mr. Manafort and other matters where "elite" lawyers may have LIED, initially, about the extent of their role in violation of lobbying laws for what turned out to be the Russian government. Some of these lies may have been certified by attorneys signing off on "filed" documents by the "white shoe" firm. No action has been or will be taken by New Jersey's OAE against specific attorneys although meetings and conversations relevant to these matters may have taken place in New Jersey not far from Mr. Trump's properties. Cohen was to LIE himself and then persuade pollsters to LIE also at Mr. Trump's behest in exchange for cold hard cash. The pollsters included attorneys working as "political researchers." Mr. Cohen will be testifying before Congress and has already been sentenced to 33 months in federal prison for his previous crimes. Or is Mr. Plotkin a nice gentile boy? There is no OAE grievance filed against Mr. Plotkin at this time and there will not be such a proceeding or complaint at any time. Law firms usually over-bill public entities so that a final payment or two can be skipped and the firm may appear generous having already made hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees that are "shared" illegally with corrupt politicians. I wonder what is the "secret" matter for which taxpayers are expected to shell out hefty legal fees without being told why it is in their interest to do so? Where is the OAE in this matter? Why is it "worth" many thousands of dollars merely to "review" documents, if the law firm has done so, at such an exorbitant rate? Are these lawyers "kicking-back" to the OAE as well as local politicians? The OAE wished to know, for example, why $500 was charged for an uncontested divorce. Secret recordings by lawyers of colleagues are nothing new. Clients have been wired by the OAE to record their attorney, me, only to have the tapes and transcripts altered, illegally, when the recordings failed to provide anything damaging, so they could then be released and made public as part of a behind-the-back smear campaign. These distorted transcripts were used to smear a POLITICALLY targeted attorney. Shame on you Maureen Manteneo and Lourdes Santiago. How much did you steal from me John McGill? It now appears that both of those women and part-time lesbians to say nothing of Mr. McGill may have been secretly recorded as well as "others" in connection with my matters. I can hardly wait to listen to those tapes. Prosecutors were known to secretly tape judges that they could then pressure to decide matters their way. Deborah Gross-Quatrone, Superior Court Judge and a lesbian, allegedly, "involved" with the likes of Loretta Weinberg and "Little Debbie" Poritz as well as Ms. Santiago and others, LIED and covered-up her secret recordings of colleagues for years. According to the state's soiled Supreme Court that has done much worse and engaged in more extensive LYING: "[Ms. Gross-Quatrone] displayed a disturbing lack of sound judgment and professional integrity." (Patricia Layton-Picinno, a newly-declared lesbian, "went to great lengths to cover-up money she was stealing from relatives for years." Probably this was about supporting a secret drug habit. Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo may have done the same with school funds or other public moneys to support other habits. Is this "ethical" ladies and/or female persons?)

Anthony G. Alterino, "Former N.J. Teacher Admits Sexually Assaulting a 15-Year-Old Student," Jersey Journal, posted at New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, January 17, 2019, http://www.nj.com. (Lauren Coyle-Mitchell, 36, allegedly, a lesbian is charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female student as well as male students apparently. The Bergen County resident -- Ridgewood perhaps? -- ADMITTED that she was a second grade teacher in Jersey City who may have engaged in these same activities with her very young students. More lesbian misconduct Ms. Weinberg? Is this behavior typical of lesbians displaying a "love/hate" response for the objects of their affections? Do lesbians hate heterosexual women? This is the gentleman who delighted in sending thousands of photos of his penis, allegedly, to little girls. Perhaps he is a suitable candidate for New Jersey's judiciary where he can join Lourdes Santiago, Maureen Manteneo, Estela De La Cruz, "Little Debbie" Poritz and so many others sharing such "tastes" for female children perhaps. How many hundreds of attorneys with names like "Cohen" must admit to lying and other crimes before you change your mind on this issue Ms. Poritz? Mr. Rabner? Mr. Albin? Allegations of mob connections have been denied by Mr. Tunnero who has been linked to "Big Nicky" Sacco. These are the sorts of persons found in New Jersey's schools, often associated with organized crime and child-molesting activities, "supervising" the state's children. Are we surprised at the astonishing levels of crime and child abuse in New Jersey schools?)

(Esther Suarez, Hudson's prosecutor who has been linked romantically to Lilian Munoz and Lourdes Santiago as well as others, is seeking to cover-up possibly damaging e-mails and other items sought by N.J. legislators. Ms. Suarez may have been hoping to become New Jersey's Attorney General under Governor Murphy by protecting Al Alvarez no doubt at the request of Senator Menendez and the governor's men. The issue now concerns whether Ms. Suarez LIED in the Al Alvarez matter hoping for professional success or in exchange for cold hard cash. All of this reeks of the methods of the OAE and the sort of tactics I have experienced from New Jersey officials. Ms. Suarez has also lied about her role and actions in connection with my life and several still pending matters in New Jersey. "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love Fest.")

After Xavier Ingram was transformed into a vegetable because of a traffic offense by Camden police who then claimed, with the assistance of prosecutors, that Mr. Ingram "fell down" we have yet another example of N.J. police brutality and lying. If people working for state and local governments see clearly that Mr. Sweeney and Mr. Menendez as well as many others are stealing from the public treasury it is difficult for them to refrain from doing the same, especially when there are no consequences for such thefts by the powerful few in New Jersey. Everybody does it?)

Mr. Christie's brand of "in-your-face" politics combined with corruption is not something New Jersey's people long to experience again. (Jersey City council members voted down a contract for legal services from "connected" lawyers Arleo & Donohue, Esqs., who are said to "kick-back" to their friends from their public legal fees, and to overbill accordingly. Sure enough: "The firm was billing for work the city said was related to 'information requests' involving the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The contract was for $20,000, was reauthorized for another $20,000 in March, 2015 and again in October 2016 for $20,000. The administration is asking the council on Thursday to approve $21,975 for work through October, 2017." More legal bills were generated after the cancellation of the contract for their services by the Arleo firm in the amount of $12,530. The OAE was too busy trying to prevent me from writing online to worry about this guy. Mr. Ramos kept $90,000 from each of two real estate transactions. Earlier he was charged with pocketing $100,000 from a real estate closing. How much did Edgar Navarete steal from me? Was John McGill or Jose Ginarte in on that scam?
