These parcels will be examined several times before reaching their intended recipients by a person(s) unknown, but all should arrive with their contents intact. 

As always I have retained copies of the materials sent to these recipients if any item should be "lost."

I anticipate that the Times will be prohibited from responding at this time and also from commenting on whether the package has been received or whether they have heard of me or this matter that has been brought to their attention. 

The government officials contacted are likely to remain silent although this "situation" now concerns the integrity of fundamental institutions in U.S. society. 

It is likely that a "full and adequate good faith response" will be provided to me at some point during my lifetime as required by law.  

I awoke on May 6, 2019 to find that some kind of "malware" obstructed my Internet service and television signal, also my phone was disabled, and after rebooting my cable box a message appeared on my screen stating: 

"Channel cannot be tuned." 

I am not sure of what "tuned" means in this context and neither is Spectrum, my service provider. 

Evidently, the "malware" affecting my TV service may have an Israeli origin.

I have no idea whether (or when) my services will be restored as I write these words.

I do not write essays at a home computer because several personal computers have been destroyed from remote locations by persons unknown.

I am certainly not the only person using the devices and services in my home.

An emergency call from family members may be obstructed because of these "shenanigans."

None of my experiences this morning have caused me to revise my opinions nor will I stop writing from public computers for as long as I am able to do so.

It may be necessary for me to "renew" my library card even though this should not be required for several years.

No doubt I will be called to jury duty again. 

More "background reports" and other nonsense concerning my "legal ethics" will probably emanate from Trenton, New Jersey to be posted online, possibly attributed to an entity (or agencies) called the "DRB" or "OAE" and/or N.J.'s "A.G." 

I can only hope that "something" from New Jersey's now discredited "DRBs" will be added to the many anonymous Internet postings from the Garden State suggesting that the "OAE" still cares about me.

I anticipate that persons will collide with me as I walk in the streets of Manhattan this afternoon.

Other surprises are probably in store for me. 

My life is rarely dull and uneventful. It is certainly nice to know that New Jersey still loves me. Anything, whether positive or negative, being posted about me is extremely helpful at this time, so keep it up John McGill and Gilberto Garcia. ("John McGill, Esq., the OAE, and New Jersey Corruption.")  

As of April, 2019 and beyond no "formal" response to my communications has been received by me from American police, prosecutors, judges or justices and/or politicians or government officials.

No documents have been returned to me nor has there been any official denial of my allegations nor refutations of legal and other arguments contained in my communications. 

No attempt has been made to refute hundreds of pages of empirical evidence of serious computer crimes and other offenses on the part of lawyers and officials from New Jersey targeting these blogs and myself, personally, and there is also no response to follow-up efforts by me and "others" from the U.S. as well as other countries.

Normally an official acknowledgement of the receipt of such communications would be provided along with an anodyne statement about "looking into" matters brought to the attention of the authorities to all persons communicating with U.S. officials. ("An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.") 

I understand that persons in the Middle East and elsewhere are fascinated by what they are seeing here. 

I cannot recommend that anyone bring information to U.S. authorities whose inaction or incompetence may well result in loss of life (or great harm) to potential witnesses or other innocent persons.  

Regrettably, this highly unusual "silence" and refusal to comment on matters, or even to respond, politely, to inquiries by lawyers and diplomats taking an interest in my situation, if they are, suggests or reveals N.J.'s absolute contempt for legal obligations of candor and good faith, diligence and transparency as well as Constitutional requirements of due process and equal protection of the laws that should govern public officials' conduct in such matters. 

No explanation has been provided concerning this mysterious and illegal "silence" suggesting only that a cover-up continues to be underway.

Silence concerning these matters alone that is unexplained may violate attorneys' ethical obligations as public officials. Anonymous Internet smears may be much worse from an ethical point of view. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")  

When authorities in an American jurisdiction seek to cover-up and lie about a situation that embarrasses or exposes them to civil and/or criminal liability it is usually because they are trying to protect either an individual with many influential friends, or a botched investigation, or great incompetence resulting in harm to (or the death of) innocent persons. Attorneys entrusted with the enforcement of legal ethics are the last persons who should participate in such criminal actions. ("Marilyn Straus Was Right!" and "Diana's Friend Goes to Prison" then "Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" and "Menendez Charged With Selling His Office" and, finally, "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

New Jersey has come to symbolize corruption, filth, disease, incompetence and everything that a legal system should never become or the very negation of legal ethics. 

For the sake of young professionals and a long-suffering resident population, New Jersey's lawyers and judges, police and prosecutors should find the courage to tell the truth and do the right thing or at least not to involve others from New York and/or the federal system in efforts to obstruct justice and deny increasingly obvious facts to victims who are entitled to the full truth about their lives in fair and open public proceedings. 

What follows is yet another essay detailing the sad and frightening as well as dangerous consequences resulting from New Jersey's appalling and failing institutions that threaten so many innocent persons' lives. 

Denying the truth to citizens or all victims of official misconduct makes them feel "unsafe" and "bad about their situations" like Lucy Flores after Mr. Biden's "insensitivity." ("'The Scarlet Letter' and the #Me Too Moment.") 

In a recent review essay Preet Bharara, Esq., former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Manhattan, "celebrates" the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and the vital role of the media in keeping government officials honest through enforced compliance with the law.

Mr. Bharara refers to The Washington Post's Super Bowl advertisement featuring the sonorous voice of Tom Hanks:

"Knowing empowers us; knowing helps us decide; knowing keeps us free."

I sent packages of materials to Mr. Bharara when he was a U.S. Attorney and also to The Washington Post. The tracking numbers for the priority mail parcels sent to these recipients are posted in this blog. ("Is clarity enough?")

I have received no response at this time to these communications from either Mr. Bharara or The Washington Post. 

"Knowing" the truth about my life would certainly "empower" me. 

The book reviewed by Mr. Bharara is the work of lawyer David E. McGraw, Truth in Our Times: Inside the Fight for Press Freedom in the Age of Alternative Facts (New York: All Points Books, 2019). 

I have reason to believe that some of the computers used to hack into my blogs are registered to The New York Times. (Please refer to "Is the universe only a numbers game?" and "Ought implies can.") 

The trouble with "celebrating" the media these days is not merely Mr. Trump's concern about "fake news" but the justified lack of trust in media reporting on the part of the American people who often, for good reason, see broadcasts and newspapers used as disguised forms of propaganda for one party or the other. 

Journalists lie as often and easily as politicians these days, sometimes misrepresenting even their real names or agendas, financial affiliations, or other loyalties. ("Guerrilla Aesthetics and the Lobotomizing of the American Mind" then "Is truth dead?" and "The Naked Ape.") 

This is to say nothing of the intimidation or corrupting of media figures who, often enough, are afraid to tell the truth about controversial matters. Mr. Bharara, unknowingly, has answered his own question about the media's increasing irrelevance today: 

"Just make it unbelievable, and all its moral authority, all its disinfecting function, its power to expose and to reveal truth, are effectively hollowed out and sucked away."

Too much of the media has become unbelievable because so much journalism is obviously at the service of its corporate owners or the so-called 1% of the wealthiest Americans who own the politicians governing the country as well as most of the press that should keep public officials honest. 

As important as a free and independent media may be to democracy equally necessary are lawyers willing to represent persons challenging government, or corrupt abusers of power, by litigating on behalf of the many victims of abuse.

Litigation is one of the key weapons in the continuing struggle for equality and justice in which the courts remain a battlefield where most resources (not all) are also in the hands of the wealthy "few" rather than the impoverished "many." 

The vast majority of the population lacks legal representation or a full voice with judges who are, mostly, drawn from (and servants of) the ruling class in America.

Turning from these depressing facts to news stories is to see the results of the inequities that we live with whether we know it or not. 

First, lawyers who do exactly what they are expected to do by representing powerless persons against political bosses often pay a heavy price for their efforts.

Mr. Avenatti is not the only lawyer "seeking millions" in civil lawsuits.

Second, refusing to print truths that humiliate the U.S. government is an abdication of lawyers' and journalists' foremost responsibilities that has become routine: Carol Rosenburg, [Manohla Dargis & Farai Chideya,] "In Guantanamo Trials, Wrestling With Airing Evidence on [sic.] Torture," The New York Times, April 6, 2019, p. A1. 

Evidence of torture must be made public if this hateful crime against humanity -- whether it is committed by the U.S. or Israel or any other nation -- is to be eradicated from history. ("America's Torture Scandal" and "Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?")

If Mr. Avenatti is guilty of extortion then every lawyer who asks for a settlement conference in a potential civil action to demand a sum for settlement may be accused of the same offense. 

The contrived incident with a former wife did not result in a serious threat of disbarment for Mr. Avenatti, but this recent accusation may end a talented lawyer's career and place him in prison on baseless charges. 

Is Julian Assange being subjected to similarly "orchestrated" accusations by the CIA?

I find it difficult to believe that there were no "behind-the-scenes" efforts by a notorious Republican politician and his appointees in the Justice Department to target Mr. Avenatti for professional destruction because he humiliated that powerful politician who richly deserved the humiliation. I can certainly relate to Mr. Avenatti's adventures. ("Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?" and "Was Menendez Bribed to Get a Visa for a Croney?") 

If I may be described as "unethical" by loathsome persons like John McGill and Maureen Manteneo -- who are proven liars and frauds -- then the word "unethical" has lost its proper meaning. Nothing these New Jersey persons or their friends post, allegedly about me or my ethics, online or anywhere under the cloak of anonymity merits a rebuttal. Anything I write in contrast will bear my name and be sent to the appropriate public officials and police.  ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "John McGill, Esq., the OAE, and New Jersey Corruption.") 

If no action will be taken by the U.S. Justice Department to deal with my matters please simply communicate this fact to me in writing with an explanation of the legal rationale (if any) for the decision. 

I will respond promptly to such a communication online. 

I will also pursue my argument in the court of public opinion. ("What is Law?") 

If some attempt will be made after all these years to comply with laws requiring a response in good faith to me please indicate this fact in writing.

I will be sure to make such a development public.

Whatever happens, if anything does happen, in response to my communications to U.S. officials I will continue to write for as long as I live. 

Alterations in the size of letters and spacing between paragraphs, as usual, are a part of my writing experience and always to be expected, perhaps from self-described "journalists" who claim to defend freedom of speech.

Lourdes Santiago's alleged perversions with powerless women, Maureen Manteneo's reputed mafia affiliations, thefts and lies by John McGill were not a problem for Trenton's ethics police. Craig, Esq., ivy-educated lawyer and Democratic party "insider," is among those facing disbarment and imminent indictment for "collusion with Russia" on behalf of Democrats, allegedly, targeting the Republican opposition. New Jersey's Democrats are certainly more corrupt -- this is quite an achievement -- than their Republican rivals. It must be said also that the state's legal profession and judiciary are far more contaminated by organized crime as well as displaying infinitely greater incompetence than the feds, but little is done about what is now admitted to be a "lost cause.")

Sadly, much of the illegal dumping of chemical waste has been made possible by generations of corrupt politicians and judges. "A New Jersey judge who asked a woman if she had 'closed her legs' to try to prevent an alleged sexual assault should be suspended without pay for three months, a state committee recommended." (N.Y.T., 4-8-19, p. A22.) ("'The Reader': A Movie Review.")  

Judges and others placed on N.J.'s so-called "ethics committees" are often political lackeys serving the agenda of prominent politicians, or political "bosses," or influential underworld figures who own the state's officials and Supreme Court justices, such as Stuart Rabner, persons who are naively entrusted, nevertheless, with "disciplining" or controlling members of the bar and bench.  ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?" then "Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.") 

It is difficult to tell from public news sources what is the real and, I am sure, political agenda behind this very public humiliation of New Jersey Superior Court Judge John F. Russo, Jr. of Ocean County. ("New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America.") 

Ocean County is saturated with carcinogens because local powers for decades were "friendly" to polluters and mafia sanitation companies that, for a small fee, were permitted to dump medical waste and god knows what else near local beaches. 

This is hardly to deny that Judge Russo is a slob and disgusting in his behavior towards women in his courtroom nor that he will ever be anything other than a hateful racist who is barely competent as a legal thinker. ("Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey" and "Albert Florence and New Jersey's Racism.") 

Judge Russo is regarded by colleagues as a "liar" and "untrustworthy," an obese and lazy, often grossly incompetent fool with mob affiliations that may well explain his appointment to the bench in the first place, a man who is known to salivate over the cleavage of women sitting in his courtroom and to wear whatever he had for lunch on his necktie as he naps and snores, happily, during crucial testimony in the afternoons. ("New Jersey's Soiled Judiciary" and "Chris Christie Attacks New Jersey's Corrupt Judges.") 

Perhaps the worst accusation made against Judge Russo is that he is willing to sell his independence and authority to his political "godfather" for greater professional "success." ("More Mafia Influence in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless.")  

Judge Russo is far from unique among New Jersey Superior Court judges. 

After all, much the same may be said of many of the judges I recall committing crimes against decorum and the U.S. Constitution from New Jersey judicial positions for so many years. ("Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.") 

Sybil R. Moses and "Little Debbie" Poritz were regarded by many of their colleagues on the bench and members of the bar as intellectual "mediocrities" at best or, worse, subject to illicit persuasion of one kind or another. ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!") 

It was deemed "wise" by lawyers, for example, to arrange for attractive young women to "argue" before Chief Justice Poritz or to ask for "little favors" that would be granted "privately." ("Marilyn Straus Was Right!" and "Diana's Friend Goes to Prison.") 

Lesbian-friendly judges were also regarded as a "lost cause" by male attorneys. ("New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores.")  

Estela De La Cruz is said to be a member of the so-called "meow-mix" club of New Jersey judges as is Lourdes Santiago and both are studiously avoided by attorneys representing heterosexual men. ("New Jersey Supreme Court's Implosion" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court" then "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet.") 

A number of judges in New Jersey's tainted courtrooms have done and said things that are far worse (or more unforgivable) than Judge Russo's many sins. 

I can remember, for instance, Jay Romano, literally, turning purple with rage when I defeated prosecutors in his courtroom, or won reversals by appealing corrupt convictions from North Bergen's Municipal Court that were found to target an individual for harassment because "they" -- Judge Romano and Nino Falcone to say nothing of "Big Nicky" Sacco -- "disliked" this man and/or were enraged by me because I presumed to represent him and would not go along with efforts to deprive an American citizen of his Constitutional rights. No doubt many Hudson County lawyers, happily, betray their clients' interests for a small bribe. I was never one of them and, therefore, was deemed "unethical." ("North Bergen New Jersey is the Home of La Cosa Nostra" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Many N.J. lawyers today continue to go along with efforts to sell-out their clients for a reward of some kind. Perhaps these rewards may include a place on the New Jersey Superior Court or favorable settlements for plaintiffs shared under-the-table with friendly judges. Mr. Ginarte? Do you owe me some money Mr. Ginarte? ("New Jersey's Failed Judiciary.")   

Judge Sanchez of Union City's Municipal Court, literally, did not speak English, often requiring the services of the local interpreter when speaking to attorneys in his chambers, along with the assistance of Black's Law Dictionary to define basic evidence doctrines. 

I found it necessary to explain elementary concepts of law to Judge Sanchez -- concepts that should be mastered by first-year law students. 

Judge Sanchez also tried to "warn me" not to represent my clients too vigorously and that the powers-that-be in Union City had decided to target one woman in particular, as I recall, and would continue to "harass" her, but he refused to say as much on the record.  

Much the same lack of competence is said to be true of "Justice" Jaynee LaVecchia who has difficulties, allegedly, with theft law and concepts of fraud. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.") 

The charming conduct and remarks of Judge Maurice J. Gallipoli, Tolentino, Schaeffer, and the other usual suspects (I can only hope that some or all of these people are now dead!) I will pass over in tactful silence. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")  

A former Administrative Judge in Hudson County was fond of the proverbial "three-martini lunch" and tended to chuckle at inappropriate moments in her courtroom.

Today's Hudson County Administrative Judge Maureen Manteneo is rumored to be affiliated with the mafia and may soon be removed from the bench. The crimes Ms. Manteneo committed against me, alone, merit such removal and worse. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")  

Revelations of alleged crimes, drug use, criminal perversions, and other offenses by Garden State judges will not pass my lips just yet. 

According to the Times Judge Russo asked a victim of sexual abuse whether, in seeking to escape a rape attempt, she would --

" -- 'Block your body parts?' Judge Russo added. 'Close your legs? Call the police? Did you do any of these things?' ..." (N.Y.T., 4-8-19, p. A22.) 

Judge Russo's implication, clearly, is that women enjoy sexual assaults and rapes so "where's the harm?"

Protests in London against extraditing Mr. Assange to the ostensibly "discredited" U.S. legal system have become international and are a "You-Tube" sensation. Jeremy Corbyn, leader of the Labour party in Britain, has argued against extradition of Mr. Assange to the U.S. calling upon the Tory government to refuse such a request even if it is approved by the courts. If Mr. Assange is extradited to the U.S. it is expected that he will be subjected to drugging, questioning under hypnosis, and other forms of psychological torture at least and, perhaps, to much worse, such as beatings. If sentenced to prison in the UK for bail violations Julian Assange may be shipped off to America after serving his time in Britain. I suspect that Mr. Assange will be questioned, secretly and brutally, by American CIA operatives while he is in a UK prison. Rape charges in Sweden may compound Mr. Assange's troubles, but such accusations are best viewed as "insurance" for the CIA. If Mr. Assange is not sent from the UK to the US, he will certainly be extradited from Sweden to America, after the end of his legal troubles there, to face very serious US charges that will not go away.) 

Rebecca R. Ruiz, ["Manohla Dargis"] "Prosecutors Say Avenatti Stole From His Clients and Lied About His Businesses," The New York Times, August 12, 2019, p. A14. (As someone who has never been accused of stealing one penny from his clients and who has never lied under oath, but who has certainly been falsely accused of every sin in the book and some that are not in the book; as a person who has never been arrested or accused of any crime; I can say that the "charges" against Mr. Avenatti smell of political motivation to me. Mr. Avenatti suggested that the case against him is "politically motivated," following his "aggressive representation of Stormy Daniels, the pornographic film actress" -- this is a term of abuse that is much-loved by "Manohla Dargis" a.k.a. "Rebecca R. Ruiz" -- "who said she had a sexual relationship with President Trump and received a hush-money payment in October, 2016." [emphasis added] The law suits filed on behalf of Ms. Daniels against Donald J. Trump have now been dismissed and, without Mr. Avenatti, will not be appealed or restored to the docket. Ms. Daniels may have up to a year to do those things depending on a host of factors provided she retains new counsel promptly.)   

Kenneth T. Vogel & Katie Benner, "Ex-Obama Aide Indicted in Case Linked to Mueller Report," The New York Times, April 12, 2019, p. A16. (Gregory Craig, Esq. is accused of lying to the Justice Department and withholding information from prosecutors. Mr. Barr, the current U.S. Attorney General, is also accused in the media of lying about the exact contents of the Mueller report and the extent to which the president is exculpated in that report. Furthermore, Mr. Barr is said to be "withholding information from the U.S. Congress and American people" concerning evidence for collusion by Mr. Trump with Russian interference in the most recent presidential election in this same newspaper. Fittingly, it is alleged that Mr. Craig claimed that "all lawyers lie." Does this statement include the nine lawyers on the U.S. Supreme Court?  Please refer to "Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?" and "Is truth dead?")

Adam Liptak, "3 A.M. Dissent as Court Splits Over Execution," The New York Times, April 13, 2019, p. A1. ("The dissent, tinged with anguish and filled with bitter accusations, was not ready until 3:00 A.M. It described a rupture in the carefully tended norms of civility on the court. And it provided a rare glimpse into ordinarily secret deliberations." Justice Breyer was denied a stay which he favored that would have allowed for argument and discussion among all of the justices concerning important claims of legal right on behalf of Christopher L. Price on the very eve of Mr. Price's execution. The effect of this refusal by more conservative justices even to consider legal arguments that would delay an execution resulted in the unusual and agonized dissenting statement by Justice Breyer joined by the liberal justices. The possibility even of factual innocence on the part of the condemned did not seem to matter to Republican justices. The language quoted in the media may be more applicable to my situation as to which, for the time being, the justices remain mysteriously silent: " ... 'If the Supreme Court cares about its institutional effectiveness, it will heal this long-festering wound before it attempts to persuade the country that in resolving the other thorny issues to come it has acted the way a judicial body should,' said Eric M. Freedman, a law professor at Hofstra University." Do the New Jersey Supreme Court and now the federal legal system face a similar dilemma with respect to my matters?)

Did John McGill, Esq. lie to investigators concerning my matters? Lourdes Santiago? Maureen Manteneo? Alexander Booth? Posting anonymous slurs of me online is far from discouraging at this stage of the process and it conflicts with the "nobody-cares-about-you" script. ("Robert Mueller and his team of prosecutors and investigators found 'substantial evidence' that President Trump broke federal law [emphasis added] on numerous occasions by attempting to shut down or interfere with the nearly two-year investigation." Did the OAE attempt to obstruct federal inquiries into my situation by lying to investigators and hiding or trying to destroy evidence? Are such loathsome tactics in litigation "ethical" when the OAE and N.J. Supreme Court indulges in them? Mr. Menendez? Ad hominem insults will not solve your problem at the OAE. In the conclusion to his report Mr. Mueller stated: " ... while this report does not conclude that the president committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him." It now appears that everyone associated with the president's legal team lied to some degree in responding to Mr. Mueller's questions. It is mostly attorneys going to prison for lies under oath, obstructions of justice, and other crimes related to Russian "collusion." N.Y.T., 4-19-19, p. F14. Corruption, evidently, allowed for "secret dumping" of chemicals traced to the Du Pont corporation that are surfacing in multiple locations in Bergen and Hudson Counties as well as Passaic County. The Du Pont corporation is a major contributor to New Jersey politicians' coffers. "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

(Ridgewood Police Officer Peter Tuchol, Jr. of Waldwick is incarcerated but will be released shortly pending trial. Reportedly, Mr. Tuchol has threatened to name fellow officers and attorneys and/or judges sharing his fondness for 15-year-old girls. Rather than jumping at the opportunity to pursue such matters, however, the Bergen County Prosecutors' Office may be trying to cover-up the truth by resolving the issues quietly in order to avoid further "embarrassing" disclosures. ("The DIRECTOR of a child psychology center in Franklyn Lakes was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a pre-teen child on more than one occasion." A number of facilities for the care of young children are centers of child abuse which is often captured on videos that are sold online or posted in the "dark web." Lorenzo Peralta, 78, [sic.] a Bob Menendez supporter and alleged "personal friend" of Lilian Munoz, is facing at least two counts of sexual assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor. What name did you give to Marilyn Straus, Lilian? Evidently, Lilian Munoz -- former law partner of Bob Menendez -- enjoys sex with unconscious women which may come as news to her husband or former husband.  Still in the closet Lilian? What could it hurt? Is this New Jersey's legal ethics Mr. Rabner? Mr. Albin? Ms. Poritz? Why is it hunky-dory when Jews steal in New Jersey? Is there "differential treatment" for Jewish offenders in the state's legal system? Do you continue to believe, Ms. Poritz, that "Jews do not commit crimes"? (After yet another bloody Synagogue attack new threats against Jewish targets and persons, especially in the tri-state area, have been brought to the attention of the police. I contact the police, prosecutors, judges only to be ignored because, allegedly, I do not exist. Luckily, Jewish friends may be more fortunate in generating a governmental and media response, for some mysterious reason, than I am when facing serious perils and increasing public dangers. For reasons that are difficult to imagine or understand there is a widespread perception in America that double standards exist in the legal and/or political system to favor Jews. Who knew? This strange notion continues to generate intense hatred directed against Jews, often by groups on the Right of the political spectrum that are ostensibly supportive of President Trump's harsh new Israeli policies aimed against Palestinians. Given some bizarre recent events in my life I should emphasize that, regardless of thefts of my personal property or destruction of beautiful objects that I treasure, I will continue to write at public computers. Computer crime makes writing precarious and difficult. There is always a danger that I will be prevented from writing even at public computers, but I will certainly always struggle to do so.)

(Deliveries of cocaine and heroin were made free of charge to local courthouses on a regular basis. Cops and lawyers were on the client list, also allegedly, so that a task force had to be created specifically to deal with this problem. This organization is far from unique in New Jersey. I am sure that there are still a lot of judges in New Jersey smoking weed and snorting cocaine. Perhaps new drugs have become popular. I will discuss some of my favorite naughty anecdotes about New Jersey Superior Court judges in future posts.)

Nearly $500,000 was stolen by the talented young lady and her boyfriend Mark D'Amico. Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo? Still on disability Maria? Still being paid as the holder of a Master's Degree? Do you speak to me of "ethics"? Does such a person still presume to judge me or to cooperate with my enemies? Will you have to "eat your words" Maria Martinez?)

Joe Malinconico, "School Director Suspended With Pay," The Record, April 10, 2019, p. L-3. (Incompetent and unqualified political appointee Collin Postall [sic.] was suspended from his $124,500 job, one of several public gigs, after failed tests of the local schools' drinking water -- arsenic? -- and missing vehicle registration cards. Funds seem to have vanished from the "facilities" budget. I wonder why it is that, allegedly, arsenic is being found in so many water coolers in New Jersey. This is not a harmless substance nor does it just "appear" in drinking water. Someone may be sending a message to the authorities in New Jersey.)

(Ruben McAusland, a city cop who punched and slapped a patient at St. Joseph's Medical Center, and who now admits that he was also dealing drugs, faces 66 months in federal prison. Among assaults by police officers, allegedly, are a number of sexual attacks against mentally impaired young women at this hospital and others. Inebriated or unconscious victims -- usually women -- may find it difficult to identify assailants who wear the same uniforms. Is this New Jersey's famous legal "ethics" Mr. Rabner?)  

Nick Corasanti, "Ex-Christie Aide Gets 13-Month 'Bridgegate' Sentence," The New York Times, April 25, 2019, p. A19. ("After her sentencing hearing Wednesday, Bridget Kelly called former [N.J.] Governor Chris Christie 'dishonorable' ["unethical"] and a 'bully' who betrayed her." David Samson, former attorney general of the Garden State and now a disbarred felon but still a "nice Jewish boy"; David Wildstein -- who continues to insist that Mr. Christie knew of the Bridgegate matter and has lied about this fact -- Bill Baroni and others have experienced the destruction of their lives in order to allow Mr. Christie to waltz, hop, and skip away from the consequences of his actions. Mr. Christie is begging for the punishment that will permit the reform of his deeply flawed character. Please provide him with that punishment for his own good. Continued lying about Mr. Christie's culpability will not help matters nor will silence put this crisis to an end: " ... testimony at Ms. Kelly's trial revealed that [Mr. Christie] was told about the lane closings as they were happening and was involved in trying to cover-up the scheme." Similarly, it may be time to stop all of the lying and admit the truth, finally, concerning my matters at the OAE and New Jersey Supreme Court. Gruval, the state attorney general, said he was 'deeply disappointed' that some defendants were in 'positions of trust.'" High school teachers, police officers, allegedly, a judge or attorneys, perhaps, who will probably not be charged, or named -- all are said to be part of this sting operation. I am "deeply disappointed" that "persons in positions of trust" in New Jersey, including attorneys and judges, are part of the attempt to cover-up a criminal conspiracy of which I am the victim and, worse, that they may continue to lie as well as obstruct efforts to obtain the truth by federal officials and myself. Several more child molesting scandals have erupted throughout New Jersey in what continues to be a revolting display of the reality residents of that unfortunate jurisdiction still endure in their "miserable lives." James Barron, "Boy Scouts [sic.] 'Perversion Files' Tracked Claims of Sex Abuse by Volunteers," The New York Times, April 24, 2019, p. A19. (Hundreds, if not thousands, of boys have been sexually violated in scouting troops. The state that leads in the number of victims at the moment may well be New Jersey. When added to the many victims of abuse by priests in New Jersey to say nothing about the countless children sexually abused in the state's failing schools -- the epidemic of rapes and other forms of sexual exploitation of New Jersey's children is a disgrace and scandal that seems to be totally out-of-control. "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester" then "New Jersey is America's Child Abuse Capitol" and "New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana" then "Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes.")

Joshua Jongsma, "West Milford Man Accused of Child Porn," The Record, April 3, 2019, p. L-2. (Vaughn Tiedeman, 46, had at least 50 videos and 100 "files" of child porn that he "shared" online with hundreds of friends between July, 2018 and January, 2019 alone. Curiously, many of these "friends" may be in law enforcement and the judiciary. The U.S. attorney had to stop this man's activities. New Jersey authorities ignored the matter. Ignoring things seems to be a preferred method of coping with humiliating crises in the Garden State, especially when the crisis in question afflicts the legal system itself and implicates powerful judges or officials fond of underage prostitutes and cocaine. Lourdes Santiago? Lilian Munoz? Bob Menendez? "Marilyn Straus Was Right" and "New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America.") 

Philip De Vencentis, "Wrongly Convicted People Speak on Justice Reform," The Record, April 3, 2019, p. L-3. (N.J. is among the most disastrous jurisdictions in the nation in terms not only of wrongful convictions, but of cover-ups and lies to prevent disclosures of prosecutorial blunders and frame-ups. Anne Rodgers of the Union County Prosecutors' Office is a racist as well as an expert on such cover-ups and unethical methods who is a judge by now, I am sure, who is probably protected by Elizabeth and state cops. Many innocent persons and their loved-ones, usually African-Americans, continue to suffer from such criminal "errors" to the delight or indifference of the state's soiled Supreme Court. "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

Heather Murphy, "When Experts Testifying in Criminal Trials Are Guilty of Overstating Forensic Results," The New York Times, April 21, 2019, p. A14. ("More than 150 men and women in American prisons were exonerated in 2018, according to a recent report by a registry that tracks wrongful convictions. Combined, these individuals spent more than 1,600 years in prison, a record for the data base, which has data going back to 1989." The crucial discovery emerging from the analysis of this information should not surprise anyone: "The leading culprit in convicting innocent people was official misconduct, according to the report by the National Registry of Exonerations. Nearly one third of these cases involved a police corruption scheme ... through which a police officer FRAMED individuals in drug cases." [emphasis added] Even worse are the paid-for alleged "opinions" of self-styled psychological experts denying victims of their incompetence or lies the opportunity for cross examination as they misrepresent their credentials as experts. Trophy inmates and defendants, such as Mumia Abu-Jamal and Assata Shakur, may have been questioned under hypnosis, secretly, and never told this fact which has probably also not been revealed to their counsel. This questioning would amount to a heinous and criminal violation of any person's Constitutional and human rights. "An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey 'Terry Touchin' ["David Cohen" a.k.a. John Kelly & Mark Nichols, "Misconduct Records Published After Nationwide Search," The Record, April 29, 2019, p. A-1. ("At least 85,000 law enforcement officers" -- are Anne Rodgers, Esq. and John McGill, Esq. or the dishonorable Maureen Manteneo among them? -- "across the United States have been investigated or disciplined for misconduct over the past decade, an investigation by USA Today Network found." Victims of perjury and frame-ups or lying by prosecutors -- I am sure this includes the lies of Ms. Rodgers -- are overwhelmingly African-American men. Many of these men have been liberated only after long periods of incarceration without an apology; others are not aware of the possibility of release due to the many convictions of officers testifying against them, usually falsely, since no one has bothered to inform them of new facts. Many state courts -- including the New Jersey Supreme Court -- have relegated these matters to silence and apathy. Is this America's legal ethics today Chief Justice Roberts? Silence? Defense lawyers pursuing the truth in such cases will be called "unethical" and disbarred preferably with the cooperation of "docile" minority attorneys. Scott Fallon, "Plant Would be a Major Polluter: Site Predicted to be N.J.'s Number 1 Carbon Emitter," The Record, February 16, 2019, p. A-1. ("A controversial natural gas-filled power plant proposed for the Meadowlands" -- which is already one of the most lethally polluted areas in New Jersey -- "would emit more carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases than any existing power plant in New Jersey," or elsewhere in the country, causing havoc to the environment and leading to more lung cancer in the area. According to federal data, the region is already facing "severe toxic threats." A new power plant would increase to highly dangerous levels risks associated merely with breathing every day, especially for elderly residents and children. Whether persons will be advised to avoid breathing during weekdays is difficult to tell. Risks resulting from poisoning the environment may be unavoidable even if politicians approving of the proposed plant will benefit financially.) 

Curtis Tate, "Recent Spending Bill Includes Funding for Hudson Rail Tunnel," The Record, February 16, 2019, p. A-3. (The latest federal spending bill provides $650 MILLION for a proposed new Hudson River tunnel that is anticipated to cost at least $13.5 BILLION. About 33% of the money already approved for this project will be stolen and/or lost and/or "misspent." Bob Menendez is trying to control how the funds are apportioned. The new tunnel may never be completed, according to experts, because the actual amount necessary for the project will exceed $20 BILLION. This is another version of the Xanadu or American Dream nightmare. Major public construction projects in New Jersey must be placed under federal control that excludes N.J. politicians or the money will simply be stolen and nothing will be completed.)

Herb Jackson, "Christie Scandals Raised at Hearing: Senators Grill Nominee, an Ex-Trenton Staffer," The Record, November 14, 2018, p. A-9. (To take only one example: "Awarding a $150 MILLION no-bid contract for Sandy recovery to a company that later contributed $50,000 to the Republican Governor's Association when Mr. Christie was its chairman." Allegations of cash in an envelope displays of "good will" by the company's c.e.o. to Mr. Christie, personally, cannot be confirmed. All of this and far worse was typical of the Christie administration and the new governor is even more corrupt than Mr. Christie. "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics" and "New Jersey's Tainted Legal Ethics.")

Kaitlyn Kanzler, "$3 Million in Meth, Heroin, Fentanyl Found During Arrest," The Record, November 14, 2018, p. L-3. (In April, 2019 the same operation is back in business with new heroin and cocaine distribution centers that, allegedly, are protected by state officials in Bergen and Hudson Counties. This mountain of poison is not something that just appeared overnight. Nothing was done for decades about this mysterious "7-story tall dirt pile" that has brother and sister "dirt piles" containing similar lethal chemical compounds at other locations throughout New Jersey. Many similar "dirt piles" are actually buried in undisclosed communities, reportedly, throughout the "Garden State." As I write this text the Linden refinery is generating complaints for emitting hazardous materials into the atmosphere affecting much of Union County. An explosion of tumors directly related to these phenomena have been detected in persons occupying much of the central region of New Jersey. At multiple additional locations samples have revealed "polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons" (PAHs), "polyclorinated biphenyls" (PCBs), and various pesticide chemicals -- all of these substances at levels well above the state's own standards for residential areas. The dangers are especially great, as usual, for very young children and elderly persons. No one cares in Trenton. Anyone from Trenton wishing to talk to me about "ethics" is welcome to do so. Many of Mr. Sheehan's clients, who will now benefit financially because of this legislation as modified by their attorney, happen to be the very politicians voting on the law. None of this involves a conflict of interest or self-dealing for the OAE which is made up of, or controlled by, the very same inside group of lawyers. Is this your "legal ethics" Mr. Rabner? Mathew Haag, "$300 Million in Tax Breaks Awarded to 4 Companies With Ties to Democrats," The New York Times, May 3, 2019, p. A11. ("NEWARK -- The backlash over New Jersey's lucrative corporate tax incentives grew on Thursday when it was disclosed that four companies received nearly $300 MILLION in tax breaks based on questionable claims [lies?] that they would otherwise move out of state." Many companies are fed up with the corruption, legal and governmental incompetence in New Jersey to say nothing of the lethal pollutants that make dwelling in the suburbs of the "Soprano State" life-threatening. A number of important business leaders, personally, find themselves struggling against unusual cancers during recent years for some mysterious reasons. Perhaps there is justice in this fact. The four companies deriving new financial benefits have close ties to George E. Norcross, III, a powerful so-called "political boss" in the Camden area. Curiously, Mr. Norcross and all four of these companies are among the "clients" of Mr. Sheehan who also stand to gain financially from revisions in the laws that the DeCottiis lawyer has kindly drafted for legislators in Trenton. This cozy situation is deemed to be entirely "ethical." That is what I call stealing. Again: "New Jersey's Politically-Connected Lawyers On the Tit.") 

Peter Baker, "Under Fire, Barr Defends Actions on Mueller Report: Will 'Skip' Hearing in House After Fierce Session in Senate," The New York Times, May 2, 2019, p. A1. (The Democrats political circus -- or so-called "hearings" -- are obviously about the forthcoming presidential election. Mr. Barr is understandably annoyed at being turned into a proverbial "punching bag" by minor politicians. Nevertheless, choosing to "skip" hearings when he has been summoned formally as Attorney General of the United States of America threatens, or undermines, the very due process and rule of law that he is supposed to embody and represent. It is nearly as bad as ignoring public communications of criminality for political reasons with regard to the matters brought to his attention by me. I can only hope that I will hear from the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of Manhattan soon. I have a feeling that I will be visiting Brooklyn federal court some day to meet former highly ethical "friends and colleagues" from New Jersey.)

(James Cosgrove, the alleged "real mayor" of Elizabeth, New Jersey -- certainly one of the most corrupt towns in the state -- happens to be one of my greatest critics and a devoted reader of my blogs as well as a sworn enemy of mine, who is facing, finally, the remote possibility of removal from office or forced resignation as "top cop" because of racism, sexism, "cutting corners" in investigations of African-Americans together with far worse offenses. I am sure that these allegations are an understatement of Mr. Cosgrove's many sins. Aside from racist and sexist slurs against fellow officers and members of the criminal defense bar "Cosgrove engaged in various other forms of serious misconduct, including acts of sexual harassment, as well as routinely interfering in internal affairs investigations." This interference was usually about protecting racist or crooked cops sharing Mr. Cosgrove's political views or acting as his henchmen and stooges. This same individual is said to be influential with the OAE and had a lot to do with secret and illegal efforts to target me. Mr. Cosgrove may see himself as the embodiment of New Jersey's legal "ethics." Elizabeth's Mayor Chris Bollwage will not "remove" James Cosgrove because he needs political support desperately in a city whose demographics are changing even as the power structure continues to insulate old-style Democratic "bosses" emerging from blue-collar ethnic neighborhoods within a system of spoils and graft from natural democratic pressures exerted by the majority of the city's impoverished and exploited residents. Elizabeth is a microcosm of urban America and the dilemmas and divisions within a bloated and diseased as well as inept Democratic party. Mr. Cosgrove may have provided protection for years to the likes of Anne Rodgers. It is time for Democrats to remove such "human cancers" from power if they wish to be taken seriously by the American people. Is there a connection between Alex Booth and James Cosgrove? ("THE HAGUE, Netherlands -- Accusing Israel of systematic crimes, including apartheid in the occupied territories, Palestinians on Tuesday urged the International Criminal Court to open an investigation that could ultimately lead to charges against Israeli leaders." A resolution of this matter and results of multiple investigations at the international level dating from 2005 are expected in May, 2019. Israel claims that "about half the time" they respect human rights of persons in the affected territories. In 2019 identical allegations are still pending before international human rights tribunals and the UN where Israel is shielded by US diplomats. Does much depend on the identities of victims for U.S. foreign policy? Do black lives matter just as little outside as within the U.S. for American government officials?)

Yet in New Jersey, some people are held in isolation for months. For 22 to 23 hours a day, they are left with only a bed and their thoughts in a room that's typically no more than 8 to 10 feet. It causes life-long trauma, increasing the risk that people become unnerved, irritable, erratic, depressed, irrational." Efforts to generate identical effects through psychological torture techniques maximizing social isolation, ostracism from friends and family, and economic pressures, thefts of personal items, or worse, have been developed by American social scientists as a means of "control" with the assistance of lawyers. ("New Jersey's Governor Phil Murphy likened Pompton Lakes to 'Love Canal'" -- a community near Niagara Falls, N.Y. built over a toxic dumping ground -- and promised to "clean up the site and ensure the safety of New Jersey's people" in one year. This promise was repeated on several occasions after this date. Has the problem now been solved in Pompton Lakes and the rest of New Jersey in May, 2019? Or was Mr. Murphy lying about his concern and the remedial efforts that would be made to correct this problem in New Jersey? When asked recently about the Pompton Lakes "problem" New Jersey's Phil Murphy allegedly answered: "What problem?")

("Air will be monitored 24 hours a day at a more stringent standard in apartment complexes surrounding the Quanta Superfund site where neighbors have complained about noxious fumes for months, federal officials said Tuesday." In May, 2019, there is very little "monitoring 24 hours a day" while renewed testing continues to detect "noxious toxicants" in Edgewater according to state officials and independent experts. No meaningful action is being taken to protect the public. No one particularly cares if the lives and health of residents continue to be endangered. "That's Jersey style!" Governor Murphy explains with a merry chuckle.)

(Jorge Dominguez, a Bob Menendez supporter and distinguished professor of government at Harvard University, was forced to resign after decades of sexual harassment allegations. A 52-page report concluded: "Generations of students warned one another about Dominguez's behavior and developed coping strategies for interactions with him. Some students changed the focus of their research -- at great cost -- in order to avoid such interactions. This deplorable situation went on for more than 20 years." Professor Dominguez and Marco Rubio have been called "the wild and crazy guys" of Right-wing Miami politics. No comment has been heard from Mr. Dominguez.)

According to New Jersey's self-styled "feminist radicals" such a prosecution may limit women's "procreative choice" and diminish female "empowerment." If such claims are asserted by anyone -- Farai Chideya perhaps -- I can only conclude that they are absurd and evil. (Jeffrey Reitz, a New Jersey State Police Trooper was arrested on pornography charges. The child's mother -- allegedly a lesbian and prostitute -- offered her daughter as a sex slave from the time the child was five years-old. In an email dated some time in December of 2018, "mom" first discussed the possibility of such a "transaction." The self-described "typical Jersey mom" provided images of her child engaged in sexual acts or poses in exchange for a photo of the trooper's genitals which he kindly sent to her. Much of the money will be misspent or stolen as usual in New Jersey without an improvement in services. Legislators allowing for this budget increase are aware that much of the money will be wasted. These officials wish to be seen as "doing something about" the nightmare that is travelling on New Jersey Transit. Everyone will ignore the thefts and collapsing infrastructure as well as decrepit trains.)

(In a state that cannot protect minors from sexual harassment or exploitation a law will be enacted to prohibit sex between adults where one of the "adults" happens to be a student or former student of the other. No teacher-with-student sex is allowed. I am sure this new law will solve the problem in America's leading child abuse jurisdiction.)

(Clifton Police Chief Mark Centurione is suing town officials for defamation because they accuse him of backing a plan to provide extra compensation for officers who are military veterans in order to benefit himself. This is probably true. Besides, in Clifton -- a mafia-saturated little town with an excellent diner -- it is the least of the problems officials must contend with. Mafia members always know the best places to eat. You cannot "defame" persons from Clifton, New Jersey because being from such a town is itself an insult and damaging to one's reputation. Res ipsa Loquitur.)

(Alia Ismad Faleh Al Hunaty, 43, faces 20 years in prison for "enslaving" an illegal immigrant from Sri Lanka for almost a decade. Sexual violations of persons in such positions in New Jersey, a state estimated to have from 10,000 to 20,000 "slaves" depending on whom one believes, is far from unusual. Among the towns in which the defendant resided during the relevant time period is Clifton, New Jersey.)

(Bob Menendez supporter David Ramirez-Martinez, 69, and his little friends were operating a drug distribution center generating $30,000 per day in sales. Several other locations staffed by persons from the same "organization" in Passaic and Hudson Counties may have been generating about the same business. Allegations of pay offs to officials cannot be confirmed. It is likely, however, that bigger bribes are sought from these arrested business persons. Accordingly, these arrests may be only a way of getting the point across that fees are about to increase for local cops and politicians as well as judges.) 

Kristie Cattafi, "Town Recovers $200,000 After Hack: Palisades Park Given Insurance Check," The Record, March 1, 2019, p. L-1. (Palisades Park, like many New Jersey municipalities, has been targeted for computer crime by mysterious hackers. $200,000 is only a small part of the money "stolen" for which insurance payments have been received. Allegedly, persons have been paid by local politicians to "hack" into the municipal computer systems and share the loot under-the-table with politicians who will also collect from insurance companies, if possible, in a remarkable display of financial creativity. Jersey City, Union City, and other Hudson County towns seem to have a "problem" with computer crimes targeting their systems as does North Bergen and Superior Court computers have also been breached, allegedly, for mysterious reasons.)

(Among the preferred methods for sexual predators and child molesters in New Jersey is the "Uber App." County prosecutors are planning to create "Uber rape units" to deal with the number of incidents of this sort of crime, often involving drivers from other states, who are told that "New Jersey is where you do that sort of thing." ("Carbon Dioxide (CO2) concentrations have skyrocketed far higher than any levels in the past 800,000 years, data from the Scripps Institute of Oceanography at the University of California -- San Diego show, and levels have not been this high for MILLIONS of years. [emphasis added] When combined with unforeseen chemical interactions in New Jersey soil samples as well as toxins in the air persons are forced to breathe to say nothing of the tainted supply of drinking water a very genuine danger resulting to the health and safety of residents becomes obvious and unacceptable demanding immediate action from public officials. A conspiracy of Jersey City cops and ongoing investigations of officers in other Hudson County departments are only the tip of the proverbial ice berg when it comes to New Jersey's police and municipal court scams aimed at stealing millions from motorists. Robert Delagente, 45, is only one of many doctors in New Jersey connected to cartels and making millions in this lucrative business.) 

Scott Fallon, "New Jersey Sues Du Pont, 3M Over Toxic Firefighting Foam," The Record, May 15, 2019, p. A-3. ("The Murphy administration [finally] sued Du Pont, 3M and others Thursday for making and selling firefighting foam products for decades in New Jersey that contained toxic chemicals." Guess where the residue of those toxic chemicals and other highly dangerous substances were "dumped" after they were used by Du Pont and its subsidiaries? Communities like Pompton Lakes and Tom's River have experienced generations of suffering because of the criminal violations of environmental laws condoned by corrupt local officials in New Jersey that have taken countless lives. Firefighters and other emergency service providers have become very ill because of chemicals that Du Pont knew should not have been used in the equipment and foam they were selling to public entities. For decades lawyers, judges, prosecutors and politicians in New Jersey ignored this danger or pretended not to be be aware of it. Do you speak to me of "ethics" Mr. Rabner? (Officer Kyle Zyskowski, 34, told a witness to destroy evidence in an ongoing criminal investigation -- very much like John McGill, Esq. of the OAE! -- concerning the sharing of nude photos of the victim that had been obtained and shared without her consent. Numerous officers in departments throughout the state are facing similar or identical charges often for "sharing" such images with minors. Ethics?) 

Dustin Racioppi, "Executives Say Schools CEO is LYING: Delgado-Polanco Defends Restructuring of Agency," The Record, March 9, 2019, p. A-1. ("Embattled CEO Lizette Delgado-Polanco made 'false statements' about a restructuring she led that is at the center of an investigation and has prompted calls for the abolishment ["Abolition"?] of the School Development Authority that she leads ..." These facts are only a small part of the contents of a letter shared with the N.J. State Ethics Commission that may have also lied about the situation and tried to cover-up the truth in the spirit of the Office of Attorney Ethics. Only in New Jersey is lying, covering-up or destroying evidence, then denying the truth to victims considered "ethical" when government lawyers engage in these acts. (Eileen Shaefer, described as a "nice elderly Jewish lesbian" and School Superintendent bearing a striking resemblance to Deborah T. Poritz will get $35,000 on top of $233,000 in salary and other compensation besides any additional "bonuses" later in the year. This money is a "reward for excellence," despite the increasing failures of the Paterson and Passaic schools to say nothing of the utter catastrophe elsewhere in New Jersey's educational system in places like Elizabeth, Newark and Union City, that can only be called a disgrace much to the surprise of the seemingly comatose Ms. Shaefer who will probably receive even more money primarily because she is indeed "a nice Jewish person." What could it hurt? Loretta Weinberg?)
