N.J.'s Corrupt Lawyers and Other Perverts.

December 23, 2019 at 11:55 A.M. I found it difficult to access these blogs today.

I was blocked, repeatedly, when I tried to reach my profile.

Once again: I cannot be certain of returning to this site.

My text was altered by hackers from government computers located in Trenton and elsewhere in New Jersey.

The spacing between paragraphs and sentences was altered in order to deform this essay.

I have done my best to repair the harm done.

I cannot say what further harm may be done to these writings during the forthcoming holiday.

I hope that readers have experienced these pleasant tactics with me so that they will come to their conclusions concerning the ethics and legality of persons doing these things and of a jurisdiction enabling these tactics, presumably, to harm me or cover-up criminality concerning discredited ethics proceedings against me.

I have received no response to my communications from any U.S. officials.

Evidently, even misrepresenting federal judicial authority is condoned in the effort to silence me.

My goal is to write a detailed essay in January concerning the philosophical work of German thinker Markus Gabriel.

I cannot be certain of whether I will be able to post that text.

I will continue to write.

I will continue to communicate with the authorities, U.S. as well as international authorities, and to demand a response and the truth about these matters.

If I am prevented from posting further writings at blogger or returning to this site, as happened earlier today, I will try to continue writing at other locations online.

I am unable to see my profile and I cannot say whether all of my blogs are still online or whether the profile still exists.

The essay that appears below with attachments will be sent to The San Francisco Chronicle and to international legal authorities.

If the "strategy" pursued by Garden State officials and imposed upon their federal colleagues is to persist in "silence" then the only possible conclusion for observers from all over the world will be that the American federal court system is compromised, knowingly, to cover-up a criminal conspiracy on the part of thugs affiliated with state government in New Jersey.

I am now in receipt of a second letter that purports to come from the clerk of the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, U.S. Courthouse, 500 Pearl Street, New York, N.Y. 10007; tel. (212) 805-0179. http://www.NYSD.USCourts.GOV

The envelope which may have been purchased or stolen from that office is marked: "official business."

The postmark on the envelope states that the letter was mailed to me on October 25, 2019.

My address is written by hand on the envelope in which the letter arrived.

The handwriting is familiar to me.

It is a woman's handwriting. ("The Invicta Watch Company" and "The Invicta Watch Company Caper.")

Inside this envelope is what is alleged to be a "notice" containing a number of grammatical errors contending that my service as a federal juror is "postponed." It is further stated:

"You will receive another jury summons for the date of May 11, 2019. You can call us to pick [sic.] a date to serve earlier [sic.] or wait and serve when you get the next notice."

I have not asked for and do not now request a postponement.

I am INELIGIBLE, as a matter of law, for 4 years from June 15, 2016 until June 15, 2020.

Unless I am mistaken the date of May 11, 2019 has already passed given that today is October 29, 2019.

On May 11, 2020 I will still be ineligible for jury service in the federal system.

If this communication genuinely comes from the U.S. District Court (which I seriously doubt) then the staff of that tribunal is incompetent at best or corrupt at worst or simply drunk at the time when this letter was written and sent.

If this communication comes from a third party falsely claiming to be the federal court clerk then a serious crime has been committed by a person or persons (probably New Jersey lawyers) seeking to harass, frustrate, or annoy me, but only succeeding, as usual, in amusing and entertaining me. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

It is a very serious federal crime to claim, fraudulently, to be a federal judge (or tribunal) or a member of the support staff of such a tribunal.

Incidentally, it is unlikely that the federal clerk would direct a communication to me (or any prospective federal juror) using my state system juror number.

One does not usually obtain a juror number until one is in fact a juror or actually on a jury panel.

Federal clerks are not inclined to write letters in multiple colors of the rainbow.

I will send a copy of this statement whatever it may be with attachments (including a copy of the envelope in which it arrived) making it public online that I have done so to the following recipients by priority mail as I post the tracking numbers for the parcels sent in due course:

Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court; Linda M. Thompson, Jury Administrator, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; William P. Barr, Esq., U.S. Attorney General, U.S. Attorney's Office, Southern District of New York (Manhattan); the Cuban Embassy in the U.S.

I am in receipt of a summons for jury duty in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan.

Having last served on a state jury panel on June 15, 2016 I am still ineligible for service on a jury panel in the state system for 6 years and also for 4 years in the federal system from that date.

I should not receive a summons for jury service in the federal system until at least July of 2020.

I have now been called for jury service 4 times in 10 years.

This is the second time that I have been called to jury service in the federal system during my current period of ineligibility.

Mr. Menendez, Mr. Rubio, and their New Jersey friends no doubt have paid for "influence" with New York's federal jury selection system.

I wonder how many others have purchased such influence with federal court officials?

Is it likely that persons expected to serve on a federal jury will be pleased to know that their information and much more may be available to criminal defendants with enough money to pay off the right people in the Southern District of New York?

I doubt it. To treat this matter with indifference is a great mistake.

The goal of Miami and Union City persons (like Mr. Rubio and Mr. Menendez) may be to harass or obstruct my writing efforts online for some reason.

Whatever obstructions I must struggle against, however, I will certainly do my best to continue writing.

I will ignore all threats and insults against me.

Copies of my proofs of service on a jury panel and the completed federal jury form will be sent to the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York.

I will retain copies of all proofs and mailing records in the event that any item is "lost" for a small fee by government clerks or federal prosecutors.

Corruption in the legal system can mean many things. Political interference with administrative processes or legal procedures, including federal prosecutors' decisions and the jury selection system, is also a dangerous form of corruption that diminishes the credibility of the law to say nothing of the courts and is unethical for any attorney to be a part of or condone especially when such a corrupt attorney is entrusted with enforcing the legal ethics of an American jurisdiction.

Threatening witnesses is even worse for the OAE even if it seems to be a routine practice of that agency. ("Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?")

Accordingly, proofs pertaining this latest jury summons and other evidence will be sent to the U.S. Supreme Court with my completed essay.

Delivery is scheduled to take place October 22, 2019.

As November, 2019 approaches I have received no response to my communications from any U.S. officials, judges, police officers or prosecutors.

I believe that others from the U.S. and international agencies are also ignored on a daily basis by the American government along with state and federal courts when they inquire about matters pertaining to me.

I have not been asked to refrain from communicating with the authorities or asking for the truth, evidence I have supplied to law enforcement officers has not been rejected, denied, countered with opposing evidence or counter-explanations, nor in any other way dismissed on the merits.

There is certainly no communicated decision by the U.S. Justice Department to avoid an investigation or prosecution of persons that I have identified in these communications.

Evidence of the commission of serious crimes against me and others by New Jersey legal and ethics officials employed by government agencies continues to accumulate in the possession of federal prosecutors and the U.S. Supreme Court as well as elsewhere.

Trenton lawyers presuming to judge others and/or commenting on the ethics of fellow citizens or their acolytes often lack all capacity for ethical behavior themselves and may well be on the take.  (Again: "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

The only response from official U.S. sources and media at this time and for several years now has been and remains a mysterious as well as illegal silence.

It is abundantly clear, therefore, that the promise of equal protection of the laws and the universality of legal protections is a myth (or lie) for many of us in American society most of the time.

Legal obligations of transparency and candor, the requirement of good faith and a timely response to inquiries from citizens and legal officials directed at New Jersey's legal institutions are violated, brazenly and repeatedly, by the very persons entrusted with the enforcement of laws in Trenton perhaps to the indifference of their federal colleagues.

Much depends on the identity of victims of government crimes in generating a law enforcement response.

To deny persons police protection that they are entitled to by law or to continue to ignore many provisions of the U.S. Constitution entitling ALL persons to the equal protection of the laws -- "all laws applied equally to all persons" -- or to due process that makes democracy possible is to dehumanize those who are treated so unfairly. ("Manifesto For the Unfinished American Revolution.")

For U.S. media to be prohibited from covering this situation that has public significance and the continuing cover-up of serious criminality by New Jersey government employees is to undermine and violate First Amendment protections as well as the independence of the press.

For much of the U.S. media today the only inappropriate conduct that concerns them is what can be attributed to Mr. Trump even as far worse illegality much closer to home is simply ignored when culprits happen to be Democrats.

Civil libertarians should be dismayed by my experiences and the very public nature of this spectacle of judicial and political corruption whatever they may think about me personally and regardless of whether they share my opinions on controversial issues such as the abolition of the embargo against Cuba.

No explanations of the silence or inaction by law enforcement has been provided to me nor to anyone that I know of despite the tacit admission that this same silence and inaction together with heinous underlying crimes that include torture, rape, theft, numerous obstructions of justice, and many worse crimes require immediate action from police and courts. ("An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

If federal authorities are not interested in this matter please tell me so in writing.

I will be happy to make such a decision public and to respond in writing concerning the dangerous shortsightedness of federal prosecutors evading their responsibilities to enforce as well as embody legality and ethics even when criminals look like they do and happen to have attended their alma maters.

I certainly will not be prevented from writing further about New Jersey's grim "reality" by the removal of newspapers from the Port Authority building and Penn Station in Manhattan nor by the abdication of their responsibility(ies) -- if this takes place which I doubt -- by state and federal judges and prosecutors.

I am not the sort of person who is easily discouraged.

In the Internet age controlling the flow of information or government "leaks" is difficult for New Jersey's "thugs and Fascist bullies."

I plan to continue to confront the legal system with the glaring contradiction between what U.S. laws require and the public violations of those laws by persons entrusted with protecting the rest of us by applying the rules, fairly and equally, to everyone, including the rich and powerful when they victimize the poor and powerless. ("Menendez Charged With Selling His Office" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

Those of us without lobbyists or ample resources allowing for the purchase of politicians' loyalty are also entitled to the protection of the law even if we are the owners of "battered briefcases."

What follows is yet another essay detailing the disgusting sexual abuse of children and their financial exploitation along with other vulnerable victims by corrupt New Jersey politicians and the usual dirty police officers, judges, lawyers who continue to permit further poisoning of the population by chemicals evidenced in a spreading plague of cancer diagnoses in the "Garden State."

There is a fetid quality and horrible stench that clings to New Jersey communities like a mist resulting from sickening corruption and years of apathy in the face of the poisoning of the environment as well as the structural failures of a compromised legal system and its many crooked judges.

Perhaps the increasing number of deaths of New Jersey judges and other officials caused by the very cancers and plagues that many of them were bribed to ignore will now provide a modicum of justice for a beleaguered population. ("New Jersey's Failed Judiciary.")

Crimes are ignored in New Jersey when offenders are "insiders" of the political clubhouses and old boys' clubs in the state, or because they happen to be committed by "nice Jewish boys and girls," or because adequate bribes have been paid to the right people in Trenton and, perhaps, also elsewhere.

Each day that the resolution of these matters is delayed (in my opinion) further endangers innocent persons and members of the public in New York as well as New Jersey to the obvious indifference of politicians, judges, and justices and even police officers do not seem to care who gets hurt in this situation.

The damage being done to the perception and respect due to the U.S. legal system by perpetuating this evil and offensive farce concerning so-called "legal ethics" is incalculable.

It will be difficult to correct this damage to all lawyers and courts when it is finally concluded assuming that some effort is made to deal with these matters and resolve all issues at some point by someone.

A copy of the essay that appears below with one hundred sources attached and with enclosures will be sent by priority mail with tracking number listed to the following recipients:

Justice Elena Kagan of the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr, Esq.; the Cuban Embassy in the U.S. with a copy of a returned envelope indicating criminal tampering with the U.S. mails by persons known to the Cuban government; and to the San Francisco Chronicle.

Joseph Goldstein, "Officers Said They Smelled Pot. A Judge Called Them Liars: A Scathing Opinion Of a Routine Practice," The New York Times, September 13, 2019, p. A25. (A New York judge refuses, for once, to pretend to believe police officers' lies about "smelling marijuana" to claim or justify "probable cause" for a search or arrests of suspects. This is an important precedent for defense lawyers and the opposite of the conclusion most often reached by New Jersey judges dealing with the same issue. According to the U.S. Attorney General William P. Barr criticisms of the police may result in a decision by officers not to respond or protect citizens insufficiently admiring of their efforts. In a democracy police protection is afforded to everyone regardless of the political or social opinions of victims even when persons are critical of the police. This right to police protection is part of what the Constitutional concept of "equal protection" of the laws guarantees.)

Sharon Otterman, "A Judge's Noose Post Leads to His Resignation," The New York Times, September 18, 2019, p. A21. (Judge Kyle R. Canning posted an image of a noose against a black background that would please N.J.'s Judge James Troiano. This level of racism -- there is no other word for it when the Internet post is accompanied by comments about "getting tough on crime" -- among New Jersey Superior Court judges is quite common. Most N.J. judges are smart or hypocritical enough to avoid saying what they think publicly. The solution is not to appoint yet more incompetent minority lawyers to the judicial bench. Unqualified and corrupt minority appointees -- such as Lourdes Santiago -- merely express different and equally ignorant prejudices. In Ms. Santiago's so-called "lesbian world view," for example, this amounts to a hatred of men. Look for the best qualified lawyers to elevate to the judiciary entirely independently of political correctness or loyalty to "bosses" like Mr. Menendez. "Jay Romano and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Nick Corasanti, "Newark Says Lead Filters Are Easing Water Crisis," The New York Times, September 24, 2019, p. A24. (Lead continues to affect the drinking water supply of Newark along with Elizabeth and other neighboring communities except that New Jersey's politicians do not want people to know this. Plans to replace all old pipes have yet to be realized. Children's health and especially their mental development is affected by this continuing example of governmental incompetence in New Jersey. There are many other examples of similar and worse incompetence as we will see. Is this callous indifference to the suffering of poor children an example of New Jersey's "ethics" that is alleged to be superior to my own values?)

Michael H. Keller & Gabriel J.X. Dance, "Child Sex Abuse on the Internet: Stolen Innocence Gone Viral," The New York Times, September 29, 2019, p. A1. (The explosion of child-porn and -prostitution online -- much of it traced by international officials to New Jersey locations and sources -- has created a multi-billion dollar global industry with surprising "friends in American politics and the legal community." It is always amazing what money buys in America. This disgusting reality goes a long way towards explaining the silence that I am still experiencing in response to my inquiries and the ability of some persons to obtain federal District Court stationary. Among the denizens of the open sewer that is New Jersey's legal system boredom in response to the rape of their own children is accompanied by apathy to the environmental contamination endangering those same children's and old people's lives unfolding in a territory best described as a "toilet": "Marilyn Straus Was Right!")

William K. Rashbaum, "Manhattan Prosecutor Says Trump is Stalling," The New York Times, October 4, 2019, p. A24. (Mr. Vance deplores the "stalling" by President Trump that has allowed for ignoring his legitimate and legally-sanctioned inquiry. Mr. Vance is stalling in response to my inquiry by refusing to answer questions about matters brought to his attention by me probably at the request of Mr. Nadler and Mr. Menendez. A cover-up is O.K. for Manhattan's District Attorney but not for Mr. Trump according to Cyrus Vance. Contempt for citizens like me is nothing new from Manhattan's D.A.: "An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

James Barron, "Atlantic City Mayor Quits After Stealing From Youths," The New York Times, October 4, 2019, p. A34. (Frank M. Gilliam, Jr., Esq. -- allegedly, a member of the New Jersey Bar Association's Ethics Committee at one time and John McGill's political godfather -- now faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to corruption. "Connections" to organized crime, illegal gambling, drugs, child-prostitution and -porn are "denied" at this time. I am sure that John McGill was a loyal servant of this criminal politician. Are either Mr. Gilliam or Mr. McGill my ethical "superiors" OAE? "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

Anthony G. Alterino, "N.J. Teacher Accused of Sexually Assaulting a Sleeping Woman at House," September 24, 2019, posted at N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (Ryan J. Zamorsky, 29, of Hillsborough, New Jersey is only one of the many teachers engaging in child sexual abuse or rapes of adults this month in the Garden State. Some, as we will see from the items listed below, use drugs to rape children -- including New Jersey's notorious "date rape drug" -- and/or alcohol to compel semi-conscious children to engage in sex acts. There are persons who are skilled in the use of hypnosis for this purpose. This is New Jersey's "ethics." Is New Jersey America's "legal toilet" Mr. Rabner? "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?")

Joshua Rosario, "Bergen Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting 14-Year-Old Girl Won't be Detained Before Trial," Jersey Journal, October 3, 2019, posted to N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (Wilfredo Hernandez, a Bob Menendez supporter I am sure, appeared for a sentencing hearing in Hudson County Superior Court on October 3, 2019. Senator Menendez is also alleged to enjoy sex with 14-year-old "girl-prostitutes" even as he expresses "moral concern" about child abuse. Is Mr. Menendez an "ethical member of the New Jersey Bar Association in good standing" OAE? Why have there been no ethics proceedings against Mr. Menendez who has been held by the U.S. Senate to have acted "unethically" and "illegally" also to have lied repeatedly about his "affiliations"? Politics? Bribes? "Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" and "Menendez Charged With Selling His Office.")

Bernard Kurdisch, "N.J. Man Caught Sexually Assaulting Drugged Toddler Gets 25 Years in Prison," August 3, 2019, posted at N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (Jaime Maurillo Leon, 34, from Bloomfield, New Jersey pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a drugged child and possession of heinous child-porn probably for distribution. Often children and young women -- victims 7-to-14-years-of-age are preferred -- are incapacitated by using the date rape drug or hypnosis, sometimes a combination of the two techniques, for purposes of sexual exploitation. Lourdes Santiago and Alina Fallat may be able to explain these techniques. N.J. schools are notorious for violations of children. Other teachers -- Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo of the Bergen County School System, for example, may train students in methods of stealing from the public treasury through various frauds and scams: "14-Year-Old Girl Goes For $500 in Union City New Jersey" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

Rebecca Pacheco, "Authorities Charge 47, Shut Down 'Drugs on Wheels' Operation That Also Ran a Mini Casino," August 28, 2019, posted at N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (47 suspects from across the state of New Jersey were charged as part of a criminal enterprise that included illegal gambling, drug distribution throughout the state, child- and adult-prostitution, also gun sales. Alleged connections between gang members and police as well as prominent members of the bar and judiciary are denied at this time. "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Issac Avilucea, "Trenton Pimp 'No Longer Pimpin' After Admitting to Human Trafficking, Witness Tampering," Trentonian, October 16, 2019, posted at https;//www.trentonian.com/news/... (Darrel Smith, allegedly engaged in human trafficking and specialized in very young women. I am sure that many of his customers in Trenton were and are today members of the judiciary or politicians who like to comment on the ethics of their intellectual superiors. I bet "Little Debbie" Poritz still likes young ladies to say nothing of Loretta Weinberg. Do you speak to me of "ethics" ladies? "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest" then "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Joe Malinconico, "Paterson Police: Man in Car Tried to Abduct 11-Year-Old Boy," October 18, 2019, posted at N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (N.J. continues to be the most repulsive and dangerous place in America for helpless young children. The nonsense surrounding the so-called "Mall of America," where $15 BILLION in total has been spent under all the names used for this project or facility estimated to be worth "only" about $35 million -- a facility that is "already losing money" in the Internet marketing age -- cannot obscure the sickening reality of corruption facilitating child-prostitution as North-Jersey is now America's prime manufacturing area for pornography focused on children forced to engage in sex acts. Is this New Jersey's "ethics"? Is this the protected industry in New Jersey requiring the "silence" of U.S. officials? Who or what are you protecting in the U.S. Attorney's office? Loathsome and utterly despicable individuals in Trenton commenting on the "ethics" of their peers is even more sickening when it is condoned by federal lawyers who should know better than to allow for such a farce: "New Jersey is the Home of Child Molesters.")

Kainlyn Kanzler, "Former Bloomfield HS Student Was Expelled After Teacher Sexually Assaulted Him, Says Suit," The Record, October 18, 2019 posted at N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com and "Ex-Saddle Brook Educator Confessed to Sexual Relationship With Student, Prosecutors Say," The Record, October 18, 2019 posted at N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com.

"A former Bloomfield High School student is claiming the district 'improperly removed' him from the school after he was sexually assaulted by a former teacher [Leo Donaldson] and cross country coach."

One of the most bizarre aspects of the New Jersey legal and political system to say nothing of the state's soiled schools is the tendency to demonize victims of abuse as a way to escape liability for incompetence or worse conduct on the part of powerful individuals within the schools and state government.

New Jersey is likely to cover-up raging problems by labeling all victims as "unethical," for example, or somehow "wicked" for presuming to complain, publicly, of criminal or unethical treatment at the hands of culprits placed in positions of administrative or legal authority.

The most unethical and sometimes criminal attorneys are members of county ethics committees or even Trenton's Office of Attorney Ethics (OAE), partly because these are political entities, so that they can label colleagues "unethical" to further a revenge agenda for politicians or to instill fear of whistle-blowing among colleagues.

Rather than having to admit to criminal conduct or grotesque incompetence the OAE, for instance, will continue to stonewall, lie, and cover-up their failures hoping that victims of their abuses will die, or simply go away, in order to spare the failed agency or state Supreme Court "embarrassment" or the awkwardness of recognizing the OAE's responsibility for devastating harm done to innocent lives by their stupidity and mendacity.

The OAE's dereliction of duty is tolerated by corrupt state Supreme Court justices who are bored, bribed, or simply too stupid to supervise legal ethics as they should. ("New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

Schools and Boards of Education or, indeed, the Catholic Church and other powerful institutions continue to struggle mightily to avoid and evade admitting what is now obvious.

As a matter of fact the Catholic Church has been better at accepting responsibility than Trenton's idiotic bureaucrats calling themselves "ethics attorneys" which is a contradiction in terms in New Jersey. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "John McGill, Esq., the OAE, and New Jersey Corruption" then "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet.")

Structural problems, violations of human rights enshrined in law endemic to state practices, must be admitted and dealt with at a general or comprehensive level in order to ease the suffering of many victims and, really, to benefit all of the state's unfortunate residents. ("New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana" and "Is Union City New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?")

Lying about problems or failures in judgment, denying what is obviously a catastrophe, seeking to silence critics, censorship, punishing whistle blowers -- none of these tactics will ever be a solution to the problems of New Jersey's legal and political systems. (Again: "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Removing newspapers from New York locations that cover New Jersey's many disasters is also not a solution. Killing the messenger never works Mr. Rabner. ("Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?" and "Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.")

In yet another recent lawsuit -- one of several similar legal actions brought by raped plaintiffs usually against teachers creating astonishing parallels with the legal system's judges who often sexually violate young attorneys and law clerks -- it is alleged that a New Jersey teacher and school administrators sought to remove the victim from school damaging his life as a way of covering-up their complicity with the crimes to which the young man was subjected for years. ("New Jersey Lesbian Professor Rapes a Disabled Man" and "New Jersey Lesbian Sends Nude Photos to Minor" then, once more, "Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

"The actions of [the] defendants," the filed complaint says, "in improperly removing [the victim] as a student from Bloomfield High School directly and proximately [sic.] caused him great emotional distress, embarrassment, harassment, discrimination and other injuries."

Solutions to the problems caused by New Jersey corruption must come from outside the state. ("New Jersey's Legal Ethics Today" and "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

The legal profession and even the judiciary are hopelessly contaminated by corruption and well-known affiliations with organized crime that often have the effect of placing mediocrities (or worse) on the bench or in other positions of authority. ("New Jersey's Failed Judiciary" and "New Jersey Supreme Court's Implosion" then "Chris Christie Rails Against New Jersey's Corrupt Judges.")

The Trenton system is about mutual favors between law enforcement, judges or justices, politicians and organized crime figures. ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Stuart Rabner does a favor for, say, Solomon Dwek or Angelo Prisco (or vice versa) in exchange for cold hard cash, to bring about the result that nothing changes as insiders continue to become wealthy from the theft of public funds, usually without adverse consequences for thieves, and the people are "shafted" to use Mr. Nixon's favorite phrase. ("Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "New Jersey Superior Court Judge is a Child Molester.")

Another lawsuit against Mr. Donaldson and the state was filed in February, 2018 by a minor not identified publicly in legal documents or by the obedient and frightened Garden State media.

New Jersey's justices and prosecutors, amazingly, claimed to be "unaware of the problem" while once again covering-up the situation of which they had been previously informed in writings that are now made public.

The analogy to the cover-up by Maureen Manteneo, Lourdes Santiago, and John McGill along with Maurice J. Gallipoli in connection with my matters is obvious. ("Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?")

New Jersey may well be the most corrupt state in the nation but they are at least consistent in their criminality in Trenton. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

That persons obstructing justice as a matter of policy are still lawyers and judges let alone permitted to evaluate or comment on the ethics of others borders on surrealist farce. ("N.J. Judge James Troiano and More Feces in State Courts" and "Judge John F. Russo, Jr., Cancer, and Corruption in New Jersey" then, again, "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

"The suit also claims the district and Board of Education should have known about 'Donaldson's immoral and unlawful sexual activity' and [deliberately] covered up [sic.] the former coach's assaults." ("Is truth dead?")

New Jersey must tell the truth, finally, about my matter and so many others where exculpatory evidence has been hidden or destroyed by Trenton lawyers with the blessings or cooperation of tainted judges and politicians. ("New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America.")

Responsibility for permanent harm done to so many persons should be recognized if victims are to have closure allowing for resolutions of these cases and their termination fairly and in accordance with the law.

No justice, no peace.

Politicians, like Christie and Menendez along with a few others, have the power in New Jersey's "behind-the-back" legal system to contact judges -- who are often their croneys -- in order to determine the outcome of litigation regardless of the requirements of laws or rights of persons and/or arguments of counsel. Cases are often predetermined in a visibly corrupt manner through granting favors for "insiders" or clubhouse boys of all genders in a state that has come to be known as the "rectum of the nation." As I arrived at the NYPL computer today, for instance, I discovered that all posts had been "blocked" at my dashboard until I found yet another mode of access to my essays. I am never certain of being able to return to these texts to complete my work. I am sure that a desperate effort is underway to destroy this "forum" for my writings for some strange reason, despite America's Constitutional commitment to freedom of speech, just as the "Philosophy Cafe" was destroyed at MSN Groups which, I am still informed, no longer exists. Many of the posts and comments at that MSN site, I have reason to believe, are now circulating internationally. Participants at that MSN discussion forum may come be known by the views expressed at that time. I hope that you are proud of what you wrote when you thought no one would identify you "ethical" New Jersey lawyers and judges. Maureen Manteneo? John McGill? Alex Booth?)

Lindy Washburn, "He Couldn't Let Her Die," The Record, November 3, 2019, p. A-1. (Karie Prettitore, 42, is one more example of the out-of-control cancer rates in southern Bergen, north Hudson and eastern Passaic counties that New Jersey authorities know and have known for years is "causally related" to decades of dumping lethal chemicals and worse substances, such as AIDS-related medical waste that is only made possible by bribery of politicians, judges, police and prosecutors. Ms. Prettitore resides in Ridgewood. Many others in Edgewater and North Bergen, parts of Union and Middlesex counties are also dying today probably because of blood cancers caused by illegally buried chemicals. As you contemplate the suffering of your loved-ones please remember to thank Chief Justice Stuart Rabner, Senator Menendez, and former Governor Chris Christie as well as Mr. Christie's friends at Exxon and Du Pont for all that they have done to cause the pain of many victims. No greater example of New Jersey's current legal ethics comes to mind than this ongoing scandal of newly discovered illegal dump sites filled with poisons of various kinds.)

"Tony-Nominated Actress Anne Crumb Dies From Cancer at 69," The Record, November 3, 2019, p. A-2. (N.J.'s Ann Crumb, Ridgewood-affiliated, "a Tony-nominated actress who originated the role of Rose Vilbert in Andrew Lloyd Weber's "Aspects of Love," has died. She was 69. More horrible malignant cancers continue to be diagnosed in Ridgewood and other sections of Bergen County as I type these words. Like Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo, Ms. Crumb was "successful" at her death.)

Mike Deak, [Mike Hale?] "State Initiative Targets Child Predators Online," The Record, November 3, 2019, p. L-2. (N.J.'s Attorney General urges the importance of "protecting oneself" because the Garden State has certainly not done a very good job of protecting its children in a territory that leads the nation in child-porn, -prostitution, and the daily abuse of children. Efforts to control the problem online have failed. Literally tons of child-porn in the form of millions of images may be found with the click of a mouse in New Jersey. "The New Jersey State Police fully supports the Cyber Security Outreach Campaign." Since N.J. police are often bribed to cooperate with child-abusers and several police officers have recently been charged with the same offense this ostensible "support" may be yet another lie from Trenton's "insiders." Please see: "Is truth dead?" and "On Bullshit.")

Katie Sobko, "Maywood Man Arrested in Connection With Death," The Record, November 3, 2019, p. L-3. (Michael Gaffney, 21, was arrested in connection with the possible rape and death of Francis Victoria Garcia, perhaps a minor at the time of her rape, who would now be 19-years-old, but who -- like me -- is "one of those Latinos(as) not smart enough to be a philosopher or lawyer." Ms. Garcia is not worthy of respect at her death nor does she merit very much police attention or concern. Violations of the Constitutional rights of such victims passes without comment in New Jersey. Is this New Jersey's "ethics"?)

Kashmir Hill & Heather Murphy, "When Judges Let Police Shake Your Family Tree," The New York Times, November 6, 2019, p. B1. ("Privacy experts say a warrant that gave a detective access to a consumer [emphasis added] DNA site could set a precedent." Despite commercial guarantees of security and privacy for your medical and DNA information this data can now be accessed without your consent -- or knowledge -- by law enforcement and, perhaps, by "others" such as researchers or faceless corporations, also without your consent. Feel safer?)

Amber Heard, "Are we all celebrities now?," (Op-Ed) The New York Times, November 6, 2019, p. A27. (All of us are now subject to, say, fake Facebook pages being created about us to say nothing of the grotesque violations of our privacy condoned by law enforcement and governmental agencies focusing on our Internet lives. The OAE's procuring of information from "David" being a case in point. Thefts of images and financial data, often by government agencies acting through surrogates in the media, may be directed at celebrities or politicians at this time but will reach all of us soon enough. "Anonymous" malcontents and leakers in government may be a convenient fabrication of Times journalists intended to justify their ideological agenda without risk of cross-examination or counter-investigation. Do you speak to me of "ethics" OAE? Do I not have the right to confront those who lied about me behind my back? Maria Martinez? Alexandra Ramirez?)

Marsha A. Stoltz, "State Says Apple Ridge ARSENIC Was 'Remediated,' Commission's Test Showed Elevated Levels," The Record, March 11, 2019, p. L-3. (Waters in New Jersey continue to be contaminated, as we will see, in November of 2019 with arsenic and such tasty items as human feces as well as urine together with much worse substances. Residents are told by Trenton lawyers sipping happily from bottles of Evian water paid for by you "not to worry" because arsenic is not really "harmful" in drinking water or local waterways. I suggest that we give this water to their children in Trenton, or whatever community government lawyers live in, and see what happens. Is this New Jersey's "ethics" Mr. Rabner? Why are private tests conducted recently in Saddle River and other Bergen communities still showing arsenic in water supplies?)

Steve Janovski & Svetlana Skolnikova, "Alleged Crime Boss's Slaying Echoes Bygone Era," The Record, March 15, 2019, p. A-1. (Francesco "Frankie Boy" Cali, 53, of Staten Island whose business "interests" were located in New Jersey was murdered, allegedly, to send a message to others in the Garden State. Additional murders have been committed by new organized crime groups moving into what was traditionally mafia territory. Mexican cartels are establishing a presence in New Jersey. More bloodshed is expected. "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Monsy Alvarado, "Family Sues Essex Jail After Inmate Hangs Self," The Record, March 15, 2019, p. A-4. (Hudson, Union and Essex counties' jails have been found to operate below humane standards for the incarceration of human beings. Lawyers have lied about these facts for years. Now additional lawsuits are pending after preventable deaths have occurred at each of these facilities. Doing nothing about "preventable" deaths -- more lying and covering-up incompetence by government and prosecutors -- is "the ethical practice of law" for New Jersey's lawyers according to Mr. Rabner and the OAE. "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

Steve Janovski, "School Task Force Urges Security Changes," The Record, March 15, 2019, p. L-1. (Bergen County schools seem to mirror the sub-human conditions of local jails. Many students who are not being educated are prepared to become "residents" of the prison system through "acculturation" into enhanced security measures. Police officers in hallways and metal detectors along with various other practices teach young people to become or see themselves as inmates long before adult experiences of dehumanization will make them criminals. "Albert Florence and New Jersey's Racism.")

Kristie Cattafi & Katie Sobko, "Lodi Special Education Teacher Arrested," The Record, March 15, 2019, p. L-3. (Melissa Grant Terhune, our old friend, was arrested again by Fort Lee police after attacking a man and lacerating his face. Ms. Grant-Terhune, allegedly, is a lesbian who believes that men are "oppressors" and, therefore, the perfect person to teach young people about tolerance. Is this charming and highly ethical person one of the many sexual partners of Lourdes Santiago? "Little Debbie" Poritz? Loretta Weinberg perhaps?)

Lindy Washburn, "Virus Outbreak at West Milford Facility is Over, [Allegedly,]" The Record, March 15, 2019, p. L-3. (Unsanitary conditions, incompetence, negligence or deliberate cruelty has resulted, once again, in the spread of infections at several long-term care facilities as administrators continue to LIE out of necessity or from inclination to cover-up their failures. At last count there were 65 fatalities from the most recent outbreak of infections. No one cares in Trenton. In November, 2019 there is little improvement in practices or sanitation at these facilities that are still deemed to be sub-par by the state's own officials. Is this "ethical" Mr. Rabner? If victims are Jews would you be more distressed by this reality Mr. Rabner? How would you like a brief stay at such a facility with the whole family at the taxpayers' expense Mr. Rabner?)

Dustin Racioppi, "How CEO Became a Force in Trenton: Delgado-Polanco Advanced Via Unions," The Record, March 25, 2019, p. A-1. (Lizette Delgado-Polanco, 51, engaged in nepotism and corrupt practices by spreading tax-payer provided perks and no-show jobs to friends and fellow lesbians like jam on toast. By being "connected'" to powerful Democrat politicians and, allegedly, as one of the persons who may have provided "introductions" to young ladies to the likes of "Little Debbie" Poritz and other New Jersey "notables" Ms. Delgado-Polanco avoided scrutiny for a long time from politicians who always wanted the votes and other "rewards" that she could deliver. This is an old story in the Garden State. Ms. Delgado-Polanco no doubt "disapproves" of Donald J. Trump and, say, Justice Kavanaugh. "Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet!" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest.")

Erica L. Green, "Appeals Court Nominee Shaped an Illegal Plan On Student Loan Relief," The New York Times, November 7, 2019, p. A20. (Steven A. Menachi has been appointed to the federal court bench after performing possibly illegal actions at the request of Republican politicians. Doing much dirtier work for the powers-that-be in New Jersey "earned" mob-affiliated Maureen Manteneo and her, allegedly, equally mafia-associated spouse "rewards" of different kinds: Ms. Manteneo was made a Superior Court judge; her husband assumed a prominent position in the New Jersey Bar Association. A defense lawyer doing secret favors for prosecutors -- who may be targeting colleagues -- can earn cookie points that may be traded for favorable pleas for his mob clients. Is Mr. Abrams still "lawyering" or has he finally died?)

("From gas to e-cigarettes, Air Bnbs [sic.] to online purchases, New Jerseyeans [sic.] have seen taxes and fees go up on a slew of goods and services over the past few years." Corruption ensures, according to citizens' monitoring groups, that the largest percentage of newly-collected revenues of any American jurisdiction continue to be stolen in New Jersey. Please remember to thank dedicated public servants in Trenton for the unique levels of graft and corruption in the Garden State.)

This includes connected law firms in New Jersey that kick-back to the right people so as to be considered highly "ethical." As Howard Brownstein says: "One hand washes the other.")

Staff & Wire Reporters, "Study: Why Flesh-Eating Bacteria Cases Are Rising [in New Jersey]," The Star-Ledger, June 20, 2019, p. 1A. (Climate change and incalculable amounts of illegal dumping of chemicals as well as medical waste, including possibly "AIDS-contaminated materials," has increased the spread of bacteria, including recent outbreaks of infections featuring flesh-eating bacteria that can be spread, for example, by eating fish from New Jersey's waters and even rain seems to be disseminating the contamination. Questioned about these matters Trenton lawyers denied being on the take or looking the other way for years: "We don't know nothing about nothing!" Carol Rosenberg, "Judge in Case of Qaida Suspect Rules Prosecutors DISTORTED Evidence," The New York Times, November 9, 2019, p. A18. (Prosecutors lying, distorting or fabricating evidence, or -- like New Jersey's OAE -- doing all of those things and more while claiming, falsely, to be the U.S. District Court in a neighboring state is not "kosher." Is this New Jersey's legal "ethics" Mr. Rabner? Is it O.K. when your fellow Jewish lawyers do these things while presuming to judge others? What would your friend, Solomon Dwek, say about all this Mr. Rabner? "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?")

"Obituary: The Hon. Joseph C. Perconti," The Record, November 10, 2019, p. L-5. (Among the cancers allegedly linked to PCBs that saturate much of New Jersey is glioblastoma, a highly aggressive form of brain tumor similar to the malignancy that took the life of Appellate Division Judge Ariel Rodriguez, who lived in nearby Tenafly, and that has now resulted in the death of 54-year-old Joseph C. Perconti. This tragedy may allow New Jersey officials to appreciate that corruption still results in chemical dumping in the Boonton area where Judge Perconti lived. Insults and arranging for grotesque behavior in New York's public libraries by persons from the Garden State is not a response to these accusations OAE. Please stop lying and stone-walling and deal with these matters Mr. Rabner. "Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.")

"Obituary," The Record, November 24, 2019, p. L-5. (Jeffrey Missonellie, 74, of Hawthorne, New Jersey died on Friday, November 22, 2019 after a battle with glioblastoma. Hawthorne is not far from Boonton or Tenafly. Mr. Missonellie was once employed by the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission which has been plagued with indictments for corruption. PCBs have been located at sites controlled by the agency. As of November, 2019 the "mega-mall" is losing millions of dollars per month and costing the taxpayers vast sums for police protection and other services. (More New Jersey students are suing the state and their former schools for reprisals aimed at silencing them. Lawsuits in Hudson and Bergen counties relevant to these matters raising identical issues will probably move into the Appellate Division soon and should be consolidated so that they can be resolved together. It may be a good idea to get out of the state system entirely, if possible, and find a federal forum where something meaningful can happen. New Jersey's courts will probably lie and assist in the cover-up effort: "New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America" and "New Jersey's Failed Judiciary" then "New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

("All the president's men" are gradually convicted of what can only be called utter contempt for the legal process -- much like the OAE! -- even as the U.S. president threatens a witness during her testimony before Congress also like the OAE. Were you threatening people to file grievances against me Mr. McGill? Were you lying about me and insulting me to former friends and clients, or even family members, Lourdes Santiago? Alexandra Ramirez? Bob Menendez may be able to answer these questions. Were former clients pressured to file grievances against me by John McGill and Lourdes Santiago, often in opposition to the clients' expressed wishes and based on lies or fraudulent and paid-for testimony? Is it O.K. when Democrats do such things Mr. Nadler? Is the media's attention or concern in such cases a matter of politics Ms. Maddow? Do you speak to me of "ethics" OAE?)

John Imay, "Judges Suspended After Brawl in a White Castle Parking Lot," The New York Times, November 16, 2019, p. A10. (Judges getting blind drunk before visiting a strip club only to get into a fight in a parking lot ending up in an intensive care hospital unit can only be compared with the disgraceful conduct of New Jersey's many judges accepting bribes from child-molesters and -pornographers to "look the other way" when confronted with such activity. This judicial behavior certainly "holds the law up to contempt and ridicule." Pretending to be the New York District Court -- if you are actually a New Jersey lawyer -- holds the entire system up to shame and laughter. Judges Andrew Adams, Bradley B. Jacobs -- a "nice Jewish boy" -- and Sabrina R. Bell are suspended along, allegedly, with the likes of New Jersey's Lourdes Santiago, soon Maureen Manteneo, also perhaps Jay Romano, Sybil R. Moses, and god knows how many other sleazy individuals in the Garden State sporting judicial robes they have purchased from corrupt politicians as they soil themselves once again: "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")

(Judge Shelley Joseph "was tear-streaked, and bore an expression of helpless dismay, as if she were struggling to take in the upside down world in which she was the defendant." With the assistance of a court officer Judge Joseph allowed a man to escape from her courtroom in Massachusetts as a form of protest against Mr. Trump's draconian ICE policies. Is this "protesting" the role of judges? Should a judge not, more wisely, interpret the law so as to allow for the accused or charged person to walk out of her courtroom, legally, while inviting those who disagree to appeal her decision? Please see: "What is Law?")

Terrence T. McDonald, "Impeachment Inquiry: Topic is Taboo for Moderate New Jersey Democrats -- Those in Trump-Leaning Districts Focus Elsewhere," The Record, November 17, 2019, p. A-1. (New Jersey is still, largely, Trump country. For Mr. Trump's so-called "base" impeachment proceedings are a politically-motivated farce intended to weaken Republicans -- not only President Trump -- in the forthcoming elections. The U.S. Senate will exonerate the president. The effect of the impeachment is to further polarize the electorate. Everyone loses. Nothing will get done until this latest investigation is concluded. 57% of the electorate has decided to tune out the impeachment proceedings in the U.S. Congress. Can the United States of America be governed with this level of political schizophrenia in the nation's capitol?)

Michael Balsano & Michael R. Sisak, "Epstein Jail Guards Say No to Plea Deal," The Record, November 17, 2019, p. A-14. (As predicted in this blog it turns out that, according to the former New York coroner, Jeffrey Epstein was murdered while incarcerated in a federal facility in a state of de facto 24-hour surveillance. One almost suspects that corruption or incompetence had something to do with this strange death. Corruption may now extend from the N.Y. District Court's Jury Administration to the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC)'s security provisions. Will I receive an answer to my communications? Or can I expect to be murdered on my pleasant strolls through Manhattan? Stay tuned to this station to find out.)

Meanwhile children in many parts of the state continue to be poisoned by lead, urine, and various carcinogens that are still KNOWN to be found in New Jersey's water supply. Drink up, kids.)

David M. Zimmer, "Complaint Filed Over Highlands Act Losses: West Milford Wants Law to be Thrown Out," The Record, November 17, 2019, p. L-1. (West Milford spends at least $500,000 per year to comply with state laws that seek to protect the N.J. water supply. Perhaps $4 million in total has been "wasted." West Milford would prefer to declare the new state law unconstitutional even if residents must continue to drink carcinogens and urine-saturated waters that also supply or constitute New Jersey's reserve. Cancer is preferred to spending money that might be stolen by local politicians. They have certainly not done a very good job of protecting the water supply. Also, I am sure that arsenic placed in drinking water -- including in water bottles in courthouses -- may be a way of stating mild "disapproval" of the powers that be by some creative residents of New Jersey. Are feces still spread on the walls of some courtrooms in the Brennan Courthouse in Jersey City? "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet.")

Again: Is New Jersey America's "legal toilet"? Is Trenton's "refuse" spilling over into neighboring communities because it is not dealt with in New Jersey? Has New Jersey become the "anus of the world" for victims of sexual abuse? "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?")

By comparison a little profiting by one's public position should be hunky-dory for Donald J. Trump.)

Ed Shanahan, Daniel Ivory, Katie Brenner, & Ali Watkins, "Epstein Guards In Federal Jail May be Charged," The New York Times, November 19, 2019, p. A23. (Indicting guards at the Metropolitan Correctional Center -- MCC -- for failing to monitor Mr. Epstein at the facility is a distraction from the question of who killed Jeffrey Epstein and why he was murdered, presumably, with the cooperation of federal authorities. This homicide must be above the level of the MCC guards. Why is the U.S. Justice Department not investigating this murder? Silence to protect Jeffrey's enemies?)

Azi Paybarah, "Epstein's Death Was a Homicide, A Private Pathologist Contends," The New York Times, October 31, 2019, p. A22. ("Extremely unusual injuries" suggest homicide after a substantial beating of Mr. Epstein. Perhaps the D.O.J. now contends that Mr. Epstein punched himself in the face before hanging himself but only after his neck was broken by someone else. Illegal refuse removal and burying of chemicals along with medical waste is still a thriving business that has finally reached the vanilla suburbs. It is unclear whether the young woman in question is now, or was at the time of these romantic events, a minor. Mr. Davis is not only an ethical member of the N.J. bar but may have served on the Hudson County Legal Ethics Committee. Stuart Rabner believes that "good old Jimmy" is my ethical superior. Reena Rose Siboyan, "Murphy Says Closing the Keegan Landfill is 'Complicated,'" The Jersey Journal, October 2, 2019, posted online by N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com at http://www.nj.com. (The unbearable stench in Kearney and Bayonne is due not only to the presence of Jimmy Davis, Esq., but also results from the notorious landfill owned by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority to say nothing of several well-known illegal "dumps," as it were, in Jersey City and Union City that add to the bucolic splendors of Hudson County. A judge in Hudson County Superior Court who is, allegedly, described by Bob Menendez much like myself as a "troublemaker," concluded: " ... the landfill must permanently close [because] the hydrogen sulfide gas it emits poses a CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER to the population of Hudson County." The state of New Jersey owns a facility, in other words, whose rotting corpses and who knows what else placed there by "somebody" is a threat to the health of everyone living in the area while the governor claims it is too "complicated" to close this breeding ground of disease. Mr. Sweeney, Mr. Rabner, Mr. Menendez and Mr. Sires could not care less about the people Alex Booth once described, charmingly, as "dirt balls." Besides there is so much cancer in the area anyway that "something has to kill you." New Jersey's legal officials are great humanitarians. I suggest that Mr. Murphy and Mr. Rabner, along with their families, be required to live in Kearny until the troubles at this facility that poses a threat to the community are resolved. The matter would then become "uncomplicated" very quickly.)

(Due to the exploding cancer rates and other illnesses directly related to environmental factors increased rates "from 6.5% for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield to 16.3% for Ocean Health are expected soon" for less complete coverage than is available today. Increased medical costs are also expected for N.J.'s 200,000 additional cancer patients alone that are expected in 2020. The state often lies about this fact by not classifying certain blood cancers and other diseases as "cancer" or calling them fatalities due to "chemical poisoning.")

Daily News reporters contend: "Ozbilgen's death comes just a few days after he was released from jail on child pornography charges [allegedly] unrelated to Parze's disappearance. It now appears that the MCC's surveillance tapes have been "altered" or "tampered with" but to what extent or how much is not disclosed. The U.S. Justice Department has no comment on these developments. Jeffrey Epstein's net worth when he entered the MCC was listed at $2.6 BILLION. Mr. Epstein's estate has a current net worth of $600 MILLION. What happened to $2 BILLION? Was Mr. Epstein shopping online while he was incarcerated? Did Mr. Epstein sign any documents immediately prior to his death concerning accounts at City Bank? None of the persons involved in these matters, or in Mr. Epstein's shenanigans, is an African-American. However, for some strange reason, about 80% of Americans associate crime with African-Americans. This association makes it very difficult for African-Americans -- who are often presumed guilty -- to receive a fair trial in the United States. African-American defendants are "more often sinned against than sinning" in my experience. Compare "Menendez Charged With Selling His Office" with "Albert Florence and New Jersey's Racism.")

Given the substances recently detected in water supplies it seems evident that persons are expressing understandable anger in ways that are harmful and inappropriate. The corruption and abuse of children that continues unabated, seemingly, to the indifference of public officials in Trenton is generating an intemperate response from people who are simply fed up and furious. The New Jersey State Police has been taken over by the feds on more than one occasion because of credible allegations of racism and organized crime affiliations. Agencies -- like the OAE -- have been found corrupt, thieving, to say nothing of their evident incompetence. Accusations of sexual abuse of persons by police officers while young persons are detained are credible examples of only some of the rights violations alleged by civil rights groups. Ordinary citizens will continue to be ignored, of course, as our rights are violated unless we can persuade the justices that we, like U.S. corporations, are entitled to some human rights. Recently, among the items found in the water supply and elsewhere, there is urine and chemicals that are far worse than lead. Arsenic is not something that simply "appears" in water supplies. I have yet to receive a response or even the minimal decency of human acknowledgement from ANY American justice, judge, prosecutor, police officer, or politician, despite the public danger created by this ongoing "situation" involving New Jersey's OAE and myself. Is there "equal protection" of the law for ordinary citizens in the U.S., Justice Kagan? Or has this venerated Constitutional promise of equal protection of the law become a lie? Illegality, criminality, and unconstitutionality let alone ethical rules do not seem to matter to New Jersey's OAE officials? Why should they matter to others in the Garden State?)

Corrupt Trenton lawyers -- this may be a redundancy -- are alarmed to learn that in a case that may test the limits of legal "protections" for N.J.'s online pornographers " ... the owners and two employees of two popular pornographic websites were charged this week with trafficking and other crimes, accused of coercing several women to engage in sex videos that were posted on the Internet." I am not the only persons using these public computers Mr. Menendez. This is a form of censorship that will not succeed with me. A conspiracy to defraud the taxpayers involving cops and organized crime figures WORKING TOGETHER and unfolding with the blessings of lawyers, judges and politicians who are part of the notorious Camden Democratic Machine has resulted in the "outrageous defrauding" of the public treasury of at least $600,000, so far, and perhaps as much as $1 million with officers "billing" for work hours while partying or participating in police union "outings" to "AJ's Go-Go Bar" no doubt. Camden is the most crime-riddled city in America which, according to Time magazine, has the lowest quality of life of any major urban center with the possible exception of Paterson and Newark, towns are also in New Jersey. Luckily, given New Jersey's cancer rates, residents of the state will not live long enough to ponder the many ways in which they are taken advantage of by their political leaders.)

Cristine Calhoun, "Ticketing People to Raise Cash is Just Plain Wrong," (Letter to the Editor) The Star-Ledger, December 3, 2019, posted online by N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com. (Municipal Courts in N.J. collect millions of dollars from the summonses issued by police. A lot of this money "disappears" with the whispered cooperation in the old days of Union City Judge Joe Falbo, allegedly, to say nothing of the likes of North Bergen's Jay Romano, perhaps, or Jersey City's many crooked judges. Several scandals rocked the Jersey City Municipal Court that involved not only ticket fixing but also the disappearance of "fees" paid. People want to know whether other courts are also "fixed" in America or if, say, the Federal District Court's jury selection process is always on the level. Does Mr. Rabner get a piece of the pie when fees "disappear" from Municipal Courts in his territory of Millburn or Short Hills? "Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.")

Larry Celona, Joe Marino & Bruce Golding, "Hostage Drama 'Was Like a War': 6 Dead in Jersey City Gun Mayhem," New York Post, December 11, 2019, pp. 4-5. (In what appears to be an anti-Semitic incident aimed at a Jewish deli armed culprits opened fire in Jersey City killing several persons. New threats against the lives of notables, such as Stuart Rabner, continue to be received by the authorities. Has more feces been spread on the walls of the nearby Brennan Courthouse in Jersey City? Will the U.S. Justice Department, local and federal police as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, remain silent and take no action when victims are Jews? I doubt it. "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet" and "New Jersey's Feces Covered Supreme Court.")

Yoran Steinbuch, "Bust in LI Hate Rant vs. Jews," New York Post, December 11, 2019, p. 10. (Multiple new threats are directed against Jewish targets in New Jersey and New York. Jews in the judiciary and law enforcement are accused by some observers of "protecting their own at the expense of the rights of others." The system is perceived as offering special "consideration" to Jewish litigants and unique opportunities for Jewish professionals who are insulated from criticisms as well as promoted regardless of merit or the lack thereof. Justice Kagan, Justice Breyer, Justice Gingsburg: Why is there so much hostility directed against the legal system which is alleged to be "slanted" in favor of some as much as it is weighed against others? Are these issues relegated to silence in the system? Are offenders such as Jeffrey Epstein, Harvey Weinstein (who will no doubt rent a wheelchair for his next court appearance), and so many others treated differently from the average defendant in the criminal justice system? If so, why is this true or acceptable to you if it is? Is this disparity -- if it exists -- due to more than money? Racism?)

"Is truth dead?")

Lee Brown & Tamar Lapin, "Perv, Pedo & 'Madam' at Prince Andrew Fete," New York Post, December 10, 2019, p. 3. ("A newly uncovered photo shows the unholy trinity -- Harvey Weinstein, [without a walker,] Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell -- rubbing shoulders at a costume party thrown by Prince Andrew ... on July 15, 2006." It is shocking and sad that there is so much anti-Semitism in the world today. For mysterious reasons persons in Jersey City and other once blighted urban communities feel that they are being pushed out of their homes and ill-treated as new governmental services and investments dramatically improve conditions and quality of life in areas where the authorities previously felt no compunction about ignoring high crime rates and deteriorating conditions. These are the very areas where new Jewish communities seem to be springing up which is, I am sure, only a coincidence. Mr. Weinstein's bail was increased to $5 million because he disabled his ankle bracelet to party on weekends. Normally defendants who do such a thing forfeit their bail and are remanded into custody: "Albert Florence and New Jersey's Racism" and "Driving While Black [DWB] in New Jersey" then "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?" and "Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.")

Michael Goodwin, "The Russia Probe: Whole Thing as Corrupt as Comey," New York Post, December 10, 2019, p. 6. ("Its now official: Russia, Russia, Russia really was fake news from the start. There was no factual basis for the FBI to spy on Donald Trump's campaign." [emphasis added] According to the Inspector General of the United States of America the FBI did not specifically "spy" on Mr. Trump's campaign even if there were unprofessional and unethical practices by some FBI lawyers and agents pertaining to the allegations against Russia that the agency investigated. Nothing will happen to the lawyers who lied to get court orders or fabricated evidence. OAE? Are the New York Post and The New York Times describing the same reality in America? "Is America's Legal Ethics a Lie?" and "What is Law?" then "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.")

Yaron Steinbuch & Bruce Golding, "'Afghanistan Papers' Trove Bares Lies Behind America's Longest War: 2,000 Pages of Death and Deceit," New York Post, December 10, 2019, p. 19. (The U.S. LIED, knowingly and repeatedly, to citizens and the leaders of other countries -- including U.S. allies -- to promote a war. The U.S. then lied about lying while authorizing tortures making false claims that international law permitted the actions taken by the U.S. but not the same actions if taken by other countries. American government lies were essentially sanctioned by U.S. courts then denied by international tribunals. "On Bullshit.")

Carol Rosenberg, [Margaret Talbot] "Captive of CIA Sketched Agony of His Torture: An Array of Torments," The New York Times, December 5, 2019, p. 1A. (Do America's public officials and government lawyers sometimes or often lie to each other, to their peers in other countries, and the population of the nation? Are these lawyers then elevated to the federal and state bench by the politicians whom they serve? Do politicians lie about their motives in making judicial nominations?)

Tracey Tully, [Diana Lisa Riccioli] "Fracas in New Jersey Senate Lays Bare Democratic Fault Lines: Progressives Agitate to Retake State Politics," The New York Times, December 10, 2019, 26A. (Sue Altman, alleged lesbian, was forcibly removed from legal proceedings in Trenton. The same people associated with Ms. Altman were responsible for the attacks against Justice Kavanaugh. The lunatic fringe of the Garden State's Democratic party -- led by Ms. Altman's "Working Family Alliance" -- is at war with the old political bosses who are affiliated with the mafia. New Jersey Senate President Stephen M. Sweeney has been "linked" in the media to the Gambino crime family, allegedly, and George E. Norcross, III is one of the many Wall Street "movers and shakers" responsible for the 2008 financial crisis, to say nothing of "Boss Bob" Menendez who has been bought by the cartels and Miami gangsters. Do you speak to me of "ethics" Mr. Rabner? "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

Corruption and abuse of power by cops will not be remedied by giving more guns to police officers. Is New Jersey a lost cause?)

Ledyard King & Nicolas Wu, "Van Drew Says He'll Become a Republican," The Record, December 15, 2019, p. A-3. (Jeff Van Drew is as disgusted, as are most New Jersey residents, by the Democrat machine in Trenton, Hudson, Union, Camden and elsewhere in the Garden State. Shootings and preventable cancer deaths of hundreds of thousands of persons in N.J. are the result of bribery by polluters and ineptitude as well as LYING by politicians and judges for decades. The response from Trenton is ... silence.)

Kristie Cattafi, "Rumberger Remembered as Hard-Working Family Man," The Record, December 15, 2019, p. A-9. (Michael Rumberger will be only one of many murdered Jews, sadly, if New Jersey cannot deal with the problems of inequality, double-standards, hypocrisy, theft in government and the courts. Lying and covering-up the truth about favors for some along with exploitation of others is not the answer Mr. Rabner. Time to get your head out of the sand and deal with the pressing matters ignored by Trenton officials for too long. "No More Cover-Ups and Lies Chief Justice Rabner!" and "Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.")

Melanie Anzidie, "Report: Slain Cop Was Meeting Informant," The Record, December 15, 2019, p. A-9. (Detective Joseph Seals is the latest victim of the Soprano State. Life in the sewer that is new Jersey is often dangerous and can be "nasty, brutish and short." More cops will die, tragically, if Trenton's politicians and bribed judges continue to deny what is obvious to everyone else. New Jersey is a failed jurisdiction that has been lost to organized crime for years. "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

A-1. (African-Americans are sent to prison, disproportionately, far more than others for identical offenses even when convictions are for non-violent crimes and often at the urging of conservative Jews. Much of the real money in the drug industry, allegedly, is made by Jews and others on Wall Street typically by hypocrites who speak of "law and order" or, like "Little Debbie" Poritz, of "ethics." I wonder why there is so much hostility to Jews in New Jersey? Is there only more silence to be expected from Trenton in response to these arguments coming from many members of the minority communities in New Jersey? Among those recognizing the validity of these points are Jewish lawyers calling for a response to my requests for the truth and a serious attempt to deal with New Jersey's problems.)

Ashley Balcerzak, "New N.J. Bill Attacks Secret Special Interests," The Record, December 8, 2019, p. L-1. ("An untold number of political consultants are spending secret amounts of money to INFLUENCE [bribe?] politicians and voters operating what frustrated regulators have come to call 'shadow lobbying' [efforts] ..." Among the "secret lobbyists" controlling or buying New Jersey politicians are organized crime figures linked to the likes of Mr. Sweeney and Mr. Menendez or Chief Justice Rabner. Is it O.K. when "nice Jewish boys" make payoffs to "nice Jewish gals"?)

Megan Twohey, "Weinstein and His Accusers Nearing $25 MILLION Civil Settlement," The New York Times, December 12, 2019, p. 1A. (A resolution of the civil suits thanks to insurance company money is likely to lead to a "non-custodial settlement" of criminal matters pending against Mr. Weinstein. Mr. Weinstein has hired persons to carry him into the next court proceeding on a stretcher. How many African-Americans enjoy a similar "cozy relationship" in the terminology of the Times with federal prosecutors? Not many. Is there a response from the courts to the problem of double standards favoring Jews, if they do, or leading to the unusual protections afforded to some Jewish defendants? Some people seem to matter to the U.S. courts; others do not. Is this the equal protection of the laws and due process guaranteed under the Constitution to all citizens Justice Kagan? It seems that there is only a deafening silence in response to these questions from American institutions and officials. Would Mr. Weinstein's claims of rights violations be greeted with silence by the courts? "Freedom for Mumia Abu-Jamal" and "Justice for Mumia Abu-Jamal.")

Erica L. Green, "Change in the [Legal] Definition of Judaism Arms U.S. in College Crackdown," The New York Times, December 12, 2019, p. 1A. (A new legal definition of "Jews and Judaism" will allow for "special protections" for, say, Harvey Weisntein and other Jews to be enforced by the likes of Stuart Rabner and his Jewish colleagues in the judiciary: "Mr. Trump, at a Hanukah celebration at the White House, opened a door on a case-by-case basis to essentially defining Judaism as a race or national origin, [emphasis added] not just a religion, under the Civil Rights Act." This will entitle Jews, regardless of wealth, to special protections in academia, business, and/or the arts thanks to Republicans who oppose reverse discrimination or affirmative action to assist previously oppressed minorities. Sound fair? Is this "ethics" Mr. Rabner?)

James Barron, Michael Gold, & Ali Watkins, "Jersey City Assailants Targeted a Kosher Market," The New York Times, December 12, 2019, p. 1A. (I wonder why people feel such intense hatred for some Jews in New Jersey's urban communities? If these matters are ignored can we expect a peaceful future? Or will equally hateful forms of racism and anti-Semitism become more common in the months ahead? Please do not continue to ignore the situation that I have brought to the attention of the authorities. Altering the space between my sentences, computer crimes, censorship aimed against me and/or my writings at this blog only help to confirm the points that I am making. Only government officials and technology are capable of committing these crimes, publicly, without consequences for years or decades. Under these circumstances, given what is obvious from the empirical evidence supplied to U.S. and international tribunals, Trenton's criminals are hardly in a position to judge my ethics since they owe me an apology and compensation as well as restitution: "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System.")
