Is Senator Menendez a Suspect in Mafia-Political Murder in New Jersey?

January 16, 2010 at 12:41 P.M. An advertisement was imposed on this site today, even though all advertisement is prohibited at my request:

"Signature Limousine New Jersey, NJ-NY Wedding - Proms - Hourly Call, 732.669.7545 for a limousine. http://www.signaturelimonj.com/ " (Also, the "NY Times Reader" was advertised.)

I wonder whether these same advertisers are in the "cement business"? Or "linen supply" and "gaming industry support"? Friends of yours, Senator Bob?

December 31, 2009 at 3:01 P.M. An advertisement has been imposed on this site, possibly by New Jersey's discredited A.G., Anne Milgram -- whose fondness for Latino men knows no bounds -- chuckling at the plight of immigrants:

"US Immigration Services, Greencard, Citizenship, Visa Forms, Official Immigration Applications. http://www.immigrationdirect.com/ "

New Jersey stands accused of incompetence resulting in the deaths of several immigrants in INS detention at county jails. Ms. Milgram initiated a policy based on her hostility to Latinos, many allege, that required N.J. police officers to report illegal immigrants and even detain them in custody. This raises preemption and federalism issues. No wonder Anne Milgram does not like me. Enjoy the "lesbian love fest," Anne. You'll love Arizona!

"Those funny little brown people," right Anne? I bet you really don't like Palestinians, huh? ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

December 2, 2009 at 8:16 A.M. William K. Rashbaum, "Former Prosecutor Appointed to Investigate Corruption in Crane Operators' Union," in The New York Times, December 1, 2009, at p. A32. (Targets are N.J. and New York persons and "entities.")

No comment from Senator Bob concerning the establishment of a "special unit" in the U.S. Attorney's office -- IN NEW YORK -- to focus on N.J. corruption and organized crime. Is it true that this "Crane Operators' Union" is specifically involved in the Xanadu matter? Perhaps Ms. Luchese (or LiCausi?) will fill the Senator "in" on these matters?

October 18, 2009 at 3:43 P.M. Hackers have disabled my security system. I am unable to protect these writings as of this date.

September 13, 2009 at 5:57 P.M. New allegations of corruption in New Jersey will be discussed soon.

September 13, 2009 at 4:07 P.M. While running a second scan of my computer, my automatic updating feature has been blocked by hackers. This usually means that new defacements of my writings and further cyberwarfare is planned. I will move to a public computer later today. I will then continue running scans on this computer. By preventing me from updating my security system, hackers can more easily delete letters or otherwise insert "errors" in these writings. ("American Hypocrisy and Luis Posada Carriles" and "Fidel Castro's 'History Will Absolve Me.'")

September 9, 2009 at 1:08 P.M. Attacks on my computer yesterday, again this afternoon, will cause me to make use of public computers, then I will return to my home computer. More arrests and further investigations of New Jersey corruption are expected soon. ("Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

August 28, 2009 at 4:30 P.M. Many attacks on these essays and against my security system over the past few days have required me to resort to public computers. I will focus on additional criminality and censorship as well as allegations of perversion in New Jersey's legal world. Rumors of pending indictments -- including more troubles for Joe ("The Enforcer") Doria, Esq. -- can neither be confirmed nor denied. ("Debbie Poritz Likes the Ladies!")

More on the "Lesbian Love Fest" is also coming up. When does Anne Milgram, Esq. leave office? Will Ms. Milgram crank up the shredder before she takes off for greener pastures? I would not doubt it. Isn't that "obstruction of justice," Anne?

Tuesday, January 19, 2010 is Anne Milgram's last day on the job. Maybe things will be better and I will receive a response to my requests after that date. As of January 26, 2010 there is still no response to my requests. Cover-up? ("No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!")

August 26, 2009 at 5:08 P.M. My Internet connection from my home computer is blocked. I will struggle to continue writing from public computers.

August 20, 2009 at 11:07 A.M. My television signal was disrupted this morning as I read an essay dealing with New Jersey's corrupt law firms and Senator Bob. Efforts are underway to restore my t.v. signal which was "bypassed" by a mysterious interference or "hack," perhaps from New Jersey. In response, I will analyze New Jersey judges' sex lives focusing on prominent Latino members of the judiciary and their rumored "exploits." You'll like that one, Anne.

August 17, 2009 at 3:15 P.M. I am scanning my computer for the second time today. 13 security risks were discovered earlier, only one could be fixed. 12 have been discovered during a second scan, zero can be fixed at this time. Numerous intrusions and illegal spyware technologies are directed against my sites. The true number of hits received at my blogs is not known, not even "approximately." I cannot see my books on-line and do not know whether they still exist. I wonder whether "Stacy Tuchin, M.D.," in Paramus, plans to follow in her dad's footsteps?

August 2, 2009 at 11:31 A.M. Previously corrected "errors" were restored to several essays. I have now corrected them, once again. Rumors of new arrests in Hudson County suggest increased tensions and risks. At any time, I may be unable to write further. I will always struggle to find a way to continue doing this necessary and important work. I can only hope that my adversaries will cooperate by posting slanders of me on-line. ("How Censorship Works in America" and "Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey.")

Any "tough guys" who wish to threaten me should know my regular route. One of your guys in the bookstore, Terry Tuchin? You will not provoke me into violence, Terry. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli.")

July 29, 2009 at 5:31 P.M. Attacks on these writings are constant. At any time harassment may prevent me from writing at this computer. I will then search for a public computer to continue writing on a daily basis. If there is no new post after two days, then you may safely conclude that this silence is not voluntary.

(U.S. deficit soars to a projected $1.84 TRILLION, which is in excess of the $1.4 trillion predicted by me in 2008, and our biggest creditor wants collateral as well as "security." China will not accept New Jersey as collateral.)

William McGurn, "New Jersey's 'Italian' Problem," in The Wall Street Journal, July 28, 2009, at p. A15. (New Jersey is described as America's legal humiliation because it is the home of the mafia and utterly corrupt as well as "featuring" the MOST incompetent courts in the United States.)

Have you no shame in New Jersey's Bar Association? Mr. Rabner? Ms. Milgram? Mr. Christie, do you recall your warnings concerning "New Jersey's culture of corruption," Governor Christie?
I rose a little slowly today, feeling the extra pushups and increased pace of my workouts, but in a very good way. I made my morning trek for coffee to Dunkin Doughnuts. My homeless friend was not there this morning.

I have learned of a new program anounced by the Bloomberg administration to deal with the homeless problem. New York will pay for a one-way plane ticket for homeless persons to go somewhere -- anywhere -- not in New York. Newark? Trenton? Philly? Iraq? Afghanistan? Naples? Israel? Havana? Miami? It doesn't matter to New York's mayor -- and I voted for him.

I am a little disconcerted by this policy. I think some of the most interesting New Yorkers I know happen to have been homeless on occasion. This is to say nothing of that metaphysical homelessness that characterizes the questioning animal's soujourn on this earth. ("Huh?") Never mind. Don't worry, it's not on the bar exam.

I suggest that we purchase a one-way ticket out of the country for New Jersey's politicians, corrupt lawyers and judges, and other undesirable elements. Maybe we can do without lawyers for a while, as Shakespeare suggested. The bodies have begun to turn up in Hudson County as the heat rises. Among the lawyers you may expect to represent either the politicians or alleged mafia figures are Tommie ("TommieC") Camarata, Esq. (Hey, Tommie, how's your "protege," Nydia Hernandez, Esq.?) and Sam De Luca, Esq. Sam was a good guy. I don't know what he's like today. Lots of continued "success," Nydia. I wonder whether Nydia visited my sites?

Among lawyers who, I think, are excellent and beyond ethical criticism -- there's not too many in Hudson County! -- are Lee Marotta, Esq. and William Perkings, Esq. Give 'em a call, if you are a New Jersey "wise guy." The other shoe is about to drop:

"A veteran New Jersey political consultant who was among dozens arrested in a huge corruption sweep last week was found dead in his Jersey City apartment on Tuesday, the same day that one of three mayors charged in the case resigned."

Anthony Suarez, Esq. says he's not resigning, probably because he can't figure out what he did wrong. After all, accepting $10,000 in cash for a "little something" is no big deal. Right, Alex Booth, Esq.? Enjoy the watch, Alex.

This probably means that the "deceased" was considered a possible informant for the F.B.I., which has opened several NEW investigations in Hudson County, "allegedly." I welcome the F.B.I.'s efforts because the Hudson County prosecutors are contaminated by the county's political rot. Senator Bob is well-informed concerning developments in these matters. I wonder how quickly Senator Bob learned of this "death" and from whom he obtained the information? Rumors suggest that this death has been found "suspicious." What a shock. Does Senator Menendez have an alibi? Was the good Senator with Mr. Scarinsci? The babe, perhaps?

Allegedly, Mr. Shaw -- the dead political operative -- has been offered a government job in Trenton. ("New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "Another Mafia Sweep in New Jersey and Anne Milgram is Clueless.") It has not been confirmed whether Mr. Shaw will accept the position. Perhaps Mr. Shaw should be given a judgeship from beyond the grave.

The judiciary in Hudson County is the worst in a state that has been called "America's disgrace and an affront to the global legal profession." For the first time, America's national newspapers -- like The Wall Street Journal -- have begun to refer to the Garden State as the nation's "Italian problem." The rest of America and the world calls New Jersey: "a disgusting cesspool of political and legal corruption, judicial incompetence, perversion, child porn and prostitution" -- and that's looking on the bright side of things. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

In fact, organized crime is not exclusively an "Italian problem" in New Jersey. The mafia is well-represented in New Jersey's judiciary and politics, however, other criminal groups are dominant "elsewhere" in the culture. ("Maurice J. Gallipoli and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "James R. Zazzali and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," then "Peter G. Veniero and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

I wonder how my old friend George Rios, Esq. is doing in Jersey City? I liked George's partner, Larry Levin, Esq.

"The circumstances surrounding the death of the consultant, JACK M. SHAW, are 'suspicious,' said Edward J. DeFazio" -- How come you didn't indict, Lt. Andriani, Ed? -- "the Hudson County prosecutor. He said it did not appear to be homicide. 'It could be natural, it could be a suicide,' he said, refusing to elaborate. An autopsy is set for Wednesday."

That's kind of like that guy found in Jersey City with his head blown off and his hands tied behind his back that died of "natural causes." ("Is there a New Jersey mafia informer?") Yeah, I'd say it is very natural for a victim to die after his head is blown off. Ed, who do you take care of in Hudson County? Bobby?

The cover-up is being cranked-up. Senator Bob is said to have "known" this deceased political "tit-sucker" from Jersey City, who (reputedly and allegedly) was a go-between the mob bosses and judges as well as political figures, like the aforementioned party of the first part, Senator Bob. You won't see Shaw no more. Shaw sleeps with the fishes -- in Ridgewood, New Jersey.

How's Jose Ginarte, Esq. Bob? Is it true that Mr. Ginarte has some problems with the OAE? Is Scarinsci -- I hope that I misspelled "Scarinsci" -- looking into this for you, Bob? ("New Jersey's Third World Ethics.") Lulu? Publish America? ("How censorship works in America" and "Censorship and Cruelty in New Jersey.") I wonder about the lawyers stealing from my office while visiting a neighbor's office? I expect to meet them soon. Edgar Navarrete, Esq.? Dipping into the trust account, fellas?

The thinking by politicians in the county -- perhaps holding national office -- is that if you get rid of the messenger there will be no trail back to the politicians or judges who received the cash for various deals. Shaw was a known "Jim Florio" man. ("Jim Florio, Esq. and the Mafia in Atlantic City" and "Jaynee La Vecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey," then "Does Senator Menendez Have Mafia Friends?" and "Is Paul Bergrin, Esq. an 'Ethical' New Jersey Lawyer?" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

"Mr. Shaw once an adviser to some of New Jersey's most influential Democrats, more recently worked mainly for developers doing 'BUSINESS' in Hudson County. [emphasis added!] A top client was Metrovest Equities, developer of the Beacon, a 10-building apartment complex on the site of the former Jersey City Medical Center."

"Equities?" You gotta be kidding me ... See the movie, "City Hall." Getting nervous, Alex Booth, Esq.? Hey, Howard -- how's Amagansett this year? Nice?

"[Shaw] was charged on Thursday with accepting $10,000 in cash from Solomon Dwek, the federal informant at the center of the corruption scandal, who was posing as a real estate developer seeking political help for his projects."

The cash made its way to politicians with a promise of lots more. I know a once promiment Hudson County politician -- well-known to Senator Bob -- who was greeted upon his arrival in Miami by two young women in his hotel room who "welcomed" him to their city. I don't think they brought any oranges. The stories I heard about Senator Bob from that gentleman would make your hair stand on end and he should know. Many future essays will focus on these charming anecdotes from the Senator's early days. Am I getting through to you, boys?

Garcia? Gonzales? Union City's "Real-Estate-Is-Us"? New Jersey Superior Court judges should wear price tags, as I have suggested, with the amounts necessary to bribe them printed in dollars and yen, perhaps Mexican and Colombian pesos may also be listed with adjustments for fluctuations in exchange rates. Maybe they can be bribed with what the Colombians in the drug trade call "sugar"?

"Mr. Shaw was a longtime Democratic 'operative' who cut his teeth working for Mayor Richard J. Daley of Chicago and later was campaign aide to Gov. Jim Florio."

" ... This November's race between incumbent Democratic Gov. Jon Corzine and Republican challenger Chris Christie will test whether New Jersey voters are fed up with the way their state has become a synonym for corruption." (Wall Street Journal!)

Do you speak to me of "ethics," gentlemen? How does a Jew become Mengele, Terry Tuchin? How does a Jew become Eichman, Stuart Rabner? ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

How's Angelo ("The Horn") Prisco, Stu? Mr. Rabner is New Jersey's Chief Justice. That's right, Rabner is the ultimate ethics enforcer and symbol of legality in New Jersey. How's the "lesbian love-fest," Anne Milgram, Esq.? You take care of your "girls," Anne? ("Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.") Any African-American sentenced by Ms. Moses should be working on a motion for reconsideration. ("America's Holocaust.")

"Much will depend on Mr. Christie. As a U.S. Attorney, Mr. Christie put scores of dirty New Jersey officials behind bars. And his lead in the polls -- one of them puts [that lead] at 12 points -- is bound to widen with the indictment of so many officials from the opponent's political party" -- and from Christie's own party! -- "in an investigation [Christie] initiated."

Attack ads against Christie have narrowed the margin, according to Democrat pollsters. If the vote tally is close on election day, the Democrat-mafia machine will steal the election because they have an edge with deceased voters, many of whom vote twice in Hudson County. ("New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana.")

For any New Jersey Democrat to question Mr. Christie's "ethics," is to transform electoral politics into surrealist farce. I am not a Republican. This is simply common sense. Only one letter added to a word since yesterday means the Jersey Boys are getting old. Right, Joe ("The Enforcer") Doria, Esq.?

"But even harder than winning an election will be transforming the New Jersey political culture. If [Christie] is to succeed as governor, he will need to use the remaining time in the campaign to build public support for a radical reform agenda. Primarily this requires bringing home to Garden State voters something he does not yet seem to recognize himself: the link between his program to fight corruption and his program to revive the state's economy."

New Jersey is expected to lose several thousand more private sector jobs in the next six months. Over 50,000 public sector (government) jobs exist in New Jersey -- many of these jobs are held by persons who have been deceased for years! -- and, still, it is not enough. The government payroll is expected to increase during the term of the next governor of the state, if that official is once again a New Jersey Democrat. (Again: "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead" and "New Jersey's Political and Judicial Whores.")

$1 BILLION in tax increases are projected for New Jersey residents in 2009-2010, thanks to Corzine. If you live in New Jersey, maybe you should just bend over and say "thank you." Another massive political corruption scandal is rumored to be in the works. If the explosion goes off before election day, you could have a new pack of rats in Trenton. "I just wanna wet my beak," Senator Bob said.

" ... Wayne Bryant, [Esq.] ... was sentenced in a separate case. Mr. Bryant was found guilty of getting himself on the School of Osteopathic Medicine payroll at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (essentially a made up job that also fattened his pension) in exchange for steering millions in taxpayer money the school's way."

The OAE did not bother Mr. Bryant until the feds arrested him. OAE whores were too busy going after politicians' enemies. "Little people," like me. Have you guys at the OAE figured-out what you did wrong? The OAE's "walking turds" love to go after people during the holidays.

Ad honimem attacks against me will not be much of a response to this situation. Deleting letters from my essays or continuing protected cybercrimes aimed at me will not solve the problem. Time for a little get-together, boys and girls. You owe me a little explanation and an effort at atonement for your many sins. Have a cookie, boys?

"The point is that politicians and officials have more to sell in an environment of high taxes, big spending and overregulation -- the same things that help explain New Jersey's anemic economic growth and job creation. When government gets too big and complicated for business to get their permits and approvals and funding honestly, the dishonest prosper. And the honest get fed up and flee."

Feds even arrested someone from "Ridgefield, New Jersey" (known, prosaically, as "asshole central" everywhere in the Garden State or is that "Ridgewood"?) where we find the comfortable, snooty ass-kissers and politically-connected INFORMERS and BETRAYERS OF "FAMILY" MEMBERS. Mayor Anthony Suarez, Esq. has not resigned, even though he admits receiving or "finding" the $10,000. If you want Suarez to resign it'll cost you $15,000. It's worth it! Suarez is a Menendez guy, right? How much do you have to kick back to "El Bobo" Menendez, if anything? %50?

Terry A. Tuchin, "M.D." is from Ridgewood, New Jersey. Diana Lisa Riccioli, "M.D." is from Clifton, New Jersey. Paramus? "It's really nice" in Ridgewood, Ridgefield, North Bergen, Clifton and Paramus. Each of those suburban communities is "unique." (''Revolutionary Road': A Movie Review.") Mob territory? Where did you get your medical "degrees" Terry and Diana? Do those degrees have a picture of Mickey Mouse on them? Did both of you rape Marilyn? Or was the sexual contact only between Diana and Marilyn? You get rid of your victims by framing them for something, huh? Cute.

Apparently, Diana Lisa Riccioli is not and never was, allegedly, a "licensed therapist." Or is she? Can you "finagle" the license in New Jersey, Diana? How did you manage to get listed as a "therapist"? Debbie Poritz took care of it for ya? How would you describe your "relationship" with Marilyn, Diana? How's Debbie doing, Diana? Was Marilyn conscious when you two gals were together, romantically speaking? How much did you steal from Marilyn, Diana? How much did you steal from my office, Diana? Who was sharing in the loot and stolen clients? What was Terry's role in the thefts from my office? How about Senator Bob? What did Bob know and when did he know it? Inquiring minds want to know. Say hello to Gloria, Bob. And don't forget to give my regards to Jocelyn, Bob, and that mysterious check received by Union City which disappeared for a year or so. Oh, give my regards to the twins, Bob! Come on, keep the "errors" coming so you can prove my point, morons.
