The contents of these packages will be examined by postal inspectors and mysterious others at least once before they are delivered, I am sure, but it is likely that at least some of the documents I have sent will reach my intended recipients.

I have reason to believe that others are following up on these communications and asking questions of officials with the hope that lawyers, prosecutors, judges will comply with the applicable laws in these matters. 

The essay that appears below with one hundred sources detailing the condition of New Jersey's legal and political ethics in October, 2018 and beyond, will be sent to Brett Kavanbaugh, if he is confirmed as a U.S. Supreme Court justice (or "U.S. Supreme Court Justice") together with my previous essay "'The Scarlet Letter' and the #Me Too Moment"; also to Jefferson B. Sessions, Esq., as U.S. Attorney General, if he manages to hold on to the job; and to the Cuban Embassy to the United States of America, provided that diplomatic relations continue to exist between the two countries. A package will also be sent to The Wall Street Journal.

Targeting individuals falsely described as "evil" or "unethical" (both of these terms have been applied not only to me but also to Judge Kavanaugh) damages not only their individual lives by causing them to "feel bad," but also hurts their family members, including children and old people, for blatantly political reasons favored, usually, by the LGBTQ community that is affiliated with New Jersey's Democrats and that now threatens to post the home addresses of persons they "dislike" (U.S. senators and myself included) in an effort at intimidation.

Posting discredited and fraudulent ethics findings by New Jersey's soiled "DRB" is free advertising for this blog and far from discouraging to me. ("New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" and "New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics.") 

I certainly will not be intimidated by such tactics nor by having large and slovenly persons collide with me as I walk the streets of Manhattan. Threats are meaningless to me at this stage of my life. ("Is there a gay marriage right?")   

Methods of behind-the-back political destruction or "hits" used by N.J. political "bosses" to obliterate the professional lives of attorneys (or opponents) who embarrass them in public debates must not be rewarded or allowed to go unpunished. ("Menendez Charged With Selling His Office.")  

The truth will and must emerge with regard to the matters concerning me in New Jersey for reasons that go far beyond what happens to me or the relative "insignificance" of my life. 

The genuine motives of hired thugs, computer criminals, thieves and liars (Gilberto Garcia, John McGill, Maureen Manteneo and others like Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo of the Verona/Leonia School District) as well as the role of government agencies in Trenton controlled by paid-off officials must be made a part of the public record in this matter. 

There are legal obligations applicable to public officials in New Jersey to disclose the full truth in my matters and to answer and respond fully to my public requests and those of others for the facts in what is now a case of major public significance in New Jersey and well beyond that unfortunate state.

Continuing to lie and obstruct justice, N.J. Chief Justice Rabner, may delay matters for a while or even help to protect persons close to you, but it will not prevent the eventual disclosure of the ugly truth in my life. ("Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice.")

As I write these words new allegations of child molestation, allegedly, involving school officials and other authorities are emerging once again in New Jersey. Cancer rates have soared in different regions of a jurisdiction described as "cancer alley." 

Evidently, illegal dumping of dangerous chemicals in different parts of the state over decades made possible by corruption has created a spreading public danger threatening the health and welfare of children and others to the indifference of N.J. politicians and prosecutors as well as judges today.

After receiving confirmation from the IRS that a check reimbursing her for an overpayment would be mailed to a family member of mine no check has been received by that person even though it is well beyond the allowed time period for receipt of the funds.

Either the check was removed from her mailbox, not for the first time, or Mr. Menendez has a friend at the IRS delaying this payment at his request in an effort to harm me. 

Perhaps if Mr. Menendez believed that the funds were for Dr. Melgen the money would arrive immediately.

This money is not for me. 

The OAE is still holding funds, illegally, that should be returned to me besides what was stolen from me which they lied about for years. 

My family members are not responsible for my opinions.

Removal of a birthday card from my 97-year-old mother's mailbox (or further insulting me in order to hurt her) will not deter me from my writing projects and only provides an example of the self-described "ethics" of New Jersey's OAE. 

I have not received a response to any of my communications to U.S. police, prosecutors, judges and media. 

No doubt this is only a coincidence and not the result of behind the scenes communications from New Jersey politicians and judges designed to contravene my legally protected rights and specific obligations imposed on government agencies. 

The very N.J. persons engaging in such obstruction efforts will no doubt criticize Mr. Trump's appointments to the D.O.J. as attempts to "obstruct justice," allegedly, even as the truth continues to be hidden by Trenton officials in my case. ("An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

If the vote is close the Democrat Machine and expected voter fraud -- these are overlapping categories -- will ensure a Menendez victory. Inconveniently, Senator Menendez's opponent is Bob Hugin and not Justice Kavanaugh.) 

Mihir Zahiri, "Affairs, Pheasant Feathers and Temple Visits: Six Money-in-Politics Scandals," The New York Times, September 25, 2018, p. A20. ("In 2015, Senator Robert Menendez, Democrat of New Jersey, was charged with bribery-related crimes based on his relationship with an eye doctor, Saloman [sic.] E. Melgen. Prosecutors said Dr. Melgen made more than $700,000.00 in direct and indirect political contributions to Mr. Menendez. [Mr. Menendez is "appalled" by Judge Kavanaugh's behavior and ethics.] Within days of one set of contributions, Mr. Menendez  pressed federal officials to intervene in a Medicare billing dispute worth almost $9 million to Dr. Melgen. As evidence of illicit behavior, prosecutors also pointed to flights for Mr. Menendez, as well as travel to a luxury hotel in Paris and seaside stays in the Dominican Republic." Allegations of promised kickbacks if Menendez got the loot to Melgen are still denied as well as "sweeteners" that included the services of prostitutes, and among these prostitutes are underage young women -- fourteen-year-olds -- who undeniably "serviced" New Jersey's senior senator. Senator Menendez was not in high school when these incidents occurred. There are no legal ethics charges against Mr. Menendez in New Jersey because, according to the OAE, "boys will be boys." MSNBC has not uttered one word of criticism of Mr. Menendez. Is this MSNBC's version of "neutral and objective" journalism?)

Adam Liptak, "Court Takes Up Case of a Man Who Can't Remember His Crimes," The New York Times, October 3, 2018, p. A21. (Vernon Madison will be executed for a crime he does not remember after several strokes. An aging American death row population is facing execution at age 60, 70, or 80 in some instances for unremembered crimes and from wheelchairs. Cruel and unusual punishment?)

"Bring It!"

"At age 15, Cory Booker once wrote, he tried to grope the breast of a girl who had given him 'an overwhelming kiss' on New Year's Eve. She brushed his hand away once, then he succeeded [at what?] on his second try. Nothing more ensued." (N.J. Advanced Media for N.J.Com, 9-21-18, p. 1.)

Senator Cory Booker, Esq. famously had a "Spartacus Moment" during the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings before the U.S. Senate's Judiciary Committee on which he serves as a member by choosing to violate Senate Ethics Rules and federal laws governing confidentiality and classification of documents exposing sealed witness statements while "welcoming the imposition of sanctions."

Senator Booker's celebrated response when reminded that he could be expelled from the U.S. Senate for his decision and action was to shout: "Bring it!" 

It now appears that this surprising and ugly episode and Senator Booker's statements have been (or will be) referred to the Senate's Ethics Committee. ("New Jersey Lawyers' Ethics Farce.") 

It is likely that some sanction will be imposed upon New Jersey's junior senator which will have a negative impact on his future political ambitions. ("New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers On the Tit.")  

Mr. Booker may have assumed that his display of "civil disobedience" would produce the opposite result in his career. ("Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.") 

Senator Booker's calculation was probably the shrewd estimate that he would separate himself from the crowd of Democrats looking to run for the presidency by appearing bold, fearless, and decisive in opposing the Kavanaugh confirmation in so reckless a manner and, hence, positioning himself early for a presidential run.

So much for Elizabeth Warren. ("'This is totally amazing!' -- Donald J. Trump.") 

Mr. Booker's "performance" will surely play well with an extreme Leftist faction within the Democratic party, but it may hurt Senator Booker deeply with centrists and others in the electorate. 

Few Americans will vote for a candidate for the presidency who is perceived as contemptuous of laws and ethics rules or who seeks to use a Supreme Court confirmation fight for his personal political gain or career aggrandizement. 

Barack Obama would not have made such a mistake. 

If it is true that the "defiance" in Senator Booker's disclosure is popular with the LGBTQ community -- especially self-defined "radical feminists" bitterly opposed to Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation -- it is no less true and already evident that Senator Booker is losing support among important Democrats who disapprove of disruption tactics favored by "protesters" during the hearings before the Judiciary Committee that were suspiciously "coordinated" with Democrats even as they were clearly aimed against Republican Senators on the same panel.

The obvious political motives for the antics of protesters is what motivated Senator Graham's protest.  

Many of the "displeased" Democrat donors are people who favored the charismatic N.J. Senator's national aspirations because he is an African-American official and very engaging, but they are now "dismayed" by Mr. Booker's brazen disregard for legality motivated by hopes for personal political gain. 

This is the first serious mistake that I have seen Senator Booker make in his political life. 

Mr. Booker's defiance seems especially bizarre, hypocritical, and cravenly self-serving given new allegations prominently discussed in Republican media of far-worse conduct than what is alleged against Judge Kavanaugh on the part of Senator Booker in his high school days. 

New versions of the incident(s) described by Mr. Booker are emerging as equally disturbing allegations of lesbian adventures are surfacing concerning Senator Kamala Harris. ("Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest.") 

It is not surprising that slurs and scurrilous allegations about people's sex lives would pour out immediately after the confirmation hearings in response to the insults of Judge Kavanaugh. 

To quote the newest U.S. Supreme Court Justice: "What goes around comes around."

Sleazy accusations are becoming an ugly reality for many politicians.

The only way the vicious cycle of politics by personal destruction will end is with mutual or bipartisan acceptance of principles of civility and rational constraints on legal as well as political debate. ("Why I am not an ethical relativist" and "John Finnis and Ethical Cognitivism.")  

The tensions in Washington, D.C. will only get worse with the forthcoming interim elections. 

Given the Trump administration's astonishing economic numbers and the "firing-up of the G.O.P." base in the Kavanaugh matter (as well as their counterparts on the Left) it is predicted by observers, shockingly, that Democrats will gain fewer seats than expected and may even lose elections that they were expected to win.

New Jersey may be the first state in American history (not surprisingly perhaps) to have BOTH senators sanctioned for unethical conduct and disgraceful behavior by the U.S. Senate's Ethics Committee. ("New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet.")  

For a jurisdiction that has come to be identified with organized crime, cancer, political corruption, child-prostitution and -pornography, legal and judicial ineptitude (and far worse) this is a new low and humiliating as well as a disgusting display on the part of those who should protect the public from corruption and keep residents safe but who are responsible for just the opposite. ("New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")   

"Conservatives resurrected Booker's account on their websites and social media after he defended Christine Blasey Ford, the Northern California research psychologist who claimed [that] she was sexually attacked by U.S. Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh while both were in high school." (New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, 9-21-18, p. 2.)

"Just let me wet my beak." 

New Jersey's Democrat Governor Phil Murphy --

"-- on Tuesday defended his administration's decision to hire a former Passaic County councilman who served prison time for taking bribes." (New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, 9-18-18, p. 1, emphasis added.)

In a state with New Jersey's history of legal corruption, despite laws on the books with ostensibly exacting ethical standards for appointments to high political office and the judiciary, the very same Democrats concerned about the "ethics" of Judge Kavanaugh to say nothing of my humble self are willing to hire, associate with, and share perks with CONVICTED felons and/or to place "bag men" on the judicial bench. ("New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America" and "New Jersey is the Home of the Living Dead.")

"Marcellus Jackson was hired in July for a $70,000-a-year job as a special assistant [sic.] in the Department of Education's Office of Civil and Social Engagement." (New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, 9-18-18, p. 1.)

Mr. Jackson was convicted after accepting a $26,000 bribe from undercover FBI agents in exchange for political favors.

Lourdes Santiago was appointed to the Superior Court (Mr. Menendez?) after accepting sexual favors from women and the services of prostitutes as well as lying about me perhaps also for a small fee. ("Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet" and "An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

Lilian Munoz may have raped Marilyn Straus and was certainly involved in illegally extracting information from my office in violation of legal ethics standards and criminal laws but has been protected (so far) because she was Bob Menendez's law partner and a closet lesbian with friends in low places. ("Jennifer Velez is a Dyke Magnet.")

It is reported in the media that Mr. Jackson received the hearty recommendation of Senator Booker. 

What makes this situation a more obvious example of "one-hand-washes-the-other" New Jersey politics is the previous services rendered by Mr. Jackson by obtaining African-American votes for Phil Murphy in Passaic County. 

The job for Mr. Jackson is clearly a reward -- probably one of several rewards entitling Mr. Jackson to multiple additional pensions -- that is tactfully described by journalists as a "political pay-off." 

Mr. Jackson "bribed" Governor Phil Murphy with votes and the promise of more votes next time in the best "pay-to-play" New Jersey tradition in exchange for taxpayer money and indirect personal rewards of various kinds for himself and his friends. (Again: "New Jersey's Politically Connected Lawyers On the Tit" and "Corrupt Law Firms, Senator Bob, and New Jersey Ethics.") 

This is business as usual in the "Soprano State." 

This episode is also a contravention of everything that New Jersey's recent anti-corruption legislation and federal laws have tried to achieve in terms of controlling theft from the public treasury and nepotism or blatant graft in Trenton. 

The New Jersey Supreme Court and Attorney General are well aware of this appointment and many others like it and much more about the current administration that is unethical and maybe criminal, but these lawyers will "look the other way" to avoid trouble for themselves as the public loses yet again. ("New Jersey Lawyers' Ethics Farce.") 

Corrupt ethics enforcers and members of the judiciary are the kind of people who have hypocritically insulted me and "disapproved" of my ethics KNOWING that allegations against me were based on paid for frauds and lies. 

Nydia Hernandez is one example of a person happily lying about me at the request of New Jersey officials and for a promised professional reward. I am sure that there are many others. ("New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" then "New Jersey's Corrupt Judges" and "New Jersey Supreme Court's Implosion.") 

There will be no N.J. legal ethics proceedings against Cory Booker whatever the U.S. Senate's Ethics Committee decides nor any grievance filed against Senator Menendez even if he is indicted again by a new grand jury, which seems likely, nor will any embarrassing charges be brought against Governor Murphy for violating his own administration's ethics standards. 

It is difficult if not impossible to take seriously or even to respect allegations about my ethics from persons whose evident ethical lapses and whose continued lies as well as obstruction of justice have made New Jersey a public spectacle of revolting criminality and a hideous farce. ("David Wildstein and Equal Protection of the Law in New Jersey.") 

New carcinogens have been detected at several North Jersey sites directly traced to corruption among local officials allowing for illegal dumping of dangerous chemicals and other substances for decades thanks to bribery that endangers the lives and welfare of Garden State residents.

The cooperation of the courts in New Jersey in this obscene injustice that produces illness and death for many people is a fact of life that few N.J. residents question any longer. 

Loss of respect for the state's tarnished tribunals may make it impossible for the few honest lawyers and state judges trying to apply the law fairly to all litigants to succeed in their efforts. 

Federal supervision of the New Jersey courts may be necessary.  

Government officials in Trenton are too busy stealing personal economic advantages for themselves to worry about the children and old people they have sworn to protect and serve. 

This "neglect" and "disdain" seems especially evident with regard to the most vulnerable and helpless members of the community, chronically ill and/or incapacitated children and old people in long-term care facilities, whose "quality of care" in N.J. is below the level of most Third World countries to the complete indifference not only of medical professionals, but also of lawyers, judges and politicians who are supposed to care for their welfare and rights. 

Is this New Jersey's legal and political ethics Mr. Rabner? Mr. Murphy? Will you please finally tell me the truth about the crimes committed against me Mr. Rabner? ("Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.") 

"[Gov. Murphy] admitted that Jackson worked for his gubernatorial campaign as well ..." (New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, 9-18-18, p. 2.)

State Assemblywoman Holly Schepisi, R-Bergen, stated that: 

" ... she plans to introduce legislation to ban public officials convicted of corruption from holding jobs in state or local government." (New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, 9-18-18, p. 3.) 

"I am for all the people!"

"Menendez leads Hugin by a mere 2 percentage points, [October 1, 2018] 45 percent to 43 percent, in the Stockton University poll released Monday morning -- which is within the poll's margin of error." (New Jersey Advanced Media for N.J.Com, October 1, 2018, p. 1.)

It is especially significant and now a matter of investigation that Murray Sabrin, Libertarian party candidate, has 3 percent of the vote and is in a position to be a "spoiler" or "king-maker" which is a kind of "straw" that can usually be transformed into "gold" in New Jersey politics. 

A strong majority of New Jersey residents and not only likely voters do not favor Senator Menendez and express negative views (to put it politely) of New Jersey's senior senator. ("Is Union City New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?") 

A second indictment for Senator Menendez may well result in expulsion from the U.S. Senate under the provisions of applicable ethics rules. ("Menendez and Christie May Face Ethics Charges" and, again, "Menendez Says 'He's Not Going Anywhere!'") 

The numbers are getting worse by the day for "Boss Bob" with Mr. Menendez suggesting that a vote for Bob Hugin amounts to getting in bed, as it were, with Judge Kavanaugh and President Trump. ("Bribery in Union City New Jersey" and "Was Menendez Bribed to Get a Visa For a Croney?")

The recent debate between New Jersey's senatorial candidates was not a shining moment for "Boss Bob" who appeared confused and uncertain about his own convictions (if any) at a moment of intense divisions in American society.  

Mr. Menendez is among those rising on a soap box to express moral concerns at Judge Kavanaugh's alleged high school antics to the applause of MSNBC's neutral and objective commentators including Alicia Menendez and Rachel Maddow. ("Menendez Charged With Selling His Office" and "Crooked Broker Paid Off Menendez" then "New Jersey is Lucky Luciano's Havana.")

It is now rumored that Mr. Sabrin may exit the election and throw his support to Mr. Hugin unless Mr. Menendez can show him a "little love" of a financial sort through "intermediaries." ("Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.") 

Regardless of the actual vote without federal monitoring it is likely that this election will be stolen by New Jersey's notorious Democrat Machine that the FBI believes is "affiliated" with the mafia. ("More Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics" and "North Bergen New Jersey is the Home of La Cosa Nostra.")

This is what New Jersey's Bar Association (NJSBA) and Supreme Court Justices call "ethics."

(Every civilized legal system in the world regards a child younger than 5-years-of-age as incapable of committing a legal fault or being responsible for his/her actions much less of self-representation before any tribunal. A 2-year-old girl "representing herself" in an American immigration court proceeding is a grotesque and barbaric as well as farcical "travesty of justice" that borders on Medieval trials of farm animals for "crimes." Democrats are more worried about Justice Kavanaugh's sex life when he was a high school student than the evil and cruel joke that is the Trump migrant detention centers in Texas and immigration policies at the U.S. southern border that are Nazi-like. Marco Rubio supports the harsh Republican policy towards migrants in a disgusting attempt to ingratiate himself with Mr. Trump who patronized and insulted Senator Rubio during the Republican primary campaign. It is difficult not to be embarrassed for Mr. Rubio and the American legal system.)

("After a $15 MILLION deal earlier this year to boost the salaries of N.J.'s judges, prosecutors and top political appointees, lawmakers without fanfare added millions more to the budget to boost pay for their aides in their district offices." There are people who try to steal from others using a gun and there are others who manage to steal even more merely by using a pen. New Jersey officials and judges are doing such a wonderful job already that more money for them along with hidden "perks" -- allegedly -- is just fine with voters. For this reason legislators and judges wish to keep pay increases and bonuses quiet. Multiple pensions and "compensation" for "expenses" can result in substantial additions to the compensation packages of distinguished New Jersey attorneys and judges. Many of these so-called "aides" in politicians' offices will never see all of their "pay increases" because some of the money for such raises will disappear into accounts controlled by their bosses. Perhaps Mr. Menendez will ask to see such videos for security reasons. Police will certainly deny that they exist.)

(Despite environmental hazards associated with "power-washing and storing concrete outside" a planned move of a Little Ferry concrete plant that is alleged to be affiliated with "mob-front" companies will be relocated to affluent Wellington New Jersey. Residents are upset and protest against this move. "Doka" is accused of storing more than concrete at their facility. This is denied by corporate officials who explain that "they don't know nothing about nothing.")

(Englewood Cliffs Police Chief Michael Cioffi, who denies mafia affiliations, was caught on tape saying that he "wanted to kill" a councilwoman contemplating an investigation of police finances, allegedly, and disagreeing with Chief Cioffi on a host of issues. Evidently, it was all a "joke." Who knew? Mr. Cioffi is known to his fellow officers as a "laugh riot.")

Worse, they do not want people from Jersey City driving down the street. No wonder Maria Martinez a.k.a. Barcelo with her fake Master's Degree likes it there. It is a "clubhouse" in Bergen County where you have to "fit in" by pleasing local politicians. I pity the children in her school.)

(Albert J. Alvarez, Esq., was hired as "chief of staff" at something called "school development" in Trenton. This is a position that allows for distribution of funds for school construction and repairs throughout the state. Mr. Alvarez, a Bob Menendez front-man, was under investigation for sexual assault at the time of his appointment and this was known to Democrat officials. Friend of Gilberto Garcia? The facts may have been covered-up by the Democrat controlled Hudson County Prosecutor's Office to allow Mr. Alvarez to escape the consequences of his actions. The very same Democrats claiming to be "outraged" by far more unsubstantiated allegations against Judge Kavanaugh were obstructing charges against Mr. Alvarez. Was Mr. Alvarez affiliated with Jose Ginarte at any time? Did Mr. Alvarez ever visit my law office in Union City? "Gremlins"? Do you have something to say to me Mr. Alvarez? Mr. Murphy is refusing to hold public hearings in this matter or to discuss the issues further. Mr. Alvarez has not yet been indicted or disbarred despite, allegedly, lying repeatedly about this matter and many others. Everyone is lying about what happened to the young woman accosted by Mr. Alvarez. So far, Steven Sweeney, Esq. is refusing to hold public hearings in this matter.) 

Rodrigo Torrejon, "Hillary Clinton to Help Raise Money for Menendez," The Record, September 27, 2018, p. A-3. (I voted for Hillary Clinton for the U.S. Senate and for the presidency. I find it shocking, however, that given her opposition to the Kavanaugh nomination on the basis of allegations of sexually inappropriate conduct that occurred while the nominee was in high school that are uncorroborated, Ms. Clinton now supports a man engaging in sex with adolescent prostitutes and lying about it for years as well as sanctioned by the Senate Ethics Committee for "withholding information," i.e., lying, in financial disclosure statements to conceal favors done to a convicted felon sitting in a federal prison for fraud against the taxpayers. Double standards among Democrats and what can only be called hypocrisy undermines the credibility of all Democratic candidates claiming to be concerned with women's rights and safety. You know better than this Ms. Clinton. There are many Democrats now claiming that Hillary Clinton never agreed to raise money for Menendez nor did she promise to campaign for New Jersey's disgraced senior senator. Somebody is lying about this situation.)

("The Senate Majority Political Action Committee announced Tuesday it will begin airing $3 million in TV ads to bolster Menendez, who has struggled for months to pull away from Republican Bob Hugin." Hypocrisy on the part of the very Democrats claiming that we should "believe women" with regard to sexual abuse allegations when the alleged culprit is a white male Republican, but not when it happens to be a Latino Democrat, is simply revolting: "'Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi desperately spending another $3 million to try to bail out corrupt, career politician Bob Menendez confirms they are absolutely petrified that New Jersey voters know Menendez doesn't deserve to be reelected,' Hugin campaign spokeswoman Megan Diwowar said." Mr. Schumer and Ms. Clinton are aware of the moral problems with Mr. Menendez and the pending second grand jury investigation. This is irrelevant to their support for Mr. Menendez. If Hitler were to give the Democrats another vote in the U.S. Senate he also would receive the support of Democrats.)

("The former sheriff was heard on a released [surreptitious] recording making racist and homophobic comments. In the recording [Sheriff Michael Saudino] mentioned Murphy's proposal to legalize marijuana and said legalization would 'let the blacks come in, do whatever the [expletive deleted] they want, and don't worry about it. You know, we'll tie the hands of the cops.' ..." Mr. Murphy will recommend, allegedly, that Mr. Alvarez should be appointed to the Bergen County Sheriff's position now that he is unemployed since it is "a great place to meet girls." A number of New Jersey lawyers and judges who played a role in my story -- including the allegedly "brain dead" Lourdes Santiago -- have been secretly recorded discussing me or so "I have reason to believe." I would love to hear those recordings and, I suspect, that I will soon have the opportunity to do so.) 

Matt Fagan, "Clifton Toilet Efficient, Unpopular," The Record, October 1, 2018, p. L-2. (Toilets have been installed in the botany section of Clifton, New Jersey. Gov. Murphy said, allegedly, that "all of New Jersey should have public toilets." In fact, New Jersey has been described by observers from a tactful distance as a "public toilet." This is especially true in Manhattan when the breeze blows in from the west. More toilets are coming to cities like Elizabeth, Newark, Union City, North Bergen and Jersey City, so that people can relieve themselves on the streets as part of their Jersey experience. Politicians and judges are already doing much the same all over the residents of the state, allegedly, so why not offer the same courtesy to everyone else? Why not indeed: "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

(In a state and nation in which white police officers routinely shoot African-American suspects -- usually young men -- in the back after a traffic stop and face no consequences, Haydee Santana is being forced out of her position as a Paterson police officer for a "justified" shooting of a male attacker on PCP at the time of the incident. I would give her a medal. This orchestrated "outrage" reeks of politics to me. Ms. Santana has filed a lawsuit seeking over half-a-million-dollars total in compensation and her full pension.)

Murphy's campaign paid $2 million to a consulting company led by one of his top aides who at the time was tied to a campaign finance scandal under police investigation in Bermuda known as Jetgate." Allegations concerning "connections" between this so-called "consultant" and international criminal organizations are not confirmed or denied by the FBI. There are new questions being asked by federal investigators concerning the purpose of these payments. The OAE has been told to ignore the matter even if the issues concern lawyers as middle men. Dustin Racioppi & James Nash, "Investigation of Ex-Aide Ordered," The Record, October 16, 2018, p. A-1. ("Gov. Phil Murphy ordered an investigation into the hiring of a former aide accused of sexually assaulting a campaign volunteer last year, saying Monday that he was 'sick to my stomach' when he learned of the victim's story." Albert J. Alvarez, Esq. may have made matters "go away" in Hudson County by using his nefarious "friendships," but he may find it more difficult to do the same at the state level and far more so as federal authorities are urged to look into the matter. Mr. Alvarez is a "behind-the-back" man who targets his professional colleagues for slanders in order to steal their clients. Among his co-conspirators in the past have been attorneys -- or former attorneys -- like Jose Ginarte, Gilberto Garcia, Edgar Navarete, and other "sleazy lawyers." New Jersey's Mary Anne Kriko and Nydia Hernandez come to mind as snake-like attorneys and bag persons who owe me many apologies. Will I have the opportunity to meet these so-called "lawyers" who, perhaps, soon will be "inmates" in a federal facility? Will we meet Mr. Menendez? I hope so.) 

Herb Jackson & Nicolas Pugliese, "Hugin Ad Levels Unproven Charge Against Menendez," The Record, October 16, 2018, p. A-3. ("Three weeks before Election Day, a new ad from Republican Senate candidate Bob Hugin uses the recent battle over Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh to revise 'unproven' allegations that Sen. Menendez traveled to the Dominican Republic for trysts with underage prostitutes." The allegations are "unproven" because Mr. Menendez ADMITTED at the time using the services of prostitutes in the D.R. paid for by Dr. Melgen, his host and closest friend, but defended the practice by arguing that this charming custom is legal in that country. However, one of the prostitutes on the occasion discussed in the media happened to be a minor which makes sex for money illegal in the Dominican Republic. Mr. Menendez then said this fact was not known to him and that the young woman was 17-years-old. The FBI reported that she was 16-years-old. It was reported in the media that the young woman involved in this sex act for money was actually 14-years-old. Allegations of cocaine use have been made against Mr. Menendez for decades and this was not the first time that Mr. Menendez was charged with using the services of prostitutes. Bob Menendez is described as a "moral leper" by Washington insiders at the moment. No one is very certain of what the future will bring for Mr. Menendez even if he is reelected given the second grand jury investigation pending against him and several of his croneys. Marc Elias, Esq., for example, is a Bob Menendez attorney who may be on his way to disbarment as a participant in online debates against me who may have lied about his role in a number of sensitive matters.)

(The widespread availability of drugs in New Jersey have led many to suggest corruption and police participation in the illegal drug business helps to explain the phenomenon. I wonder whether Mr. Menendez has any insight into these matters of widespread protection for drug dealers and other criminals in New Jersey? Gambling machines still in West New York? "Trenton Takes Steps to Stop Sexual Misconduct," (Editorial) The Record, September 26, 2018, p. A-12. (As allegations are swirling against Albert J. Alvarez, Esq. and Bob Menendez, Esq. for their alleged sexual abuse of young women, hypocritically, these men claim to be appalled by the behavior of the young Brett Kavanaugh which is "unproven." N.J. Democrats are only concerned about sexual abuse of women, or that such claims by women be believed, when the alleged culprits are prominent Republicans. Otherwise, sexual exploitation of young women is hunky-dory for New Jersey's Democrat Machine. Do you speak to me of "ethics," Mr. Menendez, or presume to judge me? (Conflicting laws have made the reappointment of a sheriff for Bergen County and local elections chaotic. Governor Murphy seems confused about where "loyalties" lie in Bergen County. It was Barzini all along Mr. Murphy. "More Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

Herb Jackson, "Opponent's Ads Say Menendez Was 'Guilty,'" The Record, September 17, 2018, p. A-1. ("WASHINGTON -- Sen. Robert Menendez was 'SEVERELY ADMONISHED' by the Senate's Ethics Committee for taking undisclosed gifts and advocating for the donor's personal and business interests." Furthermore, according to Mr. Menendez's colleagues: "[Bob Menendez] reflected discredit on the Senate" and "violated Senate rules and related statutes." Mr. Menendez was found to be "unethical" and a "disgrace" to the legal profession, presumably, as well as the U.S. Senate. The OAE in Trenton remains intimidated and silent. (New Jersey's Attorney General Gurbir Grewal -- who refuses to respond to communications concerning my matters -- has created an Office of Public Integrity and Accountability provoking laughter in New Jersey and even more beyond the Garden State. Mr. Grewal may begin restoring some "integrity" to the state's legal system by disclosing the truth in my matters in accordance with the law.)

(Additional anti-Semitic attacks in New Jersey are fueled by perceived double standards favoring Jews that are being ignored by Mr. Grewal. "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?")

(Efforts to prevent Mr. Silver from actually going to prison, after an appeal overturned an initial conviction and a second trial was necessary to convict Mr. Silver, once again, has involved the efforts of "friends" like Gerald Shanker, Chuck Schumer, Stuart Rabner and, perhaps, Barry Albin's rabbi. Ms. Wolf lost custody of her children to their father. Rachel Maddow may well claim that this incident provides further evidence of men's abuse of women's rights. Many fathers are unjustly deprived of their children by biased and "politically correct" judges -- usually, strangely enough, lesbian judges in New Jersey -- who fail to examine the evidence rather than the gender of the parents seeking custody. This often results in severe harm to children and their fathers.)

Or is the concern on the part of each party today simply to oppose whatever the other side favors? Such dangerous tribalism and divisions as well as the hatreds to which they lead are bringing about the destruction of our sense of community in America. Transit has not been fixed, problems are worsening, money for repairs has vanished, and there is no coherent strategy to deal with the urgent and, potentially, life-threatening crisis afflicting the system. Everyone admits the existence of a crisis and the life-threatening nature of the danger involved for commuters and the general public. Nothing happens. I can certainly relate to the frustrations felt by New Jersey residents in response to many situations like this. The court system of the Garden State may well be a greater mess and far more corrupt than New Jersey Transit.)

(In October, 2018, as money continues to "vanish" in Trenton, yet more taxes are contemplated for drivers in New Jersey. Money well spent? Where does the money go? How is it possible that so much public revenue simply "disappears" in New Jersey?)

Barcelo of the Verona/Leonia School District -- have been discovered to "purchase" degrees falsely said to be from accredited universities online in order to make more money by claiming to have earned these degrees the old fashioned way. Others have begun to emulate these industrious professionals by faking educations that they do not posses so as to obtain higher wages under fraudulent circumstances. "That's Jersey for ya!")

Nick Corasanti, "6 Children Die In Outbreak of Virus Strain at N.J. Center," The New York Times, October 24, 2018, p. A23. ("The New Jersey Department of Health was working on Tuesday to contain a severe viral outbreak at a pediatric center that has left six children dead and 12 others infected." Other persons in the general population may have come in contact with these children and may be carrying this same lethal virus. In addition to cancers possibly resulting from chemicals illegally dumped by companies paying off N.J. officials there are numerous deaths in New Jersey undoubtedly caused by unsanitary or unhealthy conditions in hospitals, prisons, schools and other public facilities that fail to meet the state's own legally prescribed sanitary standards often through flagrant criminal violations of the laws: " ...[The facility] has been cited in the past for health care violations." No action was taken on these violations nor were any adequate efforts made to correct the problem which lawyers for these facilities may have certified to be "adequate" and state inspectors may have "overlooked" for a small fee. Governor Murphy has indicated that he will be traveling to Europe soon.)

Lindy Washburn, "Wanaque Virus Outbreak Kills Six: 12 Others Sick; Most Patients Under Age 18," The Record, October 24, 2018, p. A-1. ("Six persons have died as the result of a severe outbreak of adenovirus at a long-term care facility for medically fragile CHILDREN [for whom the state is responsible in locus parentis] in Wenaque, the State Health Care Department said Tuesday." The same problem may have arisen at elderly care facilities in Bergen and Hudson Counties. The sheer filth at some state facilities in New Jersey must be life-threatening as the legal and moral corruption in Trenton's government and courts certainly kills many more of the Garden State's unfortunate residents. New Jersey fails to protect the most fragile and incapacitated members of the state's community. Shame on you New Jersey. Have you no sense of decency and compassion for the most vulnerable members of your community? "New Jersey Lesbian Rapes a Disabled man.")

(Yet more children are dying, the state of New Jersey remains clueless, and far more sanitary and other violations at long-term care facilities -- including some for the elderly -- that may previously have been covered-up, probably with the assistance of lawyers, are only now coming to light. There will be more deaths because of New Jersey corruption and incompetence to say nothing of the literal "filth" that is the Garden State. "No More Cover-Ups and Lies Chief Justice Rabner!") 

Lindy Washington, "Adenovirus Infects 2 More Children," The Record, November 6, 2018, p. A-1. ("Two more children in New Jersey were diagnosed Monday with adenovirus in separate outbreaks at pediatric long-term care centers in Passaic and Camden counties, state health officials said, bringing the total statewide to 34." It is now evident that there were failures to comply with state sanitary and other requirements, despite attorneys' certifications and allegations to the contrary at these facilities, as well as a complete failure to meet competent professional standards. As with the OAE's negligence, these appalling failures by state professionals and inspectors have resulted in tragedies for many New Jersey residents. Rather than accepting responsibility there continue to be denials, lies, attempts to change the subject as grotesque suffering is perpetuated for many innocent people. Shame on you New Jersey.)

We will see more attacks against "targets" of far-Right extremist groups among whom gays and lesbians, African-Americans and Jews must be included. That some persons in these groups may be cheering for the very people who seek to destroy them is beyond my comprehension. It is increasingly obvious that this catastrophe is made possible by generations of corrupt politicians, tainted lawyers and judges protecting one another to the indifference of the complicit OAE in Trenton. Please remember your oaths as lawyers and judges in New Jersey then make some effort to live up to those oaths. (Violations of fire code provisions and other statutory requirements are said to have been "covered-up" by bribed officials with the assistance of attorneys in what is now an old story in New Jersey. Will the OAE ever protect innocent members of the public as opposed to their own crooked lawyers? "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Crooked Broker Paid-Off Menendez.")

Joe Malinconico, "Contractor in Paterson MUA KICKBACKS Case Sentenced to Fine and Prison Time," The Record, October 24, 2018, p. L-1. (In yet another old story in New Jersey -- "A contractor who ADMITTED to giving kickbacks to a Paterson municipal official in exchange for $146,500 in government payments for 'phantom work' was sentenced to 20 months in prison during a proceeding in federal court on Tuesday." Cornell Baskerville is a contractor from Linden and allegedly a "mob front" person. The usual practice in the New Jersey Superior Court is to arrange for such cases to go to mob-friendly judges -- such as Hudson County Assignment Judge Maureen Manteneo perhaps -- in order to avoid having connected criminals go to prison. Maybe Lourdes Santiago is up to the task if she can manage to achieve the "appearance" if not the reality of competence. Regrettably for the "boys" the federal system is not as "convenient" for such purposes. "Mafia Influence in New Jersey Courts and Politics.")

(Similar "crackdowns" in Hudson County have resulted in even larger numbers of arrests. I wonder whether Mr. Menendez was listed on the client registers for these service providers? Ms. Santiago? "Little Debbie" Poritz? Ms. Poritz should realize that trading judicial favors for sex with young women is not much different from selling such favors for money. What name did you give to Marilyn Straus Maureen Manteneo? Lilian Munoz? Estela de La Cruz? "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest.")

(Harvey Weinstein is a "lucky" and "well-connected" defendant in the legal system who, for some reason, does not attract the loathing and intense hostility usually directed by prosecutors against minority men. Many African-American persons are convicted or sanctioned based on false or fraudulent testimony, or police misconduct, then denied the truth in their lives or prevented from receiving due process relief until it is too late. Jewish prosecutors and judges, evidently, display a much more "conciliatory" attitude to the Weinsteins of this world who tend to face far more serious charges than most others for heinous behavior without experiencing the "unpleasantness" of state officials. Katie Sabko, "9th Child Dies in Viral Outbreak: Wanaque Long-Term Care Center Has Had 25 Pediatric Cases," The Record, October 29, 2018, p. A-1. ("A ninth child has died as a result of a severe viral outbreak in the ventilator unit of a long-term care center in Wanaque, the latest casualty of a health crisis that has alarmed much of New Jersey and sparked a response directed by the state's health department." Did Mr. Rabner really say that none of the victims are Jews so the crisis is "contained"? New Jersey legal standards were ignored for years by the Wanaque center with the complicity of the same health department that will now "minimize" its failures in the past in dealing with a present crisis. This may well ensure that future crises will emerge to afflict the people of the state. Similar diseases, or new viral infections, seem to be developing already in elderly care centers which the state authorities are not discussing to avoid creating a panic. How many deaths are required before "concern" on the part of New Jersey's soiled public agencies is justified? Do the deaths of gentiles matter Mr. Rabner? "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?")

Is Mr. Barretta "unethical"? I am sure that he is entitled to compensation and, perhaps, punitive damages for his experience. Did Mr. Menendez and/or others "set-up" an online debate with me in which they were humiliated rather than prevailing as they expected? Is this the motive for the continuing cover-up of the facts in my matters Mr. Rabner? Has New Jersey's Office of Attorney Ethics now been demonstrated to be "unethical" and hypocritical -- or even criminal -- and hardly in a position to judge the ethics of others? Many observers seem to have drawn that conclusion. "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?") 

Herb Jackson, "Voters' Views of Menendez Are Affected by His Trial," The Record, October 29, 2018, p. A-1. (Senator Menendez, 64, may be closing a public career on a low note. There is a "Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" quality about "Boss Bob" and his shady associates. No doubt the election will be stolen to allow Mr. Menendez to win -- not for the first time perhaps -- by the notorious Jersey Democrat Machine. However, the hostility and lasting harm to Menendez, a distinguished member of the N.J. Bar Association, will not go away nor will his forthcoming legal troubles. Almost 60% of Senator Menendez's fellow New Jersey residents, mostly Democrats, do not trust Senator Bob, regard him as a "liar," and wish him to "go away." A second grand jury may also be "fixed" even as the "sleaze" continues to cling to Mr. Menendez like a cheap suit worn by one of Hudson County's beer-bellied politicians. Albio Sires? I am not Mr. Menendez's friend. Nevertheless, this late stage of "Boss Bob's" life seems sad and even pathetic or revolting to me. One hopes that a person who has held the elevated positions conferred on Mr. Menendez will have the dignity to fade quietly away rather than making a public spectacle of himself by "cavorting" with young prostitutes and convicted criminals like Dr. Melgen.)

This contagion indicates the disgraceful state of N.J.'s long-term care facilities and the murderous as well as unforgivable indifference to human suffering on the part of the attorneys and other public health officials responsible for sanitary standards in this failed American jurisdiction. It is simply a lie that medical facilities in New Jersey are in compliance with the state's own statutory requirements for long-term and medical care facilities. It is also a lie that the OAE meets the state's requirements for legal ethics in the practice of the agency's own attorneys. Cooperate fully Mr. McGill and tell the truth.)

No more lies and cover-ups. It is time to do your jobs in Trenton.)

(Out of the $8.5 MILLION settlement in the Google class action suit not one cent will go to the ostensible litigants. All of the money will go satisfy sleazy lawyers' fees. This is "paradise" for Herb Klitzner, Esq. and Bass & Bass, Esqs. who thrive on the miseries of their clients to generate their excessive fees. I wonder why there is so much anti-Semitism in New Jersey? It is also curious that such lawyers are so often protected by Mr. Rabner and the OAE?)

(N.J. officials failed to stop abuse of many children by allowing pediatrician Johnnie Barto to continue hurting those children, probably because of bribes and political connections. As usual New Jersey attorneys got things wrong and the public suffered for their mistakes. Now a cover-up is underway and lies are produced once again to avoid disclosing the truth in this matter. (Stephanie Caraffa was sexually "touching" a 13-year-old boy, probably not for the first time, but was protected because she is the mayor's daughter. Jason Narchadone was indicted for health benefits scams. "Everybody does it!" Maria Martinez says.)

AP, "Human Error Blamed in Woman's Death," The Record, October 31, 2018, p. A-3. (PSE&G shut off the electricity for an elderly lady who was "a little late" in sending her payment. The utility then took so long to restore power that the "customer" died before the power was restored. PSE&G's lawyer -- George Cacerres, Esq.? -- explained that the "customer" would receive a "partial reimbursal." PSE&G has a "heart of gold." Is Armando Hernandez PSE&G's lawyer in Hudson County today?) 

Doyle Kiele, "Report: Toxic Air Poisoning Children," The Record, October 31, 2018, p. A-8. ("Nearly 2 billion children -- about 93 percent of the world's children under the age of 15 -- breathe toxic, putrid air that is so polluted it puts their health and well-being at serious risk, a new report says." Parts of New Jersey are among the WORST territories in the United States of America for lung ailments and children's blood cancers that are directly related to industrial pollutants and chemical waste that is improperly disposed of, from Middlesex to Bergen County, this happens, we are told, "accidentally." Is this befouled condition possible without astonishing levels of legal and political corruption in New Jersey? I doubt it. Have you no sense of ethics in New Jersey? "Cancer Alley"? "New Jersey is America's Legal Toilet" and "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.")

("Four priests with ties to New Jersey, including one with long tenure in North Jersey, were among the 300 abusive priests in Pennsylvania who were PROTECTED by the Catholic Church" -- and, incidentally, also by corrupt N.J. lawyers and judges -- "as detailed in an explosive grand jury report that was released Tuesday." Lawyers engaging in such frauds and often accepting bribes are the hypocrites who presume to comment on my "ethics." New Jersey's hypocrisy is simply disgusting.)

(According to the Times "disinvestment, poor management, and age plague the railroad." I add to this list the following factors: corruption, theft, gross incompetence and total irresponsibility on the part of public officials and lawyers that threatens the lives of commuters. New Jersey Transit epitomizes New Jersey's hypocrisy concerning ethics and legality even as the OAE's failures illustrate the lie that is legal ethics in the state. Performance of governmental or quasi-public responsibilities becomes impossible under these circumstances and everyone loses. Shame on you New Jersey. "New Jersey's Legal System is a Whore House.") 

John Bacon & Michael James, "Church Shielded 300 'Predator Priests': Pa. grand jury says abuse spans more than 60 years," The Record, August 15, 2018, p. A-1. (Church leaders protected more than 300 "predator priests" with a known incurable lust for male and female children. New Jersey was home to many of these priests and was afflicted over the same period of time with an additional  and highly notorious "boy scout" child molesting scandal that has yet to be fully dealt with and that is still mired in the usual New Jersey cover-ups and lies. Similarly, the very state agency entrusted with protecting the public from overreaching and crooked lawyers has been complicit in their crimes, incompetent, even taken over by "connected" lawyers exploiting the public and paying off politicians to get away with it. (In November, 2018 new evidence is emerging well beyond Mr. Cohen's troubles to suggest that the "president's lawyer was a bag man and janitor for wealthy clients" dealing with sleaze and shielded from the consequences of his actions by a corrupt ethics establishment. Jewish lawyers in New Jersey seem to many observers to enjoy a unique level of protection from the powers that be in Trenton under Mr. Rabner's rule and before that when "Little Debbie" Poritz was boss. I wonder whether Jewish persons are being protected in matters concerning me? What would Barry Albin's rabbi say about such practices? "Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?" and "David Wildstein and Equal Protection of the Law in New Jersey.")

(Justice Robin Davis, Democrat, who was facing impeachment chose to retire rather than allow a Republican governor to appoint her successor. Given new threats by Gerald Shanker and other Democrats to investigate and, possibly, impeach Justice Kavanaugh, if they win the Congress, would Democrats agree that protecting the independence of the courts requires abstaining from "sour grapes" investigations? After all, we need to move on from divisive political battles? "'The Scarlet Letter' and the #Me Too Moment.") 

John Chichowski, "Lincoln Tunnel Wait to Get Longer," The Record, August 15, 2018, p. L-1. (A 2 and 1/2 year $90.3 MILLION "improvement project for route 495" in the North Bergen area will translate into a 4 year $200 million "improvement" that will do little to ease the lives of commuters. Theft and mismanagement in November of 2018 has already increased what were supposed to be 40 minute delays into an average of 2 hours for most commuters. Much of the money allocated for these expenditures will be stolen by Hudson County politicians and their friends as well as by state officials. Do you wish to vote for "Boss Bob" Menendez in order see more of the same corruption in the future? "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Menendez Charged With Selling His Office.")  

"Prosecutors Need a Watchdog," (Editorial) The New York Times, August 15, 2018, p. A22. (Unlike New Jersey, N.Y. recognizes that prosecutors also have obligations to disclose the full truth in litigation and alleviate the terrible consequences of their worst errors. Jabbar Collins spent 16 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. Thousands of others in New Jersey can say the same, often as a result of prosecutorial crime and lies as well as cover-ups. For some reason few such crimes result in the filing of ethics charges by the OAE against prosecutors. I can only hope that a vicious racist like Anne Rodgers is no longer an attorney in New Jersey. (More than $70,000 in excess of what was budgeted for OT was "paid" to government workers, allegedly, for OT services. Now it appears that much more than this sum seems to have "disappeared." Workers were shocked to learn that they were supposedly paid these amounts of money. Worse, it now is under investigation whether other municipalities in Bergen and Hudson Counties have a similar "problem." I wonder where the money goes? "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.")

("EDGEWATER -- The indictment of a prominent Bergen County developer whose company was hired to clean a Superfund site on River Road is not expected to hamper the remediation, but federal environmental officials will be monitoring the work as it progresses." Southern Bergen County is among the areas in New Jersey with elevated blood cancer rates possibly due to carcinogens detected in so-called "illegal dump sites" used for years by "persons unknown" to dispose of possibly toxic substances. Efforts to control the problem have been ineffective so far.)
