N.J.'s Anna Stubblefield, Psychobabble, and Molestation.

December 9, 2015 at 2:08 P.M. A package containing 65 pages of materials was sent via overnight mail today to New York Police Commissioner William J. Bratton, 1 Police Plaza, New York, N.Y. 10038. The tracking number for this package is: EL008914450US.

Due to illegal hacks (and other causes) no links can be provided nor images posted at these blogs which constitutes a form of censorship. ("How censorship works in America.")

To ignore crimes committed against some of us in order to protect a wealthy or influential "few" persons from New Jersey undermines America's Constitutional guarantee of due process and equal protection of the laws. 

I also greatly fear that deliberate avoidance by the police of the duty to act in good faith in investigating crimes -- especially public crimes -- enhances the danger for all of us in this city and nation. 

Among the victims in these matters are the people of New York and all users of the NYPL.  

I urge public officials (federal and state) to respond to these matters in a timely fashion. 

As of this date no police, prosecutor, judge or other official has responded to my communications nor to efforts by others to obtain the truth in these matters. ("An Open Letter to Cyrus Vance, Jr., Esq.")

I have retained all originals of the items sent to Mr. Bratton. If necessary, I am able to supply additional copies of any specific items, as needed, if they should be "lost" at any time.  

November 17, 2015 at 1:55 P.M. Yesterday, as I worked at computer number #2, NYPL, Morningside Heights, I found all access to my blogs and google as well as the library's catalogue blocked and a notice appeared on-screen stating: 

"Unable to connect to proxy server. ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED."

At the bottom of the printed page, however, is the following item: "data:text/html,chromewbdata."

This suggests that the "notice" came from Google Chrome and that I was on-line. Also there is no "proxy server" at the library. 

These pages and the proof concerning the computer used will be part of the package sent to New York's Police Commissioner William Bratton. I will post the overnight mail receipt number for this package sent to New York's Chief of Police. I do not expect a response from that city official. 

I fear this evidence may be ignored increasing the risks of privacy violation and further computer crime for library users. I hope that a federal official will respond to my communications. 

Mr. Rabner, failures to make amends for the serious harm done to me (and others) further tarnishes or diminishes the shreds of dignity left to your tribunal. 

As you, Mr. Rabner, judge the ethics of your colleagues in N.J.'s legal profession serious and legitimate questions remain unanswered about your possible acceptance of cash from Solomon Dwek; your knowledge of crimes committed against many persons and conflicts of interest for you in this matter; as well as OAE frauds upon your court that remain uncorrected; efforts to protect guilty colleagues, cover-ups, continuing LIES and computer crimes can only undermine your remaining credibility (such as it is), as a jurist, as well as endangering innocent persons inside and outside of New Jersey. ("What did you know, Mr. Rabner, and when did you know it?") 

Please take the necessary actions today, Mr. Rabner, while there is still time to alleviate some of the horrible suffering borne by many persons for which your tribunal is responsible. ("Marilyn Straus Was Right!" and "New Jersey's Judges Disgrace America.")

David Engber, "The Facilitator," The New York Times Magazine, October 25, 2015, p. 40. ("N.J. Lesbian Professor Rapes a Disabled Man.") 

Anna Stubblefield's, 41, recent conviction for sexual assault, or molestation, of a severely mentally handicapped young African-American man, D.J., 31 (mental age of 5), is symbolic of much in American culture that seems absurd to observers. ("New Jersey Lawyers' Ethics Farce" and "New Jersey's Politically-Connected lawyers On the Tit.") 

In addition, this sad story reveals, once again, New Jersey's continuing spectacle of corruption and incompetence that devastates many lives as well as denying victims the truth about their sufferings. ("Have you no shame Mr. Rabner?" and "Stuart Rabner and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.")

Each day that the cover-up in my matters continues, Mr. Rabner, is a new form of heinous suffering for many innocent persons and an aggravation of the harm already endured by direct victims. ("Stuart Rabner's Selective Sense of Justice" and "No More Cover-Ups and Lies, Chief Justice Rabner!") 

New Jersey's Supreme Court allowed for the use of hypnosis and drugging of so-called "witnesses" for years -- often unsuspecting persons -- in connection with "alleged" testimony extracted from them and used against persons falsely accused (sometimes even convicted) based on inaccurate statements generated by "suggestions" (or lies) from interrogators. ("Larry Peterson Cleared by DNA" then "New Jersey Supreme Court Finally Ends Testimony by Hypnosis" and "New Jersey's Feces-Covered Supreme Court.")

Confrontation and cross-examination were denied to politically-targeted individuals in violation of the federal and state constitutions. ("An Open Letter to My Torturers in New Jersey, Terry Tuchin and Diana Lisa Riccioli" and "New Jersey's 'Ethical' Legal System" then "Justice For Mumia Abu-Jamal.") 

Cover-ups and obfuscations continue to deny victims the truth about their lives in a grotesque effort to shield officials -- like Debbie Poritz -- from criticism and/or liability. ("New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores" and "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State.") 

Perhaps the hope is that Ms. Poritz will die before the truth is revealed to the many victims of these atrocities. ("New Jersey's Corrupt Judges" and "New Jersey Supreme Court's Implosion.") 

Parallels between the lives of Ms. Poritz and Ms. Stubblefield are significant and also highly revealing of notorious double-standards in the state's legal system. ("Albert Florence and New Jersey's Racism" and "Driving While Black in New Jersey.") 

Anna Stubblefield was employed as a "Professor of Philosophy" at Rutgers University. As someone who has published articles dealing with philosophical issues, I believe that Ms. Stubblefield's self-styled academic "work" (as described and quoted in news articles) is incompetent or meaningless. Worse, her "work" seems to have little to do with philosophy as traditionally understood. This is a view shared by many of her colleagues. ("Colin McGinn's Naughty Book.") 

Much the same may be said of Ms. Poritz's embarrassing "jurisprudence" that is based on visceral disdain for the rights of heterosexual men -- including those of us never accused of a crime -- together with a shocking lack of professional skills as well as hubris, burdening New Jersey with numerous expensive legal catastrophes, such as Mt. Laurel and the Dickensian and never-ending Abbott litigation. ("Deborah T. Poritz and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" and "Trenton's Nasty Lesbian Love-Fest!")

Ms. Stubblefield and Ms. Poritz seem to be defined by a fondness for "political correctness" and "psychobabble" that obscures their unwillingness to engage in serious research, scholarship, or displays of impressive intellectual skills by never offering cogent support for their grandiose, inflated, pompous and unwarranted claims. 

Neither woman -- Ms. Poritz nor Professor Stubblefield -- reasons or writes very well based on the evidence available to readers. Yet they seem to have their admirers and protectors in New Jersey's legal establishment unlike many African-American defendants and alleged "offenders." ("The FBI Wants Assata Shakur.") 

Despite their professed "best intentions," for example, Ms. Poritz and Ms. Stubblefield have proven to be profoundly RACIST in their assumptions about persons based on who they deem to be "worthy" of autonomy (recognized in D.J. through a guardian ad litem) and/or dignity for the members of the non-lesbian factions of the state's population. ("New Jersey Lesbian Sends Nude Photos to Minor.") 

Ms. Stubblefield's actions -- despite her belated and unbelievable protests to the contrary! -- indicate genuine (if unconscious) hostility to D.J., whose humanity is denigrated by Professor Stubblefield as he is transformed into a "laboratory animal" for her little experiments and an object for her "sick fantasies" that have more to do with power than sex. Ms. Stubblefield's claim that there was a romance between herself and D.J. is preposterous and unbelievable. ("Diana's Friend Goes to Prison" and "Behaviorism is Evil.") 

Perhaps it is more accurate to speak of power as sex in this situation for Ms. Stubblefield. ("Terry Tuchin, Diana Lisa Riccioli, and New Jersey's Agency of Torture.")

It is important (and not frequently mentioned for some reason) that Ms. Poritz and Ms. Stubblefield have been rumored to engage in lesbian affairs with underlings and that they have endorsed dubious quasi-intellectual and pseudo-scientific ideologies ("hypnosis" and "facilitated communication") that have resulted in colossal suffering for their much less powerful victims -- ideologies that have been officially discredited even by New Jersey's courts as "non-scientific and fraudulent."

Neither woman has found it necessary to offer so much as an apology for her actions despite their devastating effects, perhaps because their victims are seen as, somehow, less worthy of respect or concern for human rights violations by the New Jersey legal system. 

These "judicial" decisions concerning the absurdity of false "therapies" have usually arrived too late to do much good for persons whose lives are thrown away by "do-good" lunatics in authority spouting drivel worthy of "Dr. Phil." ("Jaynee LaVecchia and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey" then "Law and Ethics in the Soprano State" and "Sybil R. Moses and Conduct Unbecoming to the Judiciary in New Jersey.") 

"Facilitated Communication" amounts to manipulating the hand of a severely impaired person placed before a keyboard so as to claim that the victim is responsible for the words appearing on-screen that are actually typed on that keyboard by the "facilitator." ("American Doctors and Torture" and "American Lawyers and Torture.") 

"Hypnosis" in a forensic setting, used against many African-American and Latino victims, who may never know it, amounts to drugging and mesmerizing a victim and then claiming the words uttered by a person in such a state, denied counsel (often victims are physically assaulted as well!), are his or her words for the purposes of obtaining a false conviction or gathering "further information." Such a use of hypnosis constitutes a form of torture. ("Psychological Torture in the American Legal System.") 

The protections afforded to Ms. Poritz and Ms. Stubblefield in New Jersey by the media and legal system may result from the fact that they are "nice Jewish women," no doubt from "wonderful families," or from the notorious double-standard that is always found in the U.S. legal system based on race and class affiliations: 

" ... Anna Stubblefield went on trial for two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault, the same charge that would apply to someone who had inflicted severe injury during a rape or participated in a violent gang rape. The state set out to prove that D.J. was incapable of consent to sex or physically helpless to resist it, and that Anna either knew or should have known the same." (p. 68.)

For once a judge and jury in New Jersey got things right.

Facilitated communication -- like forensic hypnosis without consent which is criminal -- "failed N.J.'s test for scientific evidence." (p. 68.) 

Not surprisingly, therefore, despite the efforts of counsel:

"The jury found Anna guilty on both counts. D.J. was incapable of giving his consent [exactly as a person drugged and under hypnosis cannot consent] and Anna's faith in D.J.'s typing -- learned from her mother, sustained through academic conferences, [allegedly] reaffirmed by friends and colleagues -- could not excuse her. In the language of moral philosophy, she was, at best, 'culpably ignorant,' lost in a fog of good intentions." (p. 69.)

"Senator Rubio's Stealthy Donors," (Editorial) The New York Times, November 23, 2015, p. A22. ("Until last month, virtually all of the senator's television ads were financed by deep-pocketed donors operating secretly through a tax exempt 'social welfare' organization that claims independence from the senator while blatantly operating as an auxiliary of the Rubio electioneering machine." The group has underwritten $5.5 MILLION in pro-Rubio ads that may run afoul of IRS standards and election laws. The matter is ostensibly under investigation by the Justice Department and IRS. I would not be surprised if South Florida cocaine and prostitution money were pouring into that slush fund. How is your drug dealer brother-in-law, Senator Rubio?)

(The deaths in Beirut generated very little commentary from the media -- more than a hundred deaths of civilians from "drones" in a single Pakistani incident was also, mostly, ignored -- whereas the related and horrifying shootings in Paris have created a global reaction, rightly, with the probable consequence that ISIS will concentrate on more attacks in Europe and America. (The killing of ISIS leaders and bombings of civilian targets by the U.S. and Western powers probably accelerated the time-line for the ISIS attacks in Paris. I do not believe that ISIS acted alone in this matter. I suspect that assistance was provided by "former" Al Qaeda operatives and by unknown intelligence officers from a "foreign" government. Would Mr. Assad wish to provoke attacks against his enemies from Europe by assisting ISIS efforts to strike in Europe by way of "surrogates"? Has the recent attack in Paris made the French air force also Assad's air force? Have the Paris attacks been "good" for Mr. Assad?)

(These were the events LEADING UP TO the attacks in Paris. The units planning the attacks in Paris may have felt pressured -- or feared arrest -- if they did not expedite the operation. Six attacks took place initially. It is possible that seven attacks were planned. Several incidents that were probably not planned may have erupted independently of the more carefully calculated and coordinated operation by ISIS. It may be instructive to "mark" the points of attack on a map of the city of Paris.)

Considering that this person was advertising online, developing and storing inventory placed on sale, publicly, I find it difficult to believe that Union City police were unaware of his activity. Evidently, the federal authorities were required to act in order to stop this person from raping children or trading in videos depicting such rapes. Nor can I accept that Mr. Menendez was without knowledge of this "business" thriving under his nose for years. 14-year-old girls were available for $500, allegedly, in graphic videos. Is this the "ethics" that New Jersey authorities take pride in and claim to be "superior" to my own humble effort to lead an ethical life? Perhaps Ms. Poritz was a customer of Mr. Basantes? "Is Union City, New Jersey Meyer Lansky's Whore House?" and "Menendez Consorts With Underage Prostitutes" then "New Jersey's Political and Supreme Court Whores" and "14-Year-Old Girl Goes For $500 in Union City, New Jersey.")
